Abstract

本发明涉及一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,属于防伪技术领域,在其小膜底纸上设置有烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜。所述射频防伪电化铝层包括依次层设的离型层、色层、设置有射频天线和射频芯片的射频信息层、镀铝层、背胶层;所述射频天线经图导电胶后光刻模压制得,射频芯片用高温胶固定于射频天线端部。本发明通过将该射频防伪电化铝层的射频序列号与射频阅读器读取的或者数据库记录的射频序列号进行比较,达到鉴别真伪的目的,具有防伪及日常生产管理数据溯源等功能。花纸不易被仿制,结构简单、使用的花纸可以平张或卷筒印刷,便于存放、运输及工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及防伪技术领域,具体是涉及一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,还涉及由该制品转印的瓶具。
背景技术
水转印花纸具有强度大、耐高温、耐摩擦、耐酸碱腐蚀等性能和色泽亮丽的特点,被广泛用于陶瓷、玻璃制品、汽车等商品表面。最初,花纸作为记录相关信息的载体,方便消费者识别商品的身份,采集、跟踪商品的信息。但是,随着造假者的工艺加强,普通花纸的使用已经很难将真品同其他仿冒产品区分开,这不仅会损害了消费者和企业的合法利益,影响社会上流通商品的稳定性,也使国家税收大量流失。
射频电子技术具有良好的加密和防伪功能,但如何将加密及防伪功能进行很好的利用,并将其应用于产品流通领域进行各种商品的防伪,一直是以难解的问题。传统的防伪技术利用了荧光、印刷复杂图案、激光全息、外观破坏等方法,却因为相关技术本身易于被模仿和破解而不具有可靠的防伪功能。
发明内容
针对现有的花纸不易辨别真伪和易于被模仿的技术问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种射频防伪的水转印花纸。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得;
或者,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、非烫金的文字和/或图案层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得;
或者,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷非烫金的文字和/或图案层、第一层油墨、烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得。
进一步的技术方案,所述射频防伪电化铝层包括依次层设的离型层、色层、射频信息层、镀铝层及背胶层,射频信息层设置有射频天线和射频芯片,该离型层与所述烫金底墨相连。
进一步的技术方案,所述小膜底纸上设置有第一对位点,所述色层上设置有第二对位点。
作为优选的,所述射频天线经在烫金膜的色层上涂导电胶后光刻模压制得,所述射频芯片用高温胶固定于射频天线端部非导电胶的区域。
进一步的技术方案,所述射频芯片的ROM中存储有与待防伪商品一对一关联的防伪信息,该防伪信息与厂家或者防伪中心的数据库的信息相对应,可以包括产品、厂名、厂址、联系电话、出厂日期、保质期。
进一步的技术方案,所述射频信息层上印有全球唯一的射频序列号,通过无线或者有线在数据库中检索该射频序列号对应的产品信息,比对该商品信息与待识别商品信息,可以判断商品的真伪。
作为优选的,所述可撕封面胶膜的材料为水转印专用树脂;所述背胶层采用厚度为16μm的BOPET。
作为优选的,所述油墨层、烫金底墨、保护层油墨为LED树脂油墨、UV 油墨、溶剂型油墨中的一种。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种瓶具,该瓶具上的图案由上述任意一项所述的射频防伪的水转印花纸经水转印获得。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)具有多重防伪功能。制品上印刷有一个全球唯一的射频序列号,被保护层油墨盖住,消费者刮开后可通过电话、短信、互联网查询该序列号产品的真伪;也可用射频阅读器读取射频芯片存储的信息,通过将读取出的射频UID码与制品上印刷的射频序列号进行比对,来判断商品的真伪性。
2)方便连续印刷。在传统的制品结构上做出改进,可连续印刷;提升了效率和效益,节约了生产成本。
3)非破坏性的显示和防伪功能的制品,在商品被开启和使用后,射频信息不被破坏,数据可以反复被读出,能为将来的取证提供方便,具有防伪及日常生产管理数据溯源等功能。
4)在小膜底纸上设置第一对位点,烫金膜的色层上设置有第二对位点;在小膜底纸上印刷文字和/或图案时,可以精准对照,能够降低多次转印产生的次品率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明技术方案作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,为本发明射频防伪的水转印花纸的印刷流程。所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得;或者,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、非烫金的文字和/或图案层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得;或者,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷非烫金的文字和/或图案层、第一层油墨、烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得。
其中射频防伪电化铝层包括依次层设的离型层、色层、射频信息层、镀铝层及背胶层,该离型层与所述烫金底墨相连。
射频信息层设置有射频天线2和射频芯片1,射频天线2经在色层上设定的区域涂导电胶后光刻模压制得,射频芯片1用高温导电胶粘结在射频天线2端部非导电胶的区域。
实施例2
图2为射频信息的结构图。
射频天线2经在烫金膜的色层上涂导电胶,然后在导电胶上光刻模压制得。射频芯片1用高温导电胶固定于射频天线2端部。射频芯片1的ROM中存储与待防伪商品一对一关联的防伪信息,可以包括产品、厂名、厂址、联系电话、出厂日期、保质期等。存储的防伪信息在贴商品上的时候已经存入到厂家或者防伪中心的数据库里,与之对应的射频序列号是唯一的,将射频序列号录入数据库中进行普通或加密存储,并印刷在印刷文字和/或图案层上,上面印刷油墨进行覆盖。
造假者通过复制射频序列号批量制备仿冒的花纸,在数据库检索无效,很容易被识别。而芯片厂家技术保护,采用将电子射频序列号重新写入芯片工艺复杂、投入巨大,几乎不存在假冒的可能性。在商品的流通过程中,批发商、零售商和普通消费者可根据实际情况,选择以下方式中的一种或多种对商品真伪进行判定:
1)根据花纸上印刷的商品的文字和/或图案,对商品的真伪进行初步判定;
2)刮开射频序列号上覆盖的油墨层,通过电话、短信、互联网查询该射频序列号产品的真伪;
3)用射频阅读器读取射频芯片1的信息发送到服务器,在服务器中通过将射频码与花纸上印刷的射频序列号进行对比得出防伪认证结果,来判断商品的真伪性。

