Description

Tea saponin dispersible tablet and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tea saponin dispersible tablet and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The overproof pesticide residue in edible fruits and vegetables is one of the main problems facing the food safety in China. China is the first major country of pesticide consumption in the world, 190 million tons of pesticides are produced annually, 60 million tons of raw pesticides are used, the dosage of chemical pesticides in unit area is 2.5-5 times higher than the dosage in the world, and the area of crops which are polluted by residual pesticides each year reaches 12 hundred million mu. Most fruits and vegetables are instant when being fresh and are eaten in large quantities, so that the pesticide residues of the fruits and the vegetables have great harm to human bodies, and the problem of pesticide residues of the fruits and the vegetables is related to the health of people and is paid enough attention.
At present, few products are sold in China, which are specially used for cleaning residual pesticides on vegetables and fruits, and many of the products are replaced by chemical products such as common tableware detergents. These products have two major drawbacks: on one hand, the pesticide residue removing efficiency is not ideal enough; on the other hand, chemical components such as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in the products also remain in certain amount in vegetables and fruits after washing, which becomes a secondary pollution source. In addition, most of the detergents also contain a certain amount of elements harmful to human bodies, such as arsenic and some heavy metal elements such as mercury, lead, cadmium, chromium and the like, which are harmful to human bodies. In conclusion, a small amount of heavy metal elements contained in common detergents can cause great harm to human health, so that natural, nontoxic and efficient fruit and vegetable cleaning agents increasingly become the requirements of healthy life along with the attention of people on life quality and life health.
The camellia seeds contain natural surfactant tea saponin, can be used for washing vegetables and fruits, but a solid preparation which is used for washing fruits and takes the tea saponin as a main component is not sold in the market all the time, because the tea saponin has too strong hygroscopicity, the tea saponin is prepared into powder or granules, because the specific surface area is large, the hygroscopicity is strong, after the two reasons are superposed, the product is deteriorated and ineffective due to absorbing moisture (absorbing moisture) in the air after the product is produced, the product stability is poor, and the tea saponin is not easy to popularize in the market. The preparation of the tea saponin into the tablet with small specific surface area is one of the methods for solving the problems of strong hygroscopicity and poor stability of the tea saponin.
The preparation of the tea saponin powder into the tablet requires that the tea saponin powder is prepared into granules firstly and then tabletted. To achieve a good fruit cleaning effect, tea saponin with a certain concentration is needed, the content of tea saponin in the tablet is needed to be high, but the difficulty in preparing the high-content tea saponin tablet is high due to the fact that the hygroscopicity of the tea saponin is too strong and the granulation difficulty is high. 10-50% of CN102948418A tea saponin, 60% of CN106344421A tea saponin and 10-50% of CN107699394A tea saponin.
