本发明公开了一种棉用无氟防水剂,它涉及防水剂技术领域;它包括无氟拒水剂和交联剂;所述无氟拒水剂的重量份是30~100份;所述交联剂的重量份是0~20份;所述无氟拒水剂有以下重量份的原料组成:碳氢树脂10‑20份,丙烯酸聚合物5‑10份,聚氨酯聚合物5‑10份,表面活性剂和功能型助剂(其他助剂)5‑10份,其余为水。可以解决拒水剂在纯棉织物上的耐久性问题,且手感柔软,不影响透气性;能够保持织物原有的柔软手感和透气性,且不影响织物原有的色光,对干摩擦牢度基本无影响。

一种棉用无氟防水剂
技术领域
本发明属于防水剂技术领域,具体涉及一种棉用无氟防水剂。
背景技术
纯棉织物作为天然纤维素的代表之一,具有自然舒适的特性,而具有拒水、防污、自清洁的多功能的纯棉纺织品,更受到广大消费者的青睐。该多功能纺织品广泛应用于医护人员用装、户外登山服/滑雪服、户外帐篷、军人作战服装等领域,具有巨大的潜在市场,并能促进经济效益和社会效益。
传统的含氟化合物虽然有卓越的拒水功能,还有优异的拒油功能,然而,研究表明,在生产含氟整理剂中可能残留的含氟辛酸及其盐类(PFOA)和全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS),PFOA和PFOS是一种化学稳定性极高的化合物,难以降解,并且会在环境和人体中累积,从而对环境和人类的健康存在潜在的危险。2008年6月份欧盟就已经限制了PFOS的使用,PFOA及其盐也被列入REACH高度关注物质清单,PFOA和PFOS将逐渐退出防水整理剂的舞台。因此无氟拒水整理剂的研究逐渐成为研究者们关注的一个新的热点。
经过一般的无氟防水剂处理的纯棉织物不仅手感偏硬,而且不耐洗,洗过几次后,拒水效果大大降低,限制了纯棉织物的应用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题;本发明的目的在于提供一种棉用耐久型无氟防水剂。
本发明的种棉用无氟防水剂,它包括无氟拒水剂和交联剂;所述无氟拒水剂的重量份是30~100份;所述交联剂的重量份是0~20份;
所述无氟拒水剂有以下重量份的原料组成:碳氢树脂10-20份,丙烯酸聚合物5-10份,聚氨酯聚合物5-10份,表面活性剂和功能型助剂(其他助剂)5-10份,其余为水;
所述其他助剂包括丙二醇、三聚1,2-丙二醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
本发明的原理:所述无氟拒水整理剂与配套的交联剂MEIKANATEAIN一起使用,可以使纯棉织物达到持久的耐洗的拒水效果;交联剂通过与无氟聚合物和棉纤维的双向交联化学反应,使无氟聚合物与棉纤维结合的更加牢固,提升纯棉织物拒水效果的耐久性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种棉用无氟防水剂采用无氟拒水剂与配套交联剂使用可以解决拒水剂在纯棉织物上的耐久性问题,且手感柔软,不影响透气性;本发明中的无氟防水剂为长碳链型无氟拒水剂,不含PFOA和PFOS,完全符合环保要求,经本发明的无氟防水剂处理后的纯棉织物拒水效果可以达到AATCC 22洗前100分,5次洗后95分,10次洗后80分(下文有检测标准说明),同时能够保持织物原有的柔软手感和透气性,且不影响织物原有的色光,对干摩擦牢度基本无影响。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
在此,还需要说明的是,为了避免因不必要的细节而模糊了本发明,下文仅示出了与根据本发明的方案密切相关的结构和/或处理步骤,而省略了与本发明关系不大的其他细节。
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包括无氟拒水剂和交联剂;所述无氟拒水剂的重量份是30~100份;所述交联剂的重量份是0~20份;所述无氟拒水剂有以下重量份的原料组成:碳氢树脂10-20份,丙烯酸聚合物5-10份,聚氨酯聚合物5-10份,表面活性剂和功能型助剂(其他助剂)5-10份,其余为水;所述其他助剂包括丙二醇、三聚1,2-丙二醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
本发明的具体实施方式分为两步:
一、配制无氟拒水剂并检测;
二、配制耐久型无氟防水剂并检测;
第一步:
实施例一:
调配无氟拒水剂采用以下重量份的原料:碳氢树脂10份,丙烯酸聚合物6份,聚氨酯聚合物6份,丙二醇3份、三聚1,2-丙二醇5份,其余为水。
实施例二:
调配无氟拒水剂采用以下重量份的原料:碳氢树脂12份,丙烯酸聚合物7份,聚氨酯聚合物5份、三聚1,2-丙二醇4份、异丙醇2份,其余为水。
实施例三:
调配无氟拒水剂采用以下重量份的原料:碳氢树脂20份,丙烯酸聚合物5份,聚氨酯聚合物5份,丙二醇6份,其余为水。
实施例四:
调配无氟拒水剂采用以下重量份的原料:碳氢树脂15份,丙烯酸聚合物6份,聚氨酯聚合物6份、三聚1,2-丙二醇2份、异丙醇7份,其余为水。
检测方法:配液→干布一浸一轧(3.0kgf/em2)→烘干(110℃*60s)→定型(170Cx60s)→评价(织物拒水度:用喷淋试验参照标准AATCC22-2010拒水性能测试(喷淋法)标准测定)。
表1是实施例一~四的测评数据对比:

