The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely a relationship that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may represent: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
It should be understood that although the terms first, second, etc. may be used to describe data lines in embodiments of the present invention, these data lines should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish data lines having different connection relationships from each other. For example, a first data line may also be referred to as a second data line, and similarly, a second data line may also be referred to as a first data line, without departing from the scope of embodiments of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a display panel, as shown in fig. 1, and fig. 1 is a schematic view of the display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the display panel includes a display area AA and a non-display area NA.
The display area AA includes a plurality of first data lines 11 and a plurality of pixels (not shown) connected to the first data lines 11. The light emission luminance of the pixel may vary according to a variation in the data voltage supplied from the first data line 11.
The non-display area NA includes a plurality of detection lines 2 and a plurality of first detection switches 31. The plurality of detection lines 2 are arranged along an extending direction of a first edge 41 of the non-display area NA, the first edge 41 being an edge of the non-display area NA away from the display area AA, i.e. the first edge 41 being an edge of the display panel. When a crack occurs in the display panel in the region where the inspection line 2 is located, the inspection line 2 is also broken to interrupt signal transmission. When the area of the detection line 2 in the display panel has no crack, the detection line 2 can normally transmit signals.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the sensing line 2 receives the sensing signal J, and the other end of the sensing line 2 is electrically connected to at least one first data line 11 through at least one first sensing switch 31. The detection signal J is used to make the first data line 11 connected to the detection line 2 drive the connected pixels not to emit light when the detection line 2 is not broken. The detection signal is also used to cause the first data line 11 connected to the detection line 2 to drive the connected pixel to emit light when the detection line 2 breaks. In addition, in the manufacturing process of the display panel, when the detection lines 2 and the first data lines 11 electrically connected thereto are provided, the positions of the detection lines 2 and the first data lines 11 are set according to a preset rule. According to the predetermined rule, the position of one of the detection line 2 and the first data line 11 is known, and the position of the other is obtained.
For example, taking the area on the left side of the display area AA in the non-display area NA shown in fig. 1 as an example, when the detection line 2 in the area is set, the preset rule may be: the detection lines 2 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the first detection line 2 is connected with a first data line 11 arranged from left to right in the display area AA along the sequence from top to bottom, the second detection line 2 is connected with a second data line 11, and by analogy, the Nth detection line 2 is connected with the Nth first data line 11.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a partial area of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and taking an area on the left side of the display area AA in the non-display area NA as an example, when the detection line 2 in the area is set, the preset rule may be: the detection lines 2 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, along the sequence N1 from bottom to top, the first detection line 2 is connected with a first data line 11 arranged along the sequence N2 from left to right in the display area AA, the second detection line 2 is connected with a second data line 11 arranged along the sequence N from left to right in the display area AA, and by analogy, the Nth detection line 2 is connected with the Nth data line 11 arranged along the sequence N from left to right in the display area AA.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a partial area of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in the embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the detection lines 2 may be connected to at least two of the first data lines 11 through at least two of the first detection switches 31. The positions of the at least two first data lines 11 and the positions of the electrically connected detection lines 2 are also set according to a preset rule.
When detecting whether the non-display area NA of the display panel has cracks, the first detection switch 31 is turned on, and when the position of the detection line 2 in the display panel has no cracks, the detection line 2 is intact, and the detection signal J can be transmitted to the first data line 11 at the corresponding position through the detection line 2 and the first detection switch 31, so that the pixel driven by the first data line 11 does not emit light. When a crack occurs at a position of the detection line 2 in the display panel, the detection line 2 is broken, the detection signal J cannot be transmitted to the first data line 11 at the corresponding position, and the pixel driven by the first data line 11 emits light. Therefore, when crack detection is performed, if a bright line appears in the display area AA, it can be indicated that a crack exists in the non-display area NA. And, according to the position of the bright line in the display area AA and the preset rule when the detection line 2 and the first data line 11 are set, the position of the crack can be located.
As can be seen from the above description of the crack detection process, in the display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of detection lines are disposed in a non-display area of the display panel, and one end of each detection line is enabled to receive a detection signal, and the other end of each detection line is connected to at least one first data line located in the display area through a first detection switch, where the detection signal is configured to disable the pixels connected to the first data line driver of the detection line to emit light when the detection line is not broken, and enable the pixels connected to the first data line driver of the detection line to emit light when the detection line is broken. Based on the setting of the detection line, when detecting whether cracks exist in the non-display area, the embodiment of the invention can conduct the first detection switch and provide the detection signal for the detection line, and if bright lines appear in the display area, the cracks in the non-display area can be judged.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the detection lines are arranged along the extending direction of the first edge of the non-display area, and the positions of the electrically connected detection line and the first data line are set according to the preset rule, so that when a bright line appears in the display area, the generation position of the crack can be accurately positioned according to the position of the bright line and the preset rule, the subsequent crack analysis is convenient, and the process conditions of cutting and the like are improved in a targeted manner.
