Description

Antibacterial fiber material and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fiber materials, in particular to an antibacterial fiber material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Fiber materials, also called textile materials, are silk fabrics which are famous in the world and are widely applied to the fields of clothes, bedding and the like since ancient times. With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the modes of silkworm breeding and spinning and the like can not meet the market demand, the requirement of people on fiber materials or textile materials is continuously improved, and therefore, a plurality of artificial synthetic fiber materials are produced, however, many artificial synthetic fiber materials have many problems, such as easy moth eating and easy bacteria breeding after long-term use. In addition, most synthetic fiber materials rub when being dried to cause charge accumulation, which causes much inconvenience to people's lives, such as sparks during the removal of clothes, easy adsorption of dust, impact on instruments and processes in special environments such as electronic processing, and even possibility of causing accidents in some flammable and explosive environments.
Therefore, through the blending and improvement of the raw materials, the problems that the existing artificially synthesized fiber material is easy to breed bacteria and generate static electricity are solved, and the fiber material has wide market prospect.

The invention aims to provide an antibacterial fiber material with good antibacterial performance and antistatic performance. The method is realized by the following technical scheme:
an antibacterial fiber material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of bamboo fiber, 20-25 parts of alginate fiber, 10-15 parts of milk protein fiber, 4-5 parts of graphite, 3-5 parts of shell powder, 5-7 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 6-8 parts of gold nano star.
The invention takes natural fibers such as bamboo fibers, alginate fibers, milk protein fibers and the like as main bodies, is very environment-friendly, wherein the bamboo fibers and the alginate fibers have the effects of antibiosis, bacteriostasis and insect prevention, and have soft touch and excellent skin feel; the antibacterial performance of the material is further improved by the aid of the gold nano-star; and the milk protein fiber enables the material to have good ultraviolet resistance. The invention also adds graphite to improve the antistatic ability of the material, and the aliphatic alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is used for further enhancing the antistatic ability, and in addition, the ultraviolet resistance of the material is also improved. And finally, the mechanical property and the moisture absorption and air permeability of the material are improved by utilizing the porous structure, toughening and other effects of the shell powder. The antibacterial fiber material prepared by the invention can be at least applied to the textile field.
In some preferred embodiments, the antibacterial fiber material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28 parts of bamboo fiber, 22 parts of alginate fiber, 12 parts of milk protein fiber, 4 parts of graphite, 4 parts of shell powder, 6 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 7 parts of gold nano-star.
