Abstract
本发明公开了一种棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置,包括精压腔和搅拌腔,所述主体的内腔壁自上到下依次安装有第一漏网和第二漏网,且第一漏网和第二漏网将主体的内腔自上到下分成粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔;所述粉碎杆、压辊以及搅拌器分别位于粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔中;所述粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔的内壁上均贯穿安装有喷枪,且喷枪的外侧连接有外接水管;所述粉碎杆的杆壁上安装有粉碎钢珠,设有的精压腔及精压腔中的压辊部件,使经过粉碎后棕刚玉矾土进一步得到了精化处理,且三个腔室内均安装有喷枪,由于棕刚玉矾土加工时会在各腔室及各部件上留有大量砂尘。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌设备、棕刚玉矾土搅拌技术领域,尤其涉及一种棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置。
背景技术
棕刚玉,俗名又称金刚砂,是用矾土、碳素材料、铁屑三种原料在电弧炉中经过融化还原而制得的棕褐色人造刚玉,棕刚玉器件制作之前,首先需要对原有的棕刚玉矾土进行粉碎使棕刚玉矾土变的更加精细,再利用搅拌机实施添水搅拌,使其变成可铸器件的混和性泥状材料。
本发明人发现,现有的棕刚玉矾土混和搅拌装置,多采用其它粉碎搅拌设备来代替,并没有一款专门用于棕刚玉矾土搅拌的专用设备,且这些设备不具有精压功能,棕刚玉矾土混和搅拌后会在这些设备的内腔及各部件上留有大量土质或沙质灰尘,影响这些设备的后续使用,甚至会破坏设备。
于是,发明人有鉴于此,秉持多年该相关行业丰富的设计开发及实际制作的经验,针对以上问题,我们设计出一款专门用于棕刚玉矾土混和及粉碎装置,使棕刚玉矾土搅拌效果更好,使用更方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的棕刚玉矾土混和搅拌装置,多采用其它粉碎搅拌设备来代替,并没有一款专门用于棕刚玉矾土搅拌的专用设备,且这些设备不具有精压功能,棕刚玉矾土混和搅拌后会在这些设备的内腔及各部件上留有大量土质或沙质灰尘,影响这些设备的后续使用,甚至会破坏设备的问题。
本发明棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置的目的与功效,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置,其中,该棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置包括有:
主体、搅拌轴、粉碎杆、压辊、搅拌器、喷枪、粉碎钢珠、第一漏网、第二漏网、外接水管、粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔;
所述主体的内腔壁自上到下依次安装有第一漏网和第二漏网,且第一漏网和第二漏网将主体的内腔自上到下分成粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔;所述搅拌轴安装在主体的内腔中,且搅拌轴的轴壁自上到下依次安装有粉碎杆、压辊以及搅拌器;所述粉碎杆、压辊以及搅拌器分别位于粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔中;所述粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔的内壁上均贯穿安装有喷枪,且喷枪的外侧连接有外接水管;所述粉碎杆的杆壁上安装有粉碎钢珠,所述接水管与外部气压水泵相连接。
进一步的,所述搅拌器为梯形结构,且其底面设有垂直的刚筋搅拌叶片。
进一步的,所述粉碎杆上的粉碎钢珠通过连杆焊接在粉碎杆的杆壁上,其中粉碎杆的杆壁顶侧还“交错”安装有三角形的粉碎刀。
与现有结构相较之下,本发明具有如下优点:
1.本发明自上到下分为三个腔室,分别为:粉碎腔、精压腔以及搅拌腔,且三个腔室中的粉碎部件、压辊部件以及搅拌器部件均安装在一根旋转的搅拌轴上,实现同步工作,特别是设有的精压腔及精压腔中的压辊部件,使经过粉碎后棕刚玉矾土进一步得到了精化处理,且三个腔室内均安装有喷枪,由于棕刚玉矾土加工时会在各腔室及各部件上留有大量砂尘,故设有喷枪可以对各腔室进行冲洗,使结构更加合理,实用性更强。
