本发明涉及卫浴配件领域,尤其涉及一种带稳压功能的同步开关阀芯,包括:阀芯外壳、阀芯底座、流量调节模块及平衡液压模块,流量调节模块可以在水进入压力平衡模块之前切断冷热水路,高温水无法浸泡恒温阀芯,杜绝水垢生成,保护阀芯延长使用寿命,同时水流只有经过流量调节模块之后才能进入压力平衡模块,能够防止冷热水窜水,无需在进水弯脚处安装单向阀,通过对同步开关阀芯部件优化设计,使同步阀芯由单一只能调节流量开关变成既能调节流量又能同步开关,同时还可以平衡两条通道内的压力,这一结构的变化使装配该阀芯的产品由复杂通道变成简单通道,使产品无需单独设置平衡模块部件,阀体结构简单,水路缩短,成本降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴设备领域,尤其涉及一种带稳压功能的同步开关阀芯。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对生活要求越来越高,现有的阀门只能对通路进行开关及流量调节,当装配在主体上后,需要另设压力平衡模块来平衡压力;在没有同步开关的主体上,正常都需要在两条通道口前端装置单向止回阀,用来防止两条通道互串问题。单向止回阀需要设置在产品管路的最前端,因此要求部件体积较小,出水要密封严密。在实际应用中单向止回阀存在容易被杂质卡住、密封不严、阻流大影响内部流量、寿命短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种带稳压功能的同步开关阀芯。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种带稳压功能的同步开关阀芯,其特征在于,包括:阀芯外壳、阀芯底座、流量调节模块及平衡液压模块,所述阀芯外壳与阀芯底座卡接形成阀芯空腔,所述阀芯外壳与阀芯底座卡接形成阀芯空腔,所述流量调节模块及平衡液压模块同轴向设于阀芯空腔内,水流从阀芯空腔一端进入阀芯空腔经过流量调节模块后进入平衡液压模块,所述阀芯底座靠近水流进入一端开有底部出水口及两个入水口,阀芯外壳远离水流进入一端侧壁开有上出水口,阀芯内形成了两条水流通路,其中一条水流通路为其中一个入水口-流量调节模块-平衡液压模块-上出水口连通,另一条水流通路为另一个入水口-流量调节模块-平衡液压模块-底部出水口连通,流量调节模块首先对通路进行开关及流量控制后,之后进入压力平衡模块在压力平衡模块作用下才对通道内压力进行平衡控制,流量调节模块可以在水进入压力平衡模块之前切断冷热水路,高温水无法浸泡恒温阀芯,杜绝水垢生成,保护阀芯延长使用寿命,同时水流只有经过流量调节模块之后才能进入压力平衡模块,能够防止冷热水窜水,无需在进水弯脚处安装单向阀,简化阀体水路,降低了安装成本,经测试传统的阀芯冷热进水水压力差为3:1,而本发明中的阀芯在压力平衡模块整压后,冷热进水水压力差可达20:1。
优选的,所述阀芯底座开有底部出水口及两个入水口,阀芯外壳侧壁开有两个上出水口,
所述平衡液压模块设于流量调节模块内,流量调节模块内设有第一水路及第二水路,所述第一水路及第二水路分别与两个入水口连通,所述平衡液压模块包括静平衡片及动平衡片,所述静平衡片与流量调节模块内腔密封连接,所述动平衡片与静平衡片内壁密封滑动连接,所述动平衡片中部固接有将动平衡片内腔分割为上腔体与下腔体的阻隔板,上腔体与上出水口连通,下腔体与底部出水口连通,所述上腔体侧壁开有上过水孔,下腔体侧壁开有下过水孔,静平衡片上分别开有使上过流孔与第一水路连通及使下过流孔与第二水路连通的通孔,连通第一水路的通孔外壁与上过水孔的外壁相互遮挡形成上过流通道,连通第二水路的通孔外壁与下过水孔的外壁相互遮挡形成下过流通道,动平衡片在静平衡片内上下运动改变上过流通道及下过流通道的过水面积,阀芯内形成有两条供液体流通的路线,一条为第一水路-上腔体-上出水口,另一条为第二水路-下腔体-底部出水口,两条路线中有液体流过时,液体的压力对动平衡片中部的阻隔板产生一定的应力,当两条路线中液体压力相同时,阻隔板位于平衡液压模块的正中央,此时上过流通道与下过流通道的过水面积相同,当两条路线中液体压力不同时,流量大的一条路线中液体对阻隔板的应力大于流量低的一条路线中对阻隔板的应力,因此会推动阻隔板使动平衡片向流量低的一端移动,减小流量大的一条路线中的过水面积,增大流量小的一条路线中的过水面积,直至两条路线中的液体压力重新平衡。
