本发明涉及一种抗拉伸隔音棉,阻燃网层的内层设置有隔音棉层,隔音棉层的内层设置为隔音蜂窝层;阻燃网层与隔音棉层以及隔音棉层与隔音蜂窝层之间设置有粘结层,粘结层上设置有至少一个的透气孔;隔音蜂窝层的内层设置有填充泡沫层,填充泡沫层的四周用粘结层进行包裹并连接隔音蜂窝层和抗拉伸基层;本发明将双层的阻燃网层包裹在隔音棉的外层,在对隔音棉进行阻燃的同时,不破坏隔音棉的隔音作用,提高隔音棉的隔音效果,也提高了隔音棉的阻燃效果;通过设置抗拉伸基层和包埋在阻燃网层内的抗拉伸加强筋和抗震钉,提高了隔音棉的韧性和强刚度,优化了隔音棉的内部结构,改善了隔音棉的性质和功能;具有良好的市场潜在价值,具有实用性和创造性。

一种抗拉伸隔音棉
技术领域
本发明涉及隔音棉材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗拉伸隔音棉。
背景技术
噪声污染是人类生活环境的大公害,它不仅严重损害我们的听觉神经,心血管系统以及神经系统,并且还能加快建筑物、工业机械的老化,影响仪器的精密度和使用年限。随着大家对噪声控制问题的日益重视,各种各样隔音降噪的方法也随之诞生。而传统的隔音材料—玻璃棉因其存在着诸多缺陷,如降噪系数低、使用寿命短、不环保、容易造成二次污染等问题,其运用受到限制,已经淡出市场而为新型吸声材料所替代。纤维类吸声材料可以在较宽的频带内有良好的隔音效果,因此可以替代以离心玻璃棉为代表的传统多孔隔音材料等,这种同时具备环保、可重复利用、装饰功能、以及优越声学性能的隔音材料将会越来越多地得到市场的认可。
另一方面,随着生活实用和消防安全要求的日益增加,人们对于隔音棉的阻燃要求也越来越高。目前阻燃技术已进入一个新的发展阶段,未来吸音材料的阻燃技术正朝着高效、经济、环保的方向发展。由于无机阻燃剂具有:毒性低,热稳定性好;不析出,有持久的阻燃效果;不产生腐蚀性气体;价格低廉;较小的发烟量等优点,因此无机阻燃剂在各个方面的应用正逐步取代有机阻燃剂,因此合成无机阻燃剂的研究意义重大;但是由于有机阻燃剂目前仍在大量使用,将无机阻燃剂与有机阻燃剂组合使用不失为一种可取的过渡的方式。
目前,社会对隔音材料的需求量迅猛增长,传统的隔音材料已无法满足人们对环保性、装饰性、阻燃性的更高要求;而且一般的隔音棉的拉伸强度并不好,在拉伸过程中容易断裂,或形成裂纹,影响隔音棉的使用。因此,研究并开发应用新的高拉伸强度的环保隔音阻燃材料已成为努力的方向。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种抗拉伸隔音棉,通过将在隔音棉的外表面设置有双层的阻燃层,并以抗拉伸基层作为基底,目的在于解决阻燃效果不好、隔音效果不佳、抗拉伸强度不好的缺陷。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案是:
一种抗拉伸隔音棉,包括有具有抗拉伸的抗拉伸基层,所述抗拉伸基层将隔音分为上下两个部分,所述抗拉伸基层包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
天然橡胶15-20份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶20-35份、碳纤维改性酚醛树脂20-25份、碳纤维改性PC/ABS合金15-20份、碳纤维5-10份、增韧改性石墨烯纤维5-8份、合金螺旋纤维5-12份、纳米二氧化钛纤维5-10份、增韧氧化铝空心球4-8份、γ-FeO(OH)、FeCO3和CaTiO3的混合晶须3-6份和鳞片石墨晶须2-5份;
所述抗拉伸基层有各种原材料纤维包埋在橡胶基底中滚揉、密炼、成型、压片和切割制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述抗拉伸隔音棉的表层设置有阻燃网层,所述阻燃网层设置为双层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述表层的阻燃网层包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤维30-45%、玻璃纤维20-30%、碳纤维10-15%、腈氯纶纤维15-25%和间位芳纶纤维5-10%。
作为优选的技术方案,所述底层的阻燃网层包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
阻燃尼龙纤维20-25%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维20-30%、酚醛纤维10-15%、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25%和芳砜纶纤维5-15%。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻燃网层的内层设置有隔音棉层,所述隔音棉层的内层设置为隔音蜂窝层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻燃网层与隔音棉层以及隔音棉层与隔音蜂窝层之间设置有粘结层,所述粘结层上设置有至少一个的透气孔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述隔音蜂窝层的内层设置有填充泡沫层,填充泡沫层的四周用粘结层进行包裹并连接吸音蜂窝层和抗拉伸基层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述抗拉伸基层的下层设置有大空腔,大空腔内部竖直设置有至少一个的加强筋。
作为优选的技术方案,所述加强筋直接将大空腔分为至少两个的小空腔,所述小空腔内部填装有多孔轻质分子筛碎片。
作为优选的技术方案,所述抗拉伸基层的上层与下层之间设置有隔音通孔,隔音通孔直接对应每一个小空腔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述抗拉伸基层在隔音棉的顶层设置有抗拉伸加强筋,抗拉伸加强筋包埋在阻燃网层内,并与阻燃网层等高。
作为优选的技术方案,所述抗拉伸加强筋上设置有抗震钉,所述抗震钉的底部直接与抗拉伸基层的中间层连接。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明将双层的阻燃网层包裹在隔音棉的外层,在对隔音棉进行阻燃的同时,也不会破坏隔音棉的隔音效果,设置有隔音棉层、隔音蜂窝层、填充泡沫层层和多孔轻质分子筛碎片对产生的噪音和振动进行吸收,大大提高了隔音棉的隔音效果,也提高了隔音棉的阻燃效果;在隔音棉的顶部包埋有与抗拉伸基层一体化设计的抗拉伸加强筋和抗震钉,在提高隔音棉抗拉伸能力的同时,吸收噪声或拉伸过程所产生的震动,优化了隔音棉的内部结构,改善了隔音棉的性质和功能;综合来看,本发明所设计的隔音棉巧妙地设计抗拉伸加强筋包埋在阻燃网层内,将双层阻燃网层覆盖在隔音棉外部对其进行阻燃保护,不仅提高隔音棉的韧性、强度和刚度,以及抗拉伸强度,还能够强化隔音和阻燃效果,具有良好的市场潜在价值,具有实用性和创造性。

