背景技术
纳米板材作为一种新型的建筑装修材料,拥有众多传统板材不具备的优点,纳米板材的技术关键在于表面的纳米涂层,目前纳米板材的生产中,一般采用喷涂的方式进行加工纳米涂层,这种方式会导致板材表面涂层不均匀,在使用一段时间后会出现表面涂层破损,脱落等问题,影响产品的质量,所以改进纳米涂层的加工方式,提升产品质量,是推进纳米板材发展的关键。

在上述技术方案基础上,所述辊涂装置包括固定设于所述上顶板下侧端面的辊涂箱,所述辊涂箱内固定何有辊涂腔,所述辊涂腔上顶壁前后对称固定设有电轨支架,所述电轨支架之间固定设有二号电轨,所述辊涂腔上顶壁固定设有位于所述二号电轨上方的二号电动缸,所述二号电轨上滑动设有电轨块,所述电轨块下侧端面固定设有喷头,所述喷头右侧端面固定设有进料管,所述辊涂腔前侧内壁固定设有四号电机,所述四号电机后侧端面转动设有向后延伸至所述辊涂腔后侧内壁的四号动力轴,所述四号动力轴上固定设有滚料轮以及固定设于所述滚料轮后侧的二号齿轮,所述辊涂腔前后内壁之间转动设有位于所述四号动力轴下方的一号轴,所述一号轴上固定设有辊涂轮以及固定设于所述辊涂轮后侧的三号齿轮,所述三号齿轮与所述二号齿轮啮合,所述辊涂轮与所述滚料轮表面贴合。