2.本发明粉碎杆上利用连杆焊接钢珠的办法使钢珠当作击碎棕刚玉矾土块的破碎锤,使加入的棕刚玉矾土块状体实施有力的破碎处理,并且在粉碎杆上还安装有三角形结构的粉碎刀,使击碎后的矾土块进一步被切割式粉碎,为粉碎腔底侧的精压腔中的压辊提供了碾压便利。

参见图1至附图2,一种棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置,包括有:
主体1、搅拌轴2、粉碎杆3、压辊4、搅拌器5、喷枪6、粉碎钢珠7、第一漏网8、第二漏网9、外接水管10、粉碎腔11、精压腔12和搅拌腔13;
主体1的内腔壁自上到下依次安装有第一漏网8和第二漏网9,且第一漏网8和第二漏网9将主体1的内腔自上到下分成粉碎腔11、精压腔12和搅拌腔13;搅拌轴2安装在主体1的内腔中,且搅拌轴2的轴壁自上到下依次安装有粉碎杆3、压辊4以及搅拌器5;粉碎杆3、压辊4以及搅拌器5分别位于粉碎腔11、精压腔12和搅拌腔13中;粉碎腔11、精压腔12和搅拌腔13的内壁上均贯穿安装有喷枪6,且喷枪6的外侧连接有外接水管10;粉碎杆3的杆壁上安装有粉碎钢珠7,所述接水管10与外部气压水泵相连接。
如上述所述的棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置的较佳实施例,其中,搅拌器5为梯形结构,且其底面设有垂直的刚筋搅拌叶片,利用搅拌器5和垂直的搅拌叶片提高搅拌质量,使底面的矾土物料搅拌更充分。
如上述所述的棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置的较佳实施例,其中,粉碎杆3上的粉碎钢珠7通过连杆焊接在粉碎杆3的杆壁上,其中粉碎杆3的杆壁顶侧还“交错”安装有三角形的粉碎刀,利用粉碎钢珠7将矾土块击碎,并协同利用三角形的粉碎刀对击碎的矾土进一步切割式粉碎,提高粉碎质量,如图2所示,D表示三角形粉碎刀;
本实施例的工作原理:
块状棕刚玉矾土由入料口进入到粉碎腔11内,通过粉碎杆3上的钢珠实施重击破碎,同时三角形的粉碎刀D,辅助性切碎破碎后的棕刚玉矾土,使其颗粒变的更小,粉碎后的棕刚玉矾土通过第一漏网8进入到精压腔12内,由压辊4旋转作用对粉碎后的棕刚玉矾土实施碾压,将粉碎后的棕刚玉矾土变成粉末状,并通过第二漏网9向下漏入到搅拌腔13内,同时搅拌腔13内的喷枪6喷水,并通过搅拌器5的作用实施添水混合搅拌,由于粉碎腔11、精压腔12以及搅拌腔13内均安装有喷枪6,在整个设备使用完毕后,利用喷枪6通过外接水管10在外部气压水泵的作用下,进行喷水清洗。
需要说明的是,本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,电机、开关以及是如何控制搅拌轴旋转作用的,均为现有技术,例如本设计中提到的外部气压水泵,为现有的喷水设备,发明人在此不再详述。
综上所述,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

主体、搅拌轴、粉碎杆、压辊、搅拌器、喷枪、粉碎钢珠、第一漏网、第二漏网、外接水管、粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔;
所述主体的内腔壁自上到下依次安装有第一漏网和第二漏网,且第一漏网和第二漏网将主体的内腔自上到下分成粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔;所述搅拌轴安装在主体的内腔中,且搅拌轴的轴壁自上到下依次安装有粉碎杆、压辊以及搅拌器;所述粉碎杆、压辊以及搅拌器分别位于粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔中;所述粉碎腔、精压腔和搅拌腔的内壁上均贯穿安装有喷枪,且喷枪的外侧连接有外接水管;所述粉碎杆的杆壁上安装有粉碎钢珠;所述接水管与外部气压水泵相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌器为梯形结构,且其底面设有垂直的刚筋搅拌叶片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棕刚玉的矾土用自动加水粉碎搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎杆上的粉碎钢珠通过连杆焊接在粉碎杆的杆壁上,其中粉碎杆的杆壁顶侧还“交错”安装有三角形的粉碎刀。
