Abstract

The invention discloses an express delivery settlement system which can improve the settlement efficiency of a receiving and dispatching link and a post link, improve the settlement convenience of a network company and a salesman and reduce the working intensity of financial staff, the salesman and the post clerk. The technical scheme is as follows: the express settlement system integrates express industry proprietary information (such as an express bill number, a website code, a salesman and the like) by generating a payment code, and binds the express industry proprietary information with the amount of an order. Compared with the existing settlement mode, the method and the system can realize the cashless convenient and fast transaction in the express industry and take the account of offline settlement of the express industry website company and the salesman in a receipt mode.

the data source uploading module is configured to upload the data source to a reconciliation system of the background server before generating the payment code each time;
the payment feedback module is configured to feed back a payment success message to the salesman terminal after receiving the completion of the code scanning payment of the client, and feed back information including account information of the payer, payment amount and an order identification number to the account checking system of the background server to form a data closed loop;
the background server comprises a reconciliation system, and the reconciliation system is used for performing autonomous reconciliation between the website company and the waiters according to the data information received from the payment platform.

According to an embodiment of the express delivery settlement system, the payment platform is embedded into a program of the service provider terminal in a Software Development Kit (SDK) mode.
According to an embodiment of the express delivery settlement system, the reconciliation system is configured to mark each order uploaded by the payment platform as a standing-by order, and when the customer payment is completed and the payment platform feeds back the order ID, the payment amount and the account information of the payer to the reconciliation system, the reconciliation system marks the order as a standing-by order and performs data calculation for each salesman and each network company.
According to an embodiment of the express settlement system, the express order number acquired through the employee job number, the website company code and the scanning module of the employee terminal is the unique order identification number generated through a hash algorithm.
According to an embodiment of the express delivery settlement system of the present invention, the information of the data source includes, but is not limited to, an order identification number, an express delivery order number, a clerk job number, a clerk name, a website code, a website name, a collection line, and a collection account number.
According to an embodiment of the express delivery settlement system of the present invention, the reconciliation system is further configured to generate different visual accounts payable bills according to different dimensions.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the express settlement system integrates express industry exclusive information (such as an express bill number, a website code, a salesman and the like) by generating the payment code, and binds the express industry exclusive information with the order amount. Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. It is noted that the aspects described below in connection with the figures and the specific embodiments are only exemplary and should not be construed as imposing any limitation on the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows the principle of an embodiment of the express delivery settlement system of the present invention, and fig. 2 shows the operation flow thereof. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the system of the present embodiment includes: the system comprises an operator terminal, a payment platform and a background server.
The service staff terminal comprises a scanning module which is used for scanning the express delivery to obtain the express delivery single number. The attendant terminal further comprises a display module for displaying the payment code to the customer.
In this embodiment, the scanning module and the display module may be external scanners integrated with the display screen.
The payment platform comprises: the system comprises a website registration module, a payment code generation module, a data source uploading module and a payment feedback module. The payment platform is embedded in a program of a salesman terminal of a courier company in the form of an SDK (Software Development Kit). The payment platform can be a fourth party payment platform which is compatible with all third party payment channels.
The website registration module is configured to receive information including website company information (including website company codes), collection account information and merchant codes input when a website company registers on the payment platform, and bind the merchant codes with website company codes (website unique numbers in an express company service system).
And a payment code generation module of the payment platform is configured to interact with the salesman terminal to acquire the salesman job number and the website company code, and acquire corresponding collection account information through the website company code. And generating a unique order identification number (order ID) through the employee job number, the website company code and the express delivery order number acquired by the scanning module of the employee terminal, wherein the generation mode is, for example, a hash algorithm. And finally, generating a payment code (two-dimensional code) through the order ID and the collection account information and displaying the payment code (two-dimensional code) to the customer on a display module of the salesman terminal.
The data source uploading module is configured to upload a data source (including information such as an order ID, a courier order number, an operator job number, an operator name, a website code, a website name, a collection line, a collection account number and the like) to a reconciliation system of the background server before generating the payment code each time.
The payment feedback module is configured to feed back a payment success message to the operator terminal after receiving the completion of the code scanning payment of the client, so as to inform the operator that the order is paid and completed, and simultaneously feed back information such as account information of a payer, payment amount, order ID and the like to a reconciliation system of the background server, thereby forming a data closed loop for facilitating checking.
The background server comprises a reconciliation system. And the account checking system performs autonomous account checking between the network point company and the waiters according to the data information received from the payment platform. The account checking system is configured to mark each order uploaded by the payment platform as a standing-by order, when the customer payment is completed and the payment platform feeds back an order ID, a payment amount and payer account information to the account checking system, the account checking system marks the order as a standing account, and meanwhile data calculation is carried out on each salesman and the network company, so that the settlement amount between the network company and the salesman is clear at a glance.
In addition, the account checking system is also configured to generate different visual accounts payable bills according to different dimensions, so that the cost of each account can be made according to the different dimensions.

Any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium. the payment platform comprises a website registration module, a payment code generation module, a data source uploading module and a payment feedback module, wherein:
the website registration module is configured to receive information including website company information, payment account information and a merchant code, which is input when a website company registers on the payment platform, wherein the website company information comprises a website company code, and the merchant code is bound with the website company code;
the payment code generation module is configured to interact with an operator terminal to obtain an operator job number and a website company code, obtain corresponding collection account information through the website company code, generate a unique order identification number through the operator job number, the website company code and a courier order number obtained by a scanning module of the operator terminal, and finally generate a payment code through the order identification number and the collection account information and display the payment code to a client on a display module of the operator terminal;
the data source uploading module is configured to upload the data source to a reconciliation system of the background server before generating the payment code each time;
the payment feedback module is configured to feed back a payment success message to the salesman terminal after receiving the completion of the code scanning payment of the client, and feed back information including account information of the payer, payment amount and an order identification number to the account checking system of the background server to form a data closed loop;
the background server comprises a reconciliation system, and the reconciliation system is used for performing autonomous reconciliation between the website company and the waiters according to the data information received from the payment platform.
2. The courier settlement system of claim 1, wherein the scanning module and the display module are external scanners integrated with a display screen.
3. The courier settlement system of claim 1, wherein the payment platform is embedded in a program of the attendant terminal in the form of a Software Development Kit (SDK).

The express settlement system of claim 1, wherein the reconciliation system is configured to mark each order uploaded by the payment platform as a standing-by order, and when the customer payment is completed and the payment platform feeds back the order ID, the payment amount and the payer account information to the reconciliation system, the reconciliation system marks the order as being standing-by while performing data calculation for each of the clerks and the site company.