For example, the position of the non-display area NA in the display panel may have various designs. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the non-display area NA may include a first non-display area NA1 at least partially surrounding the display area AA. Here, circuits such as a shift register for controlling pixel display may be disposed in the first non-display area NA1. In detecting whether there is a crack in the first non-display area NA1, a plurality of detection lines 2 may be disposed along an extending direction of the first non-display area NA1 away from the edge of the display area AA.
For example, when the areas of the non-display area NA and the display area AA are large, the non-display area NA and the display area AA may be divided into a plurality of small areas, and when the detection line and the first data line electrically connected to each other are set, the non-display area and the display area at a relatively short distance are selected, so that the detection line and the first data line in the non-display area and the corresponding display area at a relatively short distance are electrically connected according to a preset rule, and the length of the trace between the connection detection line and the first data line is reduced.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of first data lines 11 located in the display area AA are arranged along a first direction x and extend along a second direction y.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the first non-display area NA1 includes a first sub non-display area NA11 and a second sub non-display area NA12 that are oppositely disposed along the first direction x. The display area AA includes a first display area AA1 and a second display area AA2 opposite to each other along the first direction x. The positions of the detection lines 2 in the first sub non-display area NA11 and the positions of the first data lines 1 in the first display area AA1 form a first preset corresponding relationship. For example, the first preset corresponding relationship may include: for example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 1 as an example, the first detection line 2 in the first sub non-display area NA11 is electrically connected to the first data line 11 in the left-to-right direction in the first display area AA1 in the top-to-bottom direction. The second detection line 2 in the first sub non-display area NA11 is electrically connected to the second first data line 11 in the first display area AA1 along the left-to-right direction. By analogy, the nth detection line 2 in the first sub non-display area NA11 is electrically connected to the nth first data line 11 in the first display area AA1 along the left-to-right direction. Alternatively, the first preset correspondence may be the correspondence shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3.
The positions of the detection lines 2 in the second sub non-display area NA12 and the positions of the first data lines 11 in the second display area AA2 form a second preset corresponding relationship. For example, the second preset corresponding relationship may include: for example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 1 as an example, the first detection line 2 in the second sub non-display area NA12 is electrically connected to the first data line 11 in the second display area AA2 in the right-left direction in the top-down direction. The second detection line 2 in the second sub non-display area NA12 is electrically connected to the second first data line 11 in the second display area AA2 along the right-left direction. By analogy, the nth detection line 2 in the second sub non-display area NA12 along the top-down direction is electrically connected to the nth first data line 11 in the second display area AA2 along the right-left direction.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the non-display area NA further includes a third sub non-display area NA13, and the third sub non-display area NA13 and the display area AA are arranged along the second direction y. The display area AA further includes a third display area AA3, and the third display area AA3 is located between the first display area AA1 and the second display area AA2 along the first direction x. The positions of the detection lines 2 in the third sub non-display area NA13 and the positions of the first data lines 11 in the third display area AA3 form a third preset corresponding relationship. For example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 1 as an example, the first detection line 2 in the third sub non-display area NA13 is electrically connected to the first data line 11 in the third display area AA3 in the left-to-right direction. The second detection line 2 in the third sub non-display area NA13 is electrically connected to the second first data line 11 in the third display area AA3 in the left-to-right direction. By analogy, the nth detection line 2 in the third sub non-display area NA13 is electrically connected to the nth first data line 11 in the third display area AA3 along the left-to-right direction.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another display panel provided by the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the third sub non-display area may be further divided into a fourth sub non-display area NA14 adjacent to the first sub non-display area NA11 and adjacent to the first sub non-display area NA11, and a fifth sub non-display area NA15 adjacent to the second sub non-display area NA12 and adjacent to the second sub non-display area NA12. Accordingly, the third display area located between the first display area AA1 and the second display area AA2 is divided into a fourth sub-display area AA4 adjacent to the first display area AA1 near one side of the first display area AA1 and a fifth sub-display area AA5 adjacent to the second display area AA2 near one side of the second display area AA2.