优选的,所述流量调节模块包括阀杆、水压腔外壳、上开关密封片及下开关密封片,所述阀杆上端穿过阀芯外壳上端,阀杆与水压腔外壳上端可拆卸连接,阀杆侧壁开有使上过水孔与上出水口连通的通孔,所述阀芯底座上设有凸台,所述凸台中部与底部出水口连通,所述上开关密封片与下开关密封片自上而下套设在凸台上,上开关密封片与水压腔外壳卡接,下开关密封片与阀芯底座卡接,上开关密封片与下开关密封片上分别开有对称设置的两个进液孔,转动阀杆带动水压腔外壳及与水压腔外壳卡接的上开关密封片转动,上开关密封片与下开关密封片之间发生错位,能够改变上开关密封片与下开关密封片对应侧的进液孔之间的重叠区域,即上开关密封片与下开关密封片之间的过水面积,实现液体流量大小的调整或开关,水压腔外壳内设有第一通道及第二通道,所述第一通道及第二通道分别与上开关密封片上的两个进液孔连通,第一通道及与第一通道连通的上开关密封片和下开关密封片上的进液孔形成了第一水路,第二通道及与第二通道连通的上开关密封片和下开关密封片上的进液孔形成了第二水路,两条水路之间相互隔离。
本发明的有益效果是:
流量调节模块可以在水进入压力平衡模块之前切断冷热水路,高温水无法浸泡恒温阀芯,杜绝水垢生成,保护阀芯延长使用寿命,同时水流只有经过流量调节模块之后才能进入压力平衡模块,能够防止冷热水窜水,无需在进水弯脚处安装单向阀,通过对同步开关阀芯部件优化设计,使同步阀芯由单一只能调节流量开关变成既能调节流量又能同步开关,同时还可以平衡两条通道内的压力,这一结构的变化使装配该阀芯的产品由复杂通道变成简单通道,使产品无需单独设置平衡模块部件,阀体结构简单,水路缩短,成本降低。

如图所示,本发明包括:阀芯外壳1、阀芯底座2、流量调节模块及平衡液压模块,所述阀芯外壳与阀芯底座卡接形成阀芯空腔,所述流量调节模块及平衡液压模块同轴向设于阀芯空腔内,水流从阀芯空腔一端进入阀芯空腔经过流量调节模块后进入平衡液压模块,所述阀芯底座靠近水流进入一端开有底部出水口3及两个入水口4,阀芯外壳远离水流进入一端侧壁开有上出水口5,阀芯内形成了两条水流通路,其中一条水流通路为其中一个入水口-流量调节模块-平衡液压模块-上出水口连通,另一条水流通路为另一个入水口-流量调节模块-平衡液压模块-底部出水口连通,流量调节模块首先对通路进行开关及流量控制后,之后进入压力平衡模块在压力平衡模块作用下才对通道内压力进行平衡控制,流量调节模块可以在水进入压力平衡模块之前切断冷热水路,高温水无法浸泡恒温阀芯,杜绝水垢生成,保护阀芯延长使用寿命,同时水流只有经过流量调节模块之后才能进入压力平衡模块,能够防止冷热水窜水,无需在进水弯脚处安装单向阀,简化阀体水路,降低了安装成本,经测试传统的阀芯冷热进水水压力差为3:1,而本发明中的阀芯在压力平衡模块整压后,冷热进水水压力差可达20:1。
优选的,所述平衡液压模块设于流量调节模块内,流量调节模块内设有第一水路及第二水路,所述第一水路及第二水路分别与两个入水口连通,所述平衡液压模块包括静平衡片6及动平衡片7,所述静平衡片与流量调节模块内腔密封连接,所述动平衡片与静平衡片内壁密封滑动连接,所述动平衡片中部固接有将动平衡片内腔分割为上腔体8与下腔体9的阻隔板10,上腔体与上出水口连通,下腔体与底部出水口连通,所述上腔体侧壁开有上过水孔11,下腔体侧壁开有下过水孔12,静平衡片上分别开有使上过流孔与第一水路连通及使下过流孔与第二水路连通的通孔13,连通第一水路的通孔外壁与上过水孔的外壁相互遮挡形成上过流通道,连通第二水路的通孔外壁与下