实施例结果:实施例1~四的实验结果的防水综合分数分别是:70、70、80、85;因此在第二步与交联剂的混合中采用实施例四的无氟拒水剂。
第二步:
调配无氟防水剂;在无氟拒水剂中混合一定量的交联剂。
表2是具体实施的配方对比:

按照表2中的配比将混合的防水剂采用上述实验方法进行实验;
实验方法如下:
1、首先把待整理的布料称取2.0g待测试面料3份,将这3份面料放入碘量瓶中,分别加入100ml去离子水或者蒸留水,室温振荡2小时,之后用专用PH计测试PH值含量,确保布面的PH值在6-7;
2、待整理的织物清洁度要很高,一定要退浆充分,退浆率达到98%以上,毛效达到5cm/5min,不能带有表面活性剂等;
3、在做后整理前,请将轧槽及轧辊用清水清洗干净,最好将引布更换为半制品的布,以防其他整理剂(例如含硅的柔软剂等)玷污;
4、配制工作液最好用酸化过的水(PH=4-5左右),以防自来水碱量太大,夏季水温尽量偏低,冰水为最佳;
5、处理工艺为一浸一轧,带液率60-80%,烘干,110-120℃*1-2min,焙烘170-180℃*30-60s。
上述实验步骤中对应的工具设备如下:

根据实验结果可以看出:
1、当增加无氟拒水剂的用量后,织物的防水效果更佳,耐洗性更好,NFH的最佳用量为50-80份(50-80g/l);
2、当无氟拒水剂与交联剂一起使用可增加织物防水效果的耐洗性和耐久性,交联剂的用量为无氟拒水剂用量的2%左右。
本发明的一种棉用无氟防水剂,最佳配方是交联剂的用量为无氟拒水剂用量的2%左右,无氟拒水剂用量是50-80g/l,且无氟拒水剂采用以下重量份原料:碳氢树脂12份,丙烯酸聚合物6份,聚氨酯聚合物9份、三聚1,2-丙二醇2份、异丙醇7份,其余为水。

Claims (5)

1.一种棉用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:它包括无氟拒水剂和交联剂;所述无氟拒水剂的重量份是30~100份;所述交联剂的重量份是0~20份;
所述无氟拒水剂有以下重量份的原料组成:碳氢树脂10-20份,丙烯酸聚合物5-10份,聚氨酯聚合物5-10份,表面活性剂和功能型助剂5-10份,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:所述其他助剂包括丙二醇、三聚1,2-丙二醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:所述无氟拒水整理剂与配套的交联剂一起使用,可以使纯棉织物达到持久的耐洗的拒水效果;交联剂通过与无氟聚合物和棉纤维的双向交联化学反应,使无氟聚合物与棉纤维结合的更加牢固,提升纯棉织物拒水效果的耐久性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:调配无氟防水剂采用以下实验方法:
(1)、首先把待整理的布料称取2.0g待测试面料3份,将这3份面料放入碘量瓶中,分别加入100ml去离子水或者蒸留水,室温振荡2小时,之后用专用PH计测试PH值含量,确保布面的PH值在6-7;
(2)、待整理的织物清洁度要很高,一定要退浆充分,退浆率达到98%以上,毛效达到5cm/5min,不能带有表面活性剂等;
(3)、在做后整理前,请将轧槽及轧辊用清水清洗干净,最好将引布更换为半制品的布,以防其他整理剂玷污;
(4)、配制工作液最好用酸化过的水,以防自来水碱量太大,夏季水温尽量偏低,冰水为最佳;
(5)、处理工艺为一浸一轧,带液率60-80%,烘干,110-120℃*1-2min,焙烘170-180℃*30-60s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:它的最佳配方是交联剂的用量为无氟拒水剂用量的2%左右,无氟拒水剂用量是50-80g/l,且无氟拒水剂采用以下重量份原料:碳氢树脂15份,丙烯酸聚合物6份,聚氨酯聚合物9份、三聚1,2-丙二醇2份、异丙醇7份,其余为水。
