(4) standing and extracting for two days in a plastic bucket filled with tobacco powder and alkaline electrolyzed water extracting solution;
(5) collecting a leaching solution: taking out the stone in the leaching plastic bucket; taking out the gauze bag containing tobacco powder, and squeezing out the extractive solution with hands. The collecting process of the leaching liquor needs to be operated with plastic gloves.
(6) Adding 10ml of common silicon solution into 10L of the nicotine water solution, wherein the nicotine water solution is used mother liquor;
(7) the nicotine water agent is diluted by 5 times in the field application process and is sprayed for use.
The alkaline electrolyzed water used in the invention is K2CO3The solution is produced by electrolysis, namely the alkaline electrolysis has a large amount of potassium ions in water content, thereby having the function of a potassium fertilizer.

The invention utilizes alkaline electrolytic water to extract nicotine in tobacco, and can also be used for extracting other plant alkali.
