为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种制作轻便鞋底的发泡橡胶配方,其特征在于,包含以下重量份原料:天然橡胶:28000份、塑解剂:90份、氧化锌一级:1540份、硬脂酸1810:420份、RS树脂:1100份、防老剂RD:300份、防老剂4010NA:20份、促进剂M:320份、促进剂DM:500份、促进剂ZDEC:120份、促进剂D:200份、促进剂TMTD:90份、硫磺:450份、N2200炭黑:11000份、胶粉80目:10000份、68号机油:4500份。
所述促进剂ZDEC、促进剂D、促进剂TMTD和硫磺采用在后添加。
所述天然橡胶经开炼机在常温(小于50℃)下塑炼1小时,之后将塑炼完成的天然橡胶静置24小时。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的制作轻便鞋底的发泡橡胶配方,采用该配方制作的鞋子,具有很好耐磨性能、防滑性能以及舒适性能,且鞋子的重量轻,穿着轻便。

下面进一步说明其有关细节,该制作轻便鞋底的发泡橡胶配方,包含以下重量份原料:天然橡胶:28000份、塑解剂:90份、氧化锌一级:1540份、硬脂酸1810:420份、RS树脂:1100份、防老剂RD:300份、防老剂4010NA:20份、促进剂M:320份、促进剂DM:500份、促进剂ZDEC:120份、促进剂D:200份、促进剂TMTD:90份、硫磺:450份、N2200炭黑:11000份、胶粉80目:10000份、68号机油:4500份。
称取以下重量的原料,天然橡胶:28000g、塑解剂:90 g、氧化锌一级:1540 g、硬脂酸1810:420 g、RS树脂:1100 g、防老剂RD:300 g、防老剂4010NA:20 g、促进剂M:320 g、促进剂DM:500 g、促进剂ZDEC:120 g、促进剂D:200 g、促进剂TMTD:90 g、硫磺:450 g、N2200炭黑:11000 g、胶粉80目:10000 g、68号机油:4500 g,然后进行混练,其中促进剂ZDEC、促进剂D、促进剂TMTD和硫磺采用在后添加,满足混练需求,提高混练质量。
所述天然橡胶放至开炼机上进行塑炼1小时,在常温(小于50℃)下反复受到机械力的作用,使分子链断裂,与此同时断裂后的大分子自由基在空气中氧化作用下,发生了一系列力学与化学反应,最终达到降解,天然橡胶从原先高韧高弹性变为柔软可塑性,满足混炼的要求。然后从开炼机上将塑炼完成的胶料从辊上裁取下来,将压片的天然橡胶打包成卷,放在晾置架上进行静置24小时。
