Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型PVC装饰材料的配方及其制备方法,由下列物质重量份构成:PVC100㎏;增塑增强剂6‑10㎏;复合钙50‑100㎏;木粉20‑50㎏;钙锌稳定剂4‑8㎏;阻燃剂5‑10㎏;木纹剂2‑5㎏;紫外吸收剂0.3‑0.8㎏;抗氧剂0.5‑0.8㎏;高分子聚乙烯蜡0.3‑1㎏;超高分子聚乙酸0.3‑0.8㎏;硬脂酸SA18010.3‑1㎏;改性剂ACR‑4014‑8㎏;增韧剂CPE1350.3‑1㎏。本方案对PVC板体的成分进行改进,可使得PVC板具有木板的触感和纹路,增加其在装饰上的观赏价值,同时保持增加了其强度,阻燃性,稳定性,使其更加耐热且不易变色,此外本方案的PVC板体,节省木材有利于保护生态环境、不需要油漆避免对环境的污染、报废后可回收利用不产生二次污染,且健康环保、无毒无味、防火防潮、隔音隔热、即装即用。

一种新型PVC装饰材料的配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型PVC装饰材料的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
装饰材料分为两大部分:一部分为室外材料,一部分为室内材料。室内材料再分为石材,板材、片材、型材、线材五个类型。装饰板材是所有板材的总称,主要有:细木工板、胶合板、装饰面板、密度板、集成材、刨花板、防火板、石膏板、PVC板、铝扣板、铝塑板、三维板等。
现有技术中使用的PVC板具有如下的缺点:使用PVC板作为装饰板在观赏性上较差,缺乏木板所具有的特殊手感和纹路,同时PVC板材不耐热,稳定性很差且容易变色,因此提出一种新型PVC装饰材料的配方及其制备方法。木塑最大的优势就是对环境贡献大,节省木材有利于保护生态环境、不需要油漆避免对环境的污染、报废后可回收利用不产生二次污染。木塑制品有着不用刷漆,不怕水的优点,在15年左右的使用周期结束后,还可以回收再利用。据了解,木塑材料的使用年限是普通木材的3-10倍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型PVC装饰材料的配方及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

一种新型PVC装饰材料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将PVC、增塑增强剂、复合钙、木粉、钙锌稳定剂、阻燃剂、木纹剂、紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂、高分子聚乙烯蜡、超高分子聚乙酸、硬脂酸SA1801、改性剂ACR-401、增韧剂CPE135放入高混机搅拌,利用摩擦升温至100-120℃;
S2.放入冷却缸冷却至30-60℃;
S3.放入挤出机定型;
S4.真空冷却定型;
S5.采用牵引机牵引;
S6.隔断;
S7覆膜;
S8剪裁、包装。
优选地,在所述S3中,挤出机的加热温度在150-180℃。
优选地,在所述S3时对所述新型PVC装饰材料加入木纹膜。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本方案对PVC板体的成分进行改进,可使得PVC板具有木板的触感和纹路,增加其在装饰上的观赏价值,同时保持增加了其强度,阻燃性,稳定性,使其更加耐热且不易变色,此外本方案的PVC板体,节省木材有利于保护生态环境、不需要油漆避免对环境的污染、报废后可回收利用不产生二次污染,且无毒无味、防火防潮、隔音隔热、即装即用,与传统装饰材料相比,减少了装修时的步骤,让装修过程更加环保、健康、方便。

S1.将PVC、增塑增强剂、复合钙、木粉、钙锌稳定剂、阻燃剂、木纹剂、紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂、高分子聚乙烯蜡、超高分子聚乙酸、硬脂酸SA1801、改性剂ACR-401、增韧剂CPE135放入高混机搅拌,利用摩擦升温至100-120℃;
S2.放入冷却缸冷却至30-60℃;
S3.放入挤出机定型;
S4.真空冷却定型;
S5.采用牵引机牵引;
S6.隔断;
S7覆膜;
S8剪裁、包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型PVC装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述S3中,挤出机的加热温度在150-180℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型PVC装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述S3时对所述新型PVC装饰材料加入木纹膜。