The positions of the detection lines 2 in the fourth sub non-display area NA14 and the positions of the first data lines 11 in the fourth sub-display area AA4 form a fourth preset corresponding relationship. For example, the fourth preset corresponding relationship may include: for example, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a partial area of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and taking the orientation shown in fig. 6 as an example, along the left-to-right direction, the first detection line 2 in the fourth sub non-display area NA14 is electrically connected to the first data line 11 along the left-to-right direction in the fourth display area AA4. The second detection line 2 in the fourth sub non-display area NA14 is electrically connected to the second first data line 11 in the fourth display area AA4 in the left-to-right direction. By analogy, the nth detection line 2 in the fourth sub non-display area NA14 is electrically connected to the nth first data line 11 in the fourth display area AA4 along the left-to-right direction.
The positions of the detection lines 2 in the fifth sub non-display area NA15 and the positions of the first data lines 1 in the fifth sub-display area AA5 form a fifth preset corresponding relationship. For example, the fifth preset corresponding relationship may include: also taking the orientation shown in fig. 6 as an example, the first detection line 2 in the fifth sub non-display area NA15 is electrically connected to the first data line 11 in the fifth display area AA5 in the right-left direction. The second detection line 2 in the fifth sub non-display area NA15 is electrically connected to the second first data line 11 in the fifth display area AA5 in the right-left direction. By analogy, the nth detection line 2 in the fifth sub non-display area NA15 is electrically connected to the nth first data line 11 in the fifth display area AA5 in the right-left direction.
In addition, with the continuous development of display technology, in order to enrich the use functions of the display panel and improve the screen occupation ratio of the display panel, designs for disposing functional devices such as a camera, an iris sensor, and a handset inside the display area AA of the display panel are increasingly appearing. As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the display panel further includes a hole digging region H. The hole digging region H can be subsequently provided with the above functional devices. The non-display area NA further includes a second non-display area NA2 at least partially surrounding the cutout area H. The display area AA at least partially surrounds the second non-display area NA2. When the hole-digging region H is formed by a cutting process, cracks are also likely to occur in the vicinity of the hole-digging region H. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the detection lines may be disposed in the second non-display area NA2, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of the vicinity of the hole digging area in fig. 7, wherein the second non-display area NA2 includes a first edge 41 far away from the display area AA, and when the detection lines 2 are disposed in the second non-display area NA2, the detection lines 2 are arranged along an extending direction of the second non-display area NA2 far away from the edge 41 of the display area AA.
For example, when the detection lines 2 are disposed, the extension direction of the detection lines 2 and the extension direction of the edge of the non-display area located closest thereto may be set to be the same. Specifically, when the large-size display panel is cut to form a display panel of a target size, the cutting line is a first edge of a non-display area of the display panel of the target size formed subsequently. Therefore, when the detection lines are provided, the plurality of detection lines 2 may be provided along the extending direction of the cutting lines.
Also, in the embodiment of the present invention, the extending direction of the detecting lines 2 may also be set to be the same as the extending direction of the cutting lines (i.e., the first edges). Therefore, on the basis of detecting the cracks generated in the cutting process of the non-display area by using the detection line, the width of the non-display area can be set to be as narrow as possible, the area of the non-display area in the display panel is favorably reduced, and the screen occupation ratio of the display panel is improved.
It should be understood that the shape of the hole H is merely illustrative, and in practice, the hole H may be provided in a circular shape or other shapes. When the shape of the excavated area H is changed, the arrangement direction and the extension direction of the detection lines can be adjusted accordingly. For example, when the shape of the perforated region H is set to be circular, the plurality of detection lines provided may be arranged in the circumferential direction along the circle. And, each of the detection lines can also be transformed into an arc accordingly.
When applied to a display panel including a cutout region, the embodiment of the invention may provide the detection lines in both the first non-display region NA1 and the second non-display region NA2 shown in fig. 7 to detect and locate whether there is a crack in both the non-display regions.
Similar to the division of the first non-display area shown in fig. 4 and 5, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is another enlarged schematic view of the vicinity of the excavated area in fig. 7, and when applied to a display panel including an excavated area H, the second non-display area NA2 may also be configured to include a first sub non-display area NA21 and a second sub non-display area NA22 that are opposite to each other along the first direction x, and the display area includes a first display area AA1 and a second display area AA2 that are opposite to each other along the first direction x. Wherein, along the first direction x, the first sub non-display area NA21 is located between the first display area AA1 and the hole digging area H. The second sub non-display area NA22 is positioned between the second display area AA2 and the cutout area H.
