技术领域
本发明涉及在玻璃体手术中使用的反冲针(backflush needle)。
背景技术
在眼科进行的玻璃体手术是将眼球内的胶状的玻璃体、或者玻璃体变性而形成的视网膜上的增生膜及出血、浊物等抽吸/去除的手术。作为在这种玻璃体手术中使用的手术器具之一,存在反冲针(例如,参照专利文献1)。
图4是反冲针的使用说明图。反冲针110具有:与供外科医生把持的手柄12连接并插入眼球内的细的管形状的针主体11;以及与该针主体11的前端连接的软质部件20。该软质部件20被设置成即使器具的前端在手术中与视网膜接触也不会损伤视网膜,通过设置该软质部件20,还能够抽吸接近视网膜的玻璃体等。
针主体11与软质部件20之间的连接是通过使用粘接剂或将连接部分设为嵌合结构而进行的。另外,作为软质部件20,材料没有特别限定,例如能够使用硅树脂,形状也不限于管形状,有些也采用刷子那样的形状。
反冲针110穿过安装于眼球E的套管30而使用。套管30是将金属性的套管管道31嵌入树脂制的套管基座32而成的。当将套管30安装于眼球E时,将套管管道31穿刺到巩膜,但是,此时套管基座32作为止动器而发挥功能,使得不会过度穿刺。此外,在套管30安装于眼球E的状态时,为了抑制玻璃体液从眼球内通过套管管道31排出,使用从套管基座32覆盖套管管道31的后端的套管帽33。另外,在套管帽33设置有用于供反冲针110等眼科手术器具通过的缝。
这里,在使反冲针110通过套管30时,前端的软质部件20与套管帽33的缝或套管管道31的中空内表面接触,由此,存在如下情况:软质部件20变形,或者软质部件20与针主体11的连接部分剥落。如果软质部件20变形,则有时会因此而阻碍玻璃体等的抽吸,如果软质部件20从针主体11脱落,则从眼球内取出软质部件20会很辛苦。

发明要解决的问题
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的在于,提供能够在套管中穿过时保持前端的软质部件的形状的反冲针。
用于解决问题的手段
为了实现上述目的,本发明的反冲针是在眼科手术中穿过安装于眼球的套管来使用的反冲针,其中,该反冲针具有:贯穿套管的管形状的针主体;与该针主体的前端连接的管形状的软质部件;以及棒状的芯部件,其贯穿针主体和软质部件各自的管形状的中空部,该芯部件在轴向上移动自如,并且能够使芯部件的前端从软质部件突出或者缩回到与针主体分离的位置。
这里,也可以是,芯部件与部件接合,通过使从手柄部突出的移动部件移动,来执行芯部件在轴向上的移动,其中,所述手柄部与针主体接合。
发明的效果
根据本发明的反冲针,得到如下效果:在使针主体穿过套管时,能够抑制与针主体的前端连接的软质部件发生变形或脱落。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是本发明的反冲针的说明图,(a)是主视图,(b)是使芯部件突出的内部结构图,(c)是使芯部件缩回的内部结构图。此外,图2是本发明的反冲针的前端放大图。
供反冲针10穿过的套管是与现有的套管同样的结构,是将金属性的套管管道嵌入树脂制的套管基座而成的。而且,具有覆盖套管基座和套管管道的后端的套管帽,以在安装于眼球的状态时抑制玻璃体液通过套管管道排出。
反冲针10的基本的结构也与现有的相同,具有:与供外科医生把持的手柄12连接的细的管形状的针主体11;以及与该针主体11的前端连接的软质部件20。软质部件20由硅树脂等软质的材料形成,是与针主体11同样的管形状,外径和中空部的直径是与针主体11相同的程度。此外,针主体11与软质部件20的连接也与以往同样,通过使用粘接剂进行连接,或将连接部分设为嵌合结构来进行连接。
本发明的反冲针10的特征在于,具有芯部件21,该芯部件21贯穿针主体11与软质部件20的管形状的中空部。关于芯部件21的材质,不锈钢是适合的材质,但是不特别限定于不锈钢。
芯部件21为外径比针主体11和软质部件20的中空部的直径稍细的棒状的部件,芯部件21与能够从手柄12的外部移动该芯部件21的移动部件22连接。另外,当芯部件21过细时,无法抑制软质部件20的变形,此外,若将芯部件21的外径设为与针主体11和软质部件20的中空部的直径大致相同,则在使芯部件21沿轴向前后移动时,由于摩擦而使得芯部件21的移动迟钝,或者会钩挂于软质部件20而成为软质部件20从针主体11剥落的原因,因此,优选设为比针主体11和软质部件20的中空部的直径稍细的外径。
图1中例示的移动部件22从手柄12的侧面突出,通过捏住该移动部件22并沿反冲针10的轴向移动,由此,芯部件21也能够沿轴向移动。
移动部件的结构也可以是图1的结构以外的结构。图3的(a)和(b)是例示其他移动部件的图。另外,这些图是简单地对移动部件22的结构进行图示的图,省略了说明所不需要的部件。
图3的(a)是如下结构:如使推压式圆珠笔的芯进出的结构那样,在手柄12的内部具有弹簧41,通过推动在手柄12的后端设置的按钮形状的移动部件22,从而使芯部件21沿轴向前后移动。
接着,图3的(b)是如下结构:将螺纹部件42与芯部件21连接,使移动部件22旋转而移动,由此,螺纹部件42沿轴向移动,因此能够使芯部件21也沿轴向移动。
另外,移动部件22不限于这些结构,只要能够使芯部件21沿轴向前后移动,则也可以是这以外的结构。
优选的是,当使用移动部件22将芯部件21送出到最前方时(图1的(b)),成为芯部件21的前端从软质部件20的前端稍微突出的状态(图2),当使芯部件缩回到最后方时(图1的(c)),芯部件21成为从针主体11向后方远离的状态。
这是因为,如果在将芯部件21送出到前方时芯部件21从软质部件20的前端突出,则具有在软质部件20的整体范围内防止变形的效果,此外,如果在将芯部件21向后方拉回时芯部件21从针主体11向后方远离,则能够使所抽吸的玻璃体等从针主体11的中空部通过手柄12的内部,并将其向设于手柄12的后端侧的管道13引导(参照图1的(c)箭头)。
通过设为具有以上那样的芯部件21的反冲针10,由此,在使软质部件20和针主体11贯穿套管时,如果使芯部件21从软质部件20突出,则能够防止软质部件20的变形和软质部件20与针主体11的连接部分的剥落。而且,在抽吸作业中,通过使芯部件21缩回,能够没有问题地抽吸玻璃体等。

Claims (2)

1.一种反冲针,其在眼科手术中穿过安装于眼球的套管来使用,其特征在于,
该反冲针具有:贯穿套管的管形状的针主体;与所述针主体的前端连接的管形状的软质部件;以及棒状的芯部件,其贯穿所述针主体和所述软质部件各自的管形状的中空部,
所述芯部件在轴向上移动自如,并且能够使所述芯部件的前端从所述软质部件突出或者缩回到与所述针主体分离的位置,
在使所述软质部件和所述针主体贯穿套管时,使所述芯部件从所述软质部件突出,在抽吸作业中,使所述芯部件缩回至从所述针主体向后方远离的状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反冲针,其特征在于,
所述芯部件与移动部件接合,通过使从手柄部突出的所述移动部件移动,来执行所述芯部件在轴向上的移动,其中,所述手柄部与所述针主体接合。
