Abstract

纹系统,其特征是α外小于α内,优点是可消除六个
自由度,实现自锁,且结构简单、适用范围广、工艺要
求低;上述自锁螺纹的制造工具简单,成本低,功效
高。
Description
本发明涉及一种自锁螺纹,属于可在任何场合应用的防松螺纹联接系统,以及制造这种自锁螺纹的工具。
为了保证装配,螺纹孔和螺栓的公差需要在螺栓外径与螺孔根径之间存在间隙,这样导致了螺栓与螺孔之间存在相对横移的可能性,并且不可避免地会造成螺栓中心线与螺孔中心线不同轴的后果,在重载荷的振动下,特别是横向振动下,内外螺纹之间由于存在前述的间隙,将会产生相对的横向位移,导致螺纹间的摩擦力消失,此时螺纹就会被振松。试验表明,即使是拧得很紧的螺栓也会在横向振动下松开。
本发明的目的是提供一种既具有理想防松效果,而结构又非常简单的螺纹联接系统,以及其制造工具。
本发明是这样实现的:把外螺纹牙尖角“α外”做成小于内螺纹牙尖角“α内”,即“α外”∠“α内”,旋紧时,螺纹系统将确保消除六个自由度,实现自锁。制造上述本发明的工具是这样实现的:把制造外螺纹的内丝板牙尖角“α内板”做成小于制造内螺纹的外丝锥牙尖角“α外锥”,即“α内板”∠“α外锥”,就可以制造出“α外”∠“α内”的自锁螺纹系统。使用时,内外螺纹可以从两个方向拧入。
本发明与现有技术相比,有如下优点:1、可消除六个自由度,螺纹不会松动,实现自锁;2、结构简单,易于制造;不需特殊的牙型有的自锁功能;4、制造工具简单;5、制造过程的工艺要求降低,使成本下降,功效提高。
下面对本发明作进一步的描述。
在具有内外螺纹的螺纹系统中,把外螺纹牙尖角“α外”做成小于内螺纹牙尖角“α内”,即“α外”∠“α内”;制造本发明的工具,其内丝板的牙尖角“α内板”小于外丝锥的牙尖角“α外锥”。上述的角度“α外”、“α内”、“α内板”和“α外锥”可以是正值,也可以是负值。
Claims (4)
1、一种自锁螺纹,具有内外螺纹,其特征是外螺纹牙尖角α外小于内螺纹牙尖角“α内”,即“α外”<“α内”。
2、一种自锁螺纹的制造工具,具有制造外螺纹的内丝板和制造内螺纹的外丝锥,其特征是内丝板牙尖角“α内板”小于外丝锥牙尖角“α外锥”,即“α内板”∠“α外锥”。
3、如权利要求1所述的自锁螺纹,其特征是“α外”及“α内”可以是正值,也可以是负值。
4、如权利要求2所述的自锁螺纹,其特征是“α内板”及“α外锥”可以是正值,也可以是负值。