一种抗拉伸隔音棉,包括有具有抗拉伸的抗拉伸基层6,所述抗拉伸基层6将隔音分为上下两个部分,所述抗拉伸基层6包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
天然橡胶20份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶35份、碳纤维改性酚醛树脂25份、碳纤维改性PC/ABS合金20份、碳纤维10份、增韧改性石墨烯纤维8份、合金螺旋纤维12份、纳米二氧化钛纤维10份、增韧氧化铝空心球8份、γ-FeO(OH)、FeCO3和CaTiO3的混合晶须6份和鳞片石墨晶须5份;
所述抗拉伸基层6有各种原材料纤维包埋在橡胶基底中滚揉、密炼、成型、压片和切割制成。
进一步地,所述抗拉伸隔音棉的表层设置有阻燃网层1,所述阻燃网层1设置为双层。
进一步地,所述表层的阻燃网层1包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤维45%、玻璃纤维20%、碳纤维15%、腈氯纶纤维15%和间位芳纶纤维5%。

阻燃尼龙纤维25%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维30%、酚醛纤维15%、聚四氟乙烯纤维15%和芳砜纶纤维15%。
进一步地,所述阻燃网层1的内层设置有隔音棉层3,所述隔音棉层3的内层设置为隔音蜂窝层4。
进一步地,所述阻燃网层1与隔音棉层3以及隔音棉层3与隔音蜂窝层4之间设置有粘结层2,所述粘结层2上设置有至少一个的透气孔。
进一步地,所述隔音蜂窝层4的内层设置有填充泡沫层5,填充泡沫层5的四周用粘结层2进行包裹并连接隔音蜂窝层4和抗拉伸基层6。
进一步地,所述抗拉伸基层6的下层设置有大空腔,大空腔内部竖直设置有至少一个的加强筋9。
进一步地,所述加强筋9直接将大空腔分为至少两个的小空腔,所述小空腔内部填装有多孔轻质分子筛碎片7。
进一步地,所述抗拉伸基层6的上层与下层之间设置有隔音通孔8,隔音通孔8直接对应每一个小空腔。
进一步地,所述抗拉伸基层6在隔音棉的顶层设置有抗拉伸加强筋10,抗拉伸加强筋10包埋在阻燃网层1内,并与阻燃网层1等高。
进一步地,所述抗拉伸加强筋10上设置有抗震钉11,所述抗震钉11的底部直接与抗拉伸基层6的中间层连接。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
一种抗拉伸隔音棉,包括有具有抗拉伸的抗拉伸基层6,所述抗拉伸基层6将隔音分为上下两个部分,所述抗拉伸基层6包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
天然橡胶15份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶20份、碳纤维改性酚醛树脂20份、碳纤维改性PC/ABS合金15份、碳纤维5份、增韧改性石墨烯纤维5份、合金螺旋纤维5份、纳米二氧化钛纤维5份、增韧氧化铝空心球4份、γ-FeO(OH)、FeCO3和CaTiO3的混合晶须3份和鳞片石墨晶须2份;
所述抗拉伸基层6有各种原材料纤维包埋在橡胶基底中滚揉、密炼、成型、压片和切割制成。
更进一步地,所述表层的阻燃网层1包括有以下重量份数的原材料:

所述抗拉伸基层6有各种原材料纤维包埋在橡胶基底中滚揉、密炼、成型、压片和切割制成。
更进一步地,所述表层的阻燃网层1包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤维30%、玻璃纤维20%、碳纤维15%、腈氯纶纤维25%和间位芳纶纤维10%。

所述抗拉伸基层6有各种原材料纤维包埋在橡胶基底中滚揉、密炼、成型、压片和切割制成。

在本发明中,本发明将双层的阻燃网层包裹在隔音棉的外层,在对隔音棉进行阻燃的同时,也不会破坏隔音棉的隔音效果,设置有隔音棉层、隔音蜂窝层、填充泡沫层层和多孔轻质分子筛碎片对产生的噪音和振动进行吸收,大大提高了隔音棉的隔音效果,也提高了隔音棉的阻燃效果;在隔音棉的顶部包埋有与抗拉伸基层一体化设计的抗拉伸加强筋和抗震钉,在提高隔音棉抗拉伸能力的同时,吸收噪声或拉伸过程所产生的震动,优化了隔音棉的内部结构,改善了隔音棉的性质和功能;综合来看,本发明所设计的隔音棉巧妙地设计抗拉伸加强筋包埋在阻燃网层内,将双层阻燃网层覆盖在隔音棉外部对其进行阻燃保护,不仅提高隔音棉的韧性、强度和刚度,以及抗拉伸强度,还能够强化隔音和阻燃效果,具有良好的市场潜在价值,具有实用性和创造性。

1.一种抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:包括有具有抗拉伸的抗拉伸基层(6),所述抗拉伸基层(6)将隔音分为上下两个部分,所述抗拉伸基层(6)包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
天然橡胶15-20份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶20-35份、碳纤维改性酚醛树脂20-25份、碳纤维改性PC/ABS合金15-20份、碳纤维5-10份、增韧改性石墨烯纤维5-8份、合金螺旋纤维5-12份、纳米二氧化钛纤维5-10份、增韧氧化铝空心球4-8份、γ-FeO(OH)、FeCO3和CaTiO3的混合晶须3-6份和鳞片石墨晶须2-5份;
所述抗拉伸基层(6)有各种原材料纤维包埋在橡胶基底中滚揉、密炼、成型、压片和切割制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述抗拉伸隔音棉的表层设置有阻燃网层(1),所述阻燃网层(1)设置为双层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述表层的阻燃网层(1)包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤维30-45%、玻璃纤维20-30%、碳纤维10-15%、腈氯纶纤维15-25%和间位芳纶纤维5-10%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述底层的阻燃网层(1)包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
阻燃尼龙纤维20-25%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维20-30%、酚醛纤维10-15%、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25%和芳砜纶纤维5-15%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述阻燃网层(1)的内层设置有隔音棉层(3),所述隔音棉层(3)的内层设置为隔音蜂窝层(4);
所述阻燃网层(1)与隔音棉层(3)以及隔音棉层(3)与隔音蜂窝层(4)之间设置有粘结层(2),所述粘结层(2)上设置有至少一个的透气孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述隔音蜂窝层(4)的内层设置有填充泡沫层(5),填充泡沫层(5)的四周用粘结层(2)进行包裹并连接隔音蜂窝层(4)和抗拉伸基层(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述抗拉伸基层(6)的下层设置有大空腔,大空腔内部竖直设置有至少一个的加强筋(9);
所述加强筋(9)直接将大空腔分为至少两个的小空腔,所述小空腔内部填装有多孔轻质分子筛碎片(7)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述抗拉伸基层(6)的上层与下层之间设置有隔音通孔(8),隔音通孔(8)直接对应每一个小空腔。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述抗拉伸基层(6)在隔音棉的顶层设置有抗拉伸加强筋(10),抗拉伸加强筋(10)包埋在阻燃网层(1)内,并与阻燃网层(1)等高。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抗拉伸隔音棉,其特征在于:所述抗拉伸加强筋(10)上设置有抗震钉(11),所述抗震钉(11)的底部直接与抗拉伸基层(6)的中间层连接。
