技术领域
本发明涉及家用产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种浴盆的制作方法。
背景技术
浴盆是洗澡的主要设备,其形式、大小有很多类别,归纳起来可分三种:深方形、浅长形及折中形。人入浴时需要水没肩,这样才可温暖全身,因此浴盆应保证有一定的水容量,短则深些,长则浅些。浴盆过小,人在其中蜷缩着不舒服,过大则有漂浮不稳定感。深方形浴盆占地面积小,有利于节省空间;浅长形浴盆人能够躺平,可使身体充分放松:折中形则取两者之长,既能使人把腿伸直成半躺姿势,又能节省一定的空间。
现有的婴幼儿塑料浴盆材质较硬,不保温,不安全,容易磕碰,易碎,最为重要的是不环保,并且舒适度达不到理想效果,使婴幼儿洗澡时大人小孩都感到疲劳、烦躁。因此我们发明了一种浴盆的制作方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种浴盆的制作方法。
一种浴盆的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、由表层TPU模,原料A料多元醇和B料MDI,背面ABS,PP,TPE,TPR,LDPE塑料外壳部分构成,其中A料占50%~70%,B料占30%~40%;
其中A料包括以下重量百分比的原料及辅料:
330N(2000~6000分子量)聚醚多元醇50%~90%、3630或者3628(2000~6000分子量)白聚醚10%~40%、发泡剂15%~25%、乙二醇2%~10%、聚氨酯A33催化剂0.2%~1.5%、DMEA胺中和剂0.2%~1.5%、硅油0.1%~0.8%,
水可以作为物理发泡剂使用,或与发泡剂混合使用;
原料B料为:MDI异氰酸酯;
S2、将以上全部原料聚醚多元醇和白聚醚以及辅料先加入混合机中,在2200~6000r/min的速度下混合5~10min,混合成A原料后倒入聚氨酯低压机或高压机的A料罐;
S3、将B料MDI异氰酸酯倒入聚氨酯低压机或高压机的B料罐;
S4、在本发明中第四步骤在模具下模内侧表面吸附一层0.5~5mm的TPU膜(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶膜),TPU膜先做好造型或直接吸覆到模具上;
S5、模具上模把ABS硬塑料外壳定位固定,将上模与下模合模;
S6、待模具加热至50~80℃时,在模具的浇筑口将原料筑入到模具内,等待发泡成型。
进一步的,所述MDI异氰酸酯采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为HFC-245FA、水、HCFC-141b、戊烷类、二氯甲烷中的一种或多种。
本发明制作的浴盆外部形成TPU膜,A原料跟B原料经过聚氨酯低压机或高压机浇筑到浴盆形状的模具后发泡成型,其具有弹性好、保温、安全、舒适、给婴幼儿洗澡易操作、环保等优点。其制成产品涵盖了商用和民用必需品的范围。本发明原料配比合理,制作工艺简单,且成本低,环境友好,制作的塑料浴盆不仅拥有卓越的弹性、保温、安全、美观、舒适、耐磨等,而且是种成熟的环保材料。

实施例一
本发明提出的一种浴盆的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、由表层TPU模,原料A料多元醇和B料MDI,背面ABS,PP,TPE,TPR,LDPE塑料外壳部分构成,其中A料占50%~70%,B料占30%~40%;
其中A料包括:3630白聚醚10%~50%,330N聚醚多元醇50%~90%,A33催化剂0.2%~1.5%,DMEA二甲基乙醇胺0.2%~1.5%,硅油0.1%~0.8%,乙二醇1%~8%,水0.005%~0.01%,141B发泡剂10%~20%;
原料B料为:MDI异氰酸酯;
S2、将以上全部原料聚醚多元醇和白聚醚以及辅料先加入混合机中,在2200~6000r/min的速度下混合5~10min,混合成A原料后倒入聚氨酯低压机或高压机的A料罐;
S3、将B料MDI异氰酸酯倒入聚氨酯低压机或高压机的B料罐;
S4、在本发明中第四步骤在模具下模内侧表面吸附一层0.5~5mm的TPU膜(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶膜),TPU膜可先做好造型或直接吸覆到模具上;
S5、模具上模把ABS硬塑料外壳定位固定,将上模与下模合模;
S6、待模具加热至50~80℃时,在模具的浇筑口将原料筑入到模具内,等待发泡成型。

本实施例中,制作的浴盆外部形成TPU膜,是由含NCO官能基的MDI与含OH官能基的POLYOL、1.4BG热可塑性TPU弹性体,该塑料浴盆经押出混炼而制成,具有弹性好、物性佳、各种机械强度好的优点,广泛用于射出、押出、压延及溶解成溶液型树脂等加工方式,是塑胶加工业者经常使用的塑胶材料,其制成产品涵盖了工业应用和民用必需品的范围。本发明原料配比合理,制作工艺简单,且成本低,环境友好,制作的塑料浴盆不仅拥有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧度高、耐老化、防霉抗菌、耐磨抗腐的特性,而且是种成熟的环保材料。
TPU膜(热可塑性聚氨酯)因其优越的性能和环保概念日益受到人们的欢迎。目前,凡是使用PVC的地方,TPU均能成为PVC之替代品。但TPU所拥有的优点,PVC则望尘莫及。TPU不仅拥有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,而且是种成熟的环保材料。目前,TPU已被广泛应用于:鞋材、成衣、充气玩具、水上及水下之运动器材、医疗器材、健身器材、汽车椅座材料、雨伞、皮箱、皮包等。

S1、由表层TPU模,原料A料多元醇和B料MDI,背面ABS,PP,TPE,TPR,LDPE塑料外壳部分构成,其中A料占50%~70%,B料占30%~40%;
其中A料包括以下重量百分比的原料及辅料:
330N(2000~6000分子量)聚醚多元醇50%~90%、3630或者3628(2000~6000分子量)白聚醚10%~40%、发泡剂15%~25%、乙二醇2%~10%、聚氨酯A33催化剂0.2%~1.5%、DMEA胺中和剂0.2%~1.5%、硅油0.1%~0.8%,
水可以作为物理发泡剂使用,或与发泡剂混合使用;
原料B料为:MDI异氰酸酯;
S2、将以上全部原料聚醚多元醇和白聚醚以及辅料先加入混合机中,在2200~6000r/min的速度下混合5~10min,混合成A原料后倒入聚氨酯低压机或高压机的A料罐;
S3、将B料MDI异氰酸酯倒入聚氨酯低压机或高压机的B料罐;
S4、在本发明中第四步骤在模具下模内侧表面吸附一层0.5~5mm的TPU膜(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶膜),TPU膜先做好造型或直接吸覆到模具上;
S5、模具上模把ABS硬塑料外壳定位固定,将上模与下模合模;
S6、待模具加热至50~80℃时,在模具的浇筑口将原料筑入到模具内,等待发泡成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浴盆的制作方法,其特征在于,所述MDI异氰酸酯采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浴盆的制作方法,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为HFC-245FA、水、HCFC-141b、戊烷类、二氯甲烷中的一种或多种。