Claims (9)

1.一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得;
或者,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、非烫金的文字和/或图案层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得;
或者,所述水转印花纸为在小膜底纸上依次印刷非烫金的文字和/或图案层、第一层油墨、烫金底墨、射频防伪电化铝层、保护层油墨和可撕封面胶膜而制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述射频防伪电化铝层包括依次层设的离型层、色层、射频信息层、镀铝层及背胶层,射频信息层设置有射频天线(2)和射频芯片(1),该离型层与所述烫金底墨相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述小膜底纸上设置有第一对位点,所述色层上设置有第二对位点。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述射频天线(2)经在色层上涂导电胶后光刻模压制得,所述射频芯片(1)用高温导电胶粘结于射频天线(2)端部非导电胶的区域。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述射频芯片(1)的ROM中存储有与待防伪商品一对一关联的防伪信息,该防伪信息与厂家或者防伪中心的数据库的信息相对应,该防伪信息包括产品、厂名、厂址、联系电话、出厂日期、保质期。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述印刷文字和/或图案层上印有全球唯一的射频序列号,通过无线或者有线在数据库中检索该射频序列号对应的产品信息,比对该商品信息与待识别商品信息,可以判断商品的真伪。
7.根据权利要求2所述射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述可撕封面胶膜的材料为水转印专用树脂;所述背胶层采用厚度为16μm的BOPET。
8.根据权利要求1所述射频防伪的水转印花纸,其特征在于:所述第一层油墨、烫金底墨、保护层油墨为LED树脂油墨、UV油墨、溶剂型油墨中的一种。
9.一种瓶具,该瓶具上的文字和/或图案由权利要求1~8任意一项所述的一种射频防伪的水转印花纸经转印获得。
