The invention introduces the mosquito-repellent and insect-repellent effective substance through the compound essential oil and the polysaccharide extract, can effectively endow the plastic products with long-acting mosquito-repellent and insect-repellent effects, and simultaneously, the plastic preparation additive can be completely biodegraded through the adjustment of the raw material components, thereby being beneficial to industrial large-scale production and environmental protection economic benefits.