过水孔的外壁相互遮挡形成下过流通道,动平衡片在静平衡片内上下运动改变上过流通道及下过流通道的过水面积,阀芯内形成有两条供液体流通的路线,一条为第一水路-上腔体-上出水口,另一条为第二水路-下腔体-底部出水口,两条路线中有液体流过时,液体的压力对动平衡片中部的阻隔板产生一定的应力,当两条路线中液体压力相同时,阻隔板位于平衡液压模块的正中央,此时上过流通道与下过流通道的过水面积相同,当两条路线中液体压力不同时,流量大的一条路线中液体对阻隔板的应力大于流量低的一条路线中对阻隔板的应力,因此会推动阻隔板使动平衡片向流量低的一端移动,减小流量大的一条路线中的过水面积,增大流量小的一条路线中的过水面积,直至两条路线中的液体压力重新平衡。
如图6所示,当进水压力P1进<P2进时,平衡液压模块调节原理:动平衡片会往左移动,第一开口间隙24变大,第二开口间隙25变小,由于流体过缝隙会有压力衰减,直到满足S*P1出=S*P2出条件时动平衡片会保持平衡,即两边出水压力相等,P1出=P2出;如图7所示,当进水压力P1进>P2进时,平衡液压模块调节原理:动平衡片会往右移动,第一开口间隙24变小,第二开口间隙25变大,由于流体过缝隙会有压力衰减,直到满足S*P1出=S*P2出条件时动平衡片会保持平衡,即两边出水压力相等,P1出=P2出。
优选的,所述流量调节模块包括阀杆14、水压腔外壳15、上开关密封片16及下开关密封片17,所述阀杆上端穿过阀芯外壳上端,阀杆与水压腔外壳上端可拆卸连接,阀杆侧壁开有使上过水孔与上出水口连通的通孔,所述阀芯底座上设有凸台18,所述凸台中部与底部出水口连通,所述上开关密封片与下开关密封片自上而下套设在凸台上,上开关密封片与水压腔外壳卡接,下开关密封片与阀芯底座卡接,上开关密封片与下开关密封片上分别开有中心对称设置的两个进液孔19,转动阀杆带动水压腔外壳及与水压腔外壳卡接的上开关密封片转动,上开关密封片与下开关密封片之间发生错位,能够改变上开关密封片与下开关密封片对应侧的进液孔之间的重叠区域,即上开关密封片与下开关密封片之间的过水面积,实现液体流量大小的调整或开关,两个重叠区域开口大小永远是相等的,保证冷热水开口面积相同,旋转调节流量不影响恒温阀芯出水的温度,水压腔外壳内设有第一通道20及第二通道21,所述第一通道及第二通道分别与上开关密封片上的两个进液孔连通,第一通道及与第一通道连通的上开关密封片和下开关密封片上的进液孔形成了第一水路,第二通道及与第二通道连通的上开关密封片和下开关密封片上的进液孔形成了第二水路,两条水路之间相互隔离。
实施例中各部件之间为保证密封性,水压腔外壳与上开关密封片之间及下开关密封片与阀芯底座之间均设有密封垫片,阀杆及动平衡片上套设有密封圈23。
本实施例中通过对同步开关阀芯部件优化设计,使同步阀芯由单一只能调节流量开关变成既能调节流量又能同步开关,同时还可以平衡两条通道内的压力,这一结构的变化使装配该阀芯的产品由复杂通道变成简单通道,使产品无需单独设置平衡模块部件,阀体结构简单,水路缩短,成本降低,此外由于该稳压功能的同步开关阀芯的开关方式是同步关断进入阀芯的两路通道,使装配该阀芯的产品无需在产品入口安装单向止回阀,克服了单向止回阀易发生故障的缺点。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带稳压功能的同步开关阀芯,其特征在于,所述流量调节模块包括阀杆、水压腔外壳、上开关密封片及下开关密封片,所述阀杆上端穿过阀芯外壳上端,阀杆与水压腔外壳上端可拆卸连接,阀杆侧壁开有使上过水孔与上出水口连通的通孔,所述阀芯底座上设有凸台,所述凸台中部与底部出水口连通,所述上开关密封片与下开关密封片自上而下套设在凸台上,上开关密封片与水压腔外壳卡接,下开关密封片与阀芯底座卡接,上开关密封片与下开关密封片上分别开有中心对称设置的两个进液孔,水压腔外壳内设有第一通道及第二通道,所述第一通道及第二通道分别与上开关密封片上的两个进液孔连通。