The positions of the detection lines 2 in the first sub non-display area NA21 and the positions of the first data lines 11 in the first display area AA1 form a first preset corresponding relationship; for example, the first preset corresponding relationship may include: for example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 9 as an example, the first detection line in the first sub non-display area NA21 is electrically connected to the first data line in the right-left direction in the first display area AA1 in the top-down direction. The second detection line in the first sub non-display area NA11 is electrically connected to the second first data line in the first display area AA1 along the right-left direction. By analogy, the nth detection line in the first sub non-display area NA11 is electrically connected to the nth first data line in the first display area AA1 along the right-left direction.
The positions of the detection lines in the second sub non-display area NA22 and the positions of the first data lines in the second display area AA2 form a second preset corresponding relationship. For example, the second preset corresponding relationship may include: for example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 9 as an example, the first detection line in the second sub non-display area NA22 is electrically connected to the first data line in the left-to-right direction in the second display area AA2 along the top-to-bottom direction. The second detection line in the second sub non-display area NA22 is electrically connected to the second first data line in the second display area AA2 along the left-to-right direction. By analogy, the nth detection line in the first sub non-display area NA11 is electrically connected to the nth first data line in the first display area AA1 along the left-to-right direction.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9, the non-display area NA further includes a third sub non-display area NA23, and the third sub non-display area NA23 and the cutout area H are arranged along the second direction y. The display area AA further includes a third display area AA3. As shown in fig. 9, the third display area AA3 is located on a side of the third sub non-display area NA23 away from the cutout area H along the second direction y. The positions of the detection lines in the third sub non-display area NA23 and the positions of the first data lines in the third display area AA3 form a third preset corresponding relationship. For example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 9 as an example, the first detection line in the third sub non-display area NA23 is electrically connected to the first data line in the left-to-right direction in the third display area AA3. The second detection line in the third sub non-display area NA13 is electrically connected to the second first data line in the third display area AA3 along the left-to-right direction. By analogy, the nth detection line in the third sub non-display area NA23 is electrically connected to the nth first data line in the third display area AA3 along the left-to-right direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the non-display area NA further includes a fourth sub non-display area NA24, the fourth sub non-display area NA24 and the hole digging area H are arranged along the second direction y, and the fourth sub non-display area NA24 is located at a side of the hole digging area H away from the third sub non-display area NA 23. The display area AA further includes a fourth display area AA4. Along the first direction x, the fourth display area AA4 is located on a side of the second display area AA2 away from the hole digging area H. Alternatively, the fourth display area AA4 is located on a side of the first display area AA1 away from the hole digging area H. In fig. 9, the fourth display area AA4 is located on a side of the second display area AA2 away from the hole digging area H along the first direction x. The positions of the detection lines in the fourth sub non-display area NA24 and the positions of the first data lines 11 in the fourth display area AA4 form a fourth preset corresponding relationship. For example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 9 as an example, the first detection line in the fourth sub non-display area NA24 is electrically connected to the first data line in the fourth display area AA4 in the left-to-right direction. A second detection line in the fourth sub non-display area NA14 is electrically connected to a second first data line in the fourth display area AA4 along the left-to-right direction. By analogy, the nth detection line in the fourth sub non-display area NA24 along the left-to-right direction is electrically connected to the nth first data line in the fourth display area AA4 along the left-to-right direction.
For example, when the detection lines 2 and the first data lines 11 are disposed, one detection line 2 and one first data line 11 may be electrically connected in a one-to-one correspondence.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a partial area of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the first detection switch 31 includes a first transistor; the first transistor comprises a control electrode, a first electrode and a second electrode; the non-display area NA further includes a control signal line 5 and a test signal line 6. The control signal line 5 is used to transmit a control signal for controlling the first transistor to be turned on or off. The test signal line 6 is used for transmitting the test signal J. The control electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected with the control signal line 5; a first electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected to the first data line 11; the second pole of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first end of the sensing line 2. The second end of the detection line 2 is electrically connected to the test signal line 6, wherein the detection signal transmitted by the test signal line 6 can make the pixels of the display panel not emit light. When detecting whether there is a crack in the non-display area NA, the control signal line 5 is made to transmit a signal for controlling the conduction of the first transistor, and a test signal J is supplied to the test signal line 5.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a partial area of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the non-display area NA further includes a plurality of second detection switches 32; the second detection switch 32 includes a second transistor; the second transistor includes a control electrode, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The display area further comprises a plurality of second data lines 12; the control electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected with the control signal wire 5; a first pole of the second transistor is electrically connected to the second data line 12; the second pole of the second transistor is directly connected to the test signal line 6 and directly receives the detection signal transmitted from the test signal line 6. When detecting whether or not there is a crack in the non-display area NA, a signal for controlling the conduction of the first transistor and the second transistor is supplied to the control signal line 5, wherein the second pole of the second transistor does not pass through the detection line but directly receives the test signal transmitted from the test signal line 6, and since the test signal line 6 is less likely to break than the detection line, the pixel driven by the second data line 12 can be prevented from emitting light by the test signal. Therefore, when the detection line connected to the first data line 11 is broken, the pixel light-emitting driven by the first data line 11 can generate an obvious bright line, so that the bright line position can be conveniently found by human eyes or an optical instrument, and the subsequent crack positioning is convenient. For example, as shown in fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second data line 12 may be disposed in the middle of the display area AA, and the first data line 11 may be disposed on both sides of the second data line 12, so as to reduce the length of the trace between the connection detection line 2 and the first data line 11.
