Abstract
The invention discloses a process for manufacturing a cloth-bottom gypsum model, which is characterized in that a solution containing gypsum and white latex is used for coagulating cloth into an initial blank according to the pattern of a mould, then the blank is subjected to wet polishing for 2 times through the solution containing morocco soap, and then the blank is subjected to dry polishing for multiple times after being dried until a waterproof film is formed on the surface, so that the prepared product has a smooth and clean appearance surface, keeps smooth and moist for a long time, greatly improves the appearance of the product, has no harmful chemical components, and has no chemical pollution when a human body contacts with the product.

Background

(5) uniformly spraying the surface protection liquid on the rough blank to completely wet the rough blank, polishing the surface by using a grinding tool until the surface forms a smooth effect in a wet state of the rough blank, and naturally drying;
(6) repeating the operation in the step (5), spraying the surface protection liquid again after the rough embryo body is dried for the second time, and naturally drying to obtain a dried embryo body;
(7) and (4) carrying out dry polishing on the dried blank obtained in the step (6) by using a polishing tool in a dry state of the surface of the dried blank, and repeatedly polishing for 4-10 times until the surface of the dried blank is carbonized to form a surface waterproof layer, thus obtaining the final cloth model.
Preferably, the optimal weight part ratio of the components of the solidification material in the step (2) is as follows: 35 parts of gypsum powder, 10 parts of water-soluble adhesive and 100 parts of water.
Preferably, the optimal weight component ratio of the surface protection liquid is as follows: 30 parts morocco soap and 100 parts water.
Preferably, the number of times of dry grinding in the step (7) is optimally 4-5 times.
Preferably, the water-soluble adhesive is white latex.
Preferably, the grinding in the step (6) and the step (7) adopts smooth-surface stones as tools to grind the surface.

(4) the preparation method of the surface protection liquid comprises the following steps of: adding 800g of water into 300g of morocco soap, uniformly stirring, and standing until foams disappear, wherein the morocco soap is a plant paste body and comprises primarily-fried olive oil, sea salt and water;
(5) uniformly spraying the surface protection liquid on a rough blank to completely wet the rough blank, polishing the surface by using stones with smooth surface, polishing the rough blank in a wet state until the surface forms a smooth effect, and naturally drying;
(6) repeating the operation in the step 5, spraying the surface protection liquid again after the rough embryo body is dried for the second time, and naturally drying to obtain a dried embryo body;
(7) and (4) carrying out dry polishing on the dried blank obtained in the step (6) by using stones in a dry state of the surface of the dried blank, and repeatedly polishing for 4 times until the surface of the dried blank is carbonized to form a surface waterproof layer, thus obtaining the final cloth model.

(6) repeating the operation in the step 5, spraying the surface protection liquid again after the rough embryo body is dried for the second time, and naturally drying to obtain a dried embryo body;
(7) and (4) carrying out dry polishing on the dried blank obtained in the step (6) by using stones in a dry state of the surface of the dried blank, and repeatedly polishing for 7 times until the surface of the dried blank is carbonized to form a surface waterproof layer, thus obtaining the final cloth model.

(5) uniformly spraying the surface protection liquid on a rough blank to completely wet the rough blank, polishing the surface by using stones with smooth surface, polishing the rough blank in a wet state until the surface forms a smooth effect, and naturally drying;
(6) repeating the operation in the step 5, spraying the surface protection liquid again after the rough embryo body is dried for the second time, and naturally drying to obtain a dried embryo body;
(7) and (4) carrying out dry polishing on the dried blank obtained in the step (6) by using stones in a dry state of the surface of the dried blank, and repeatedly polishing for 5 times until the surface of the dried blank is carbonized to form a surface waterproof layer, thus obtaining the final cloth model.

(1) selecting cloth as a blank bottom, and molding on a mold to prepare a blank body;
(2) the preparation method of the condensation material comprises the following steps of: taking 30-40 parts of gypsum powder and 8-15 parts of water-soluble adhesive, adding 80-150 parts of water, and uniformly stirring;
(3) uniformly pouring the condensation material on the surface of the blank, standing the blank for 36-60 hours, and separating the blank from the mold to obtain a rough blank;
(4) the preparation method of the surface protection liquid comprises the following steps of: adding 80-120 parts of water into 25-35 parts of morocco soap, uniformly stirring, and standing until foams disappear;
uniformly spraying the surface protection liquid on the rough blank to completely wet the rough blank, polishing the surface by using a grinding tool until the surface forms a smooth effect in a wet state of the rough blank, and naturally drying;
(6) repeating the operation in the step (5), spraying the surface protection liquid again after the rough embryo body is dried for the second time, and naturally drying to obtain a dried embryo body;
(7) and (4) carrying out dry polishing on the dried blank obtained in the step (6) by using a polishing tool in a dry state of the surface of the dried blank, and repeatedly polishing for 4-10 times until the surface of the dried blank is carbonized to form a surface waterproof layer, thus obtaining the final cloth model.
2. The process for making a cloth-backed gypsum model according to claim 1, wherein the optimum weight ratio of the components of the setting material is: 35 parts of gypsum powder, 10 parts of water-soluble adhesive and 100 parts of water.
3. The process for making a cloth-backed gypsum model according to claim 1, wherein the optimal weight component ratio of the surface protective liquid is as follows: 30 parts morocco soap and 100 parts water.
4. The process for making a cloth-backed gypsum model according to claim 1, wherein the number of dry-sanding is preferably 4 to 5.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein the water-soluble adhesive is white latex.
6. The process of claim 1, wherein the abrading tool is a smooth surfaced stone.
7. The process of claim 1, wherein the morocco soap is a vegetable paste, and the components of the morocco soap consist of parfried olive oil, sea salt and water.