Illustratively, the material of the detection line 2 includes molybdenum, and the thickness d1 of the detection line satisfies 0.2 μm ≤ d1 ≤ 0.4 μm along the normal direction of the display panel, so as to ensure that the detection line 2 can be broken along with the breakage of the substrate or other film layers located in the non-display area NA when the non-display area NA of the display panel has a crack, that is, the breakage of the film layers in the non-display area NA can be reflected in the detection line 2, so that the detection line 2 can reflect the breakage of the display panel.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic view of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the non-display area NA includes a binding area B; the binding region B comprises a data pad 7 and a plurality of connecting lines 8, and the data pad 7 is connected with at least one first data line 11 through the connecting lines 8; the material of the connecting wire 8 comprises molybdenum, and the thickness d2 of the connecting wire is more than or equal to 0.2 mu m and less than or equal to d2 and less than or equal to 0.4 mu m along the normal direction of the display panel; the connecting line 8 can be reused as a detection line 2 for detecting cracks, and when cracks occur in the bonding area B, the connecting line 8 can be broken, which affects the transmission of signals transmitted by the data pad 7 to the first data line 11. When the bonding region B is normally crack-free, the signal transmitted by the data pad 7 can be normally transmitted to the first data line 11 for the pixel driven by the first data line 11 to operate. According to the embodiment of the invention, the connecting wires 8 are multiplexed into the detection lines 2, so that extra wiring in the binding region B is avoided and used as a detection line for detecting cracks, and the size of the binding region B of the display panel can be reduced.
Illustratively, the test signal line 6 includes a high-level signal line for transmitting a high-level signal VGH as the detection signal. For example, the high level signal VGH may be equal to or greater than the positive power supply voltage PVDD when the display panel operates. The high-level signal line is made of titanium-aluminum-titanium alloy; along the normal direction of the display panel, the thickness d3 of the high-level signal line is more than or equal to 0.7 mu m and less than or equal to d3 and less than or equal to 0.8 mu m; the possibility of breakage of the high-level signal line is reduced relative to the detection line. As shown in fig. 12, the high-level signal lines are located on the side of the detection lines 2 close to the display area, so that the detection lines 2 are located closer to the position where cracks are likely to occur in the display panel, and the cracks of the display panel can be reflected on the detection lines 2 first.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present invention, a groove may be further formed in the inorganic layer positioned in the non-display area NA to release stress generated during the cutting process. Alternatively, the detection lines 2 may be disposed at a side of the groove near the display area.
Optionally, the non-display area NA further includes a retaining wall surrounding the display area AA. The retaining wall may be formed of organic layers disposed in a stack. When the display panel is packaged by the thin film packaging layer formed by the organic layer and the inorganic layer which are stacked, the boundary of the organic packaging layer can be limited by the retaining wall, so that water, oxygen and the like in the external environment caused by the fact that the organic packaging layer is too close to the edge of the display panel are prevented from entering the display area along the organic packaging layer, and the packaging reliability of the display panel is guaranteed. Optionally, in the embodiment of the invention, the detection lines may be disposed on a side of the retaining wall away from the display area, so that the influence of the arrangement of the detection lines on the packaging reliability of the display panel can be avoided.

step S1: providing a detection signal to a detection line; and controlling the first detection switch to be conducted.
Step S2: and determining the position of the crack in the non-display area according to a preset rule and the existence position of the crack in the display area.
In the method for locating crack positions provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of detection lines are arranged in a non-display area of a display panel, one end of each detection line is enabled to receive a detection signal, and the other end of each detection line is connected with at least one first data line in the display area through a first detection switch, wherein the detection signals are set to enable pixels connected with the first data line driving of the detection lines not to emit light when the detection lines are not broken, and enable the pixels connected with the first data line driving of the detection lines to emit light when the detection lines are broken.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
