Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another multimedia resource preview method according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 4, the method is executed by a terminal and includes the following steps:
401. and the terminal responds to the resource preview operation of the user account to acquire the resource characteristic label of the target multimedia resource.
The method and the device for previewing the target multimedia resource take the target multimedia resource as an example, when the terminal detects the resource previewing operation of the user account, the terminal sets a previewing display style for the target multimedia resource, and the terminal performs previewing display on the target multimedia resource according to the previewing display style. The target multimedia resource can be video or audio, and the video can be film and television works such as movies and television shows, cate videos, and laugh videos. The resource preview operation of the user account may be an operation of clicking a multimedia resource recommendation button, an operation of opening a multimedia resource application, or other operations.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal responds to the resource preview operation of the user account, acquires the target multimedia resource, and acquires the resource feature tag of the target multimedia resource.
The target multimedia resource may be any multimedia resource, such as a multimedia resource recommended by the server for the terminal, or a multimedia resource shared by other users to the terminal.
The resource feature tags are used for describing the target multimedia resources, and may include attribute tags and behavior tags. The attribute tag is determined by resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource, and the behavior tag is determined by historical behavior data executed on the target multimedia resource by at least one user account.
In a possible implementation manner, the resource feature tag includes an attribute tag, and when the attribute tag of the target multimedia resource is acquired, the terminal selects resource attribute data that conforms to a preset resource attribute type from the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource as the attribute tag.
The preset resource attribute type at least comprises one of a content type, an author type and a geographic position. The resource attribute data includes content data, author data, geographical location data, etc. of the target multimedia resource.
For the same resource attribute type, a plurality of different types can be included under the resource attribute type. For example, when the resource attribute type is a content type, the content type may include different content types such as a food type, a music type, a movie type, a news type, and the like according to a division rule of the multimedia resource content; when the resource attribute type is the author type, according to the division rule of the multimedia resource author, the author type under the author type can include different author types such as food author, news author, star author, music author, and the like.
For example, if the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource includes "beijing-flavored roasted duck", it may be determined that "beijing" conforms to the geographic location and "flavored duck" conforms to the type of food according to the resource attribute data of the beijing-flavored roasted duck, and therefore, it may be determined that the attribute tag of the target multimedia resource includes "beijing" and "flavored food".
The attribute tags which accord with the preset resource attribute types of the target multimedia resources are obtained according to the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resources, certain attribute features which represent the target multimedia resources can be extracted according to specific application scenes, and the multimedia resources are previewed and displayed in combination with other steps, so that the requirements under different application scenes can be flexibly adapted.
In another possible implementation manner, the resource feature labels comprise behavior labels, when the behavior labels of the target multimedia resources are obtained, the terminal obtains resource operation records of the target multimedia resources, and obtains behavior classification quantity of historical behavior data corresponding to each preset behavior type according to historical behavior data included in the resource operation records; and acquiring labels corresponding to the behavior classification quantity as behavior labels of the target multimedia resource.
The resource operation records at least comprise historical behavior data which are generated for the target multimedia resources in a preset historical time period and accord with preset behavior types; the preset behavior type at least comprises one of a playing type, a sharing type, a like type and a comment type.
The preset historical period may be any period of time, for example, a day, a week, a month, or other historical period. Also, a time when the terminal responds to the resource preview operation of the user account may be taken as a current time, and the preset history period may be a period of time from the current time onward.
Optionally, for a plurality of pieces of historical behavior data of the target multimedia resource, each piece of historical behavior data includes operation data corresponding to one preset behavior type. Determining a plurality of pieces of historical behavior data corresponding to each preset behavior type, and determining the behavior classification quantity of the historical behavior data of the preset behavior type according to the quantity of the plurality of pieces of historical behavior data.
The behavior classification quantity refers to the quantity of historical behavior data which are in line with preset behavior types in a plurality of pieces of historical behavior data of the target multimedia resources. For example, for the like type, the resource operation record of the target multimedia resource includes 100 pieces of historical behavior data, wherein 50 pieces of historical behavior data are historical behavior data including the like operation, and then the number of behavior classification of the like type of the target multimedia resource is 50.
For the labels corresponding to the behavior classification quantity, the corresponding labels can be provided for different behavior classification quantities, and the behavior classification quantity can also be directly used as the labels.
The behavior labels are extracted according to historical behavior data of the multimedia resources, the behavior labels are used as resource feature labels of the multimedia resources, user behavior feedback features representing the multimedia resources can be extracted, and the multimedia resources are previewed and displayed in combination with other steps.
Optionally, the terminal may obtain a quantity range to which the behavior classification quantity belongs, and use a label corresponding to the quantity range as a behavior label of the target multimedia resource.
The number range may be determined according to a specific application scenario. The number ranges may be the same or different for different preset behavior types.
The labels corresponding to the number ranges can be set by technicians, and preset behavior types and the number ranges can also be combined to obtain corresponding labels. For example, if the preset behavior type is like, and the number range is 1000-.
For example, for the type of like, the number of like 1000-. When the number of praise for the target multimedia resource is 1520, and the corresponding number range is 1000+, it may be determined that the behavior tag of the target multimedia resource is that the praise exceeds 1000.
The classification quantity of the corresponding behaviors is screened as the behavior tags in the quantity range, so that the method can be accurately adapted to different application scenes, and the behavior tags representing the corresponding behavior characteristics are screened to preview the multimedia resources in combination with other steps.
In a possible implementation manner, the time for acquiring the resource feature tag may be before a resource preview operation is performed on the user account. The terminal can store the resource characteristic labels of a plurality of multimedia resources, respond to the resource preview operation of the user account, and search the resource characteristic label of the target multimedia resource from the stored resource characteristic labels.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for a target multimedia resource, an attribute tag is determined as a resource feature tag according to resource attribute data, a behavior tag is determined as a resource feature tag according to historical behavior data, and resource feature tags representing multimedia resource features are obtained from different dimensions respectively, so that the resource feature tags of the multimedia resource are accurately extracted.
402. The terminal determines a tag preference type for the user account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the preview feature tag of the target multimedia resource is obtained from the resource feature tags, the terminal determines the tag preference type of the user account, and then selects the resource feature tag corresponding to the tag preference type from the resource feature tags of the target multimedia resource as the preview feature tag.
The method for determining the label preference type of the user account comprises the following steps: determining the label preference type of the user account according to the user operation record of the user account; alternatively, the tag preference type of the user account is determined from a user representation of the user account. By determining the tag preference type of the user, the resource preview tag which is in accordance with the tag preference type and reflects the characteristics of the multimedia resource can be correspondingly selected, and the personalized preview display of the multimedia resource can be provided for different users by combining other steps, so that the personalized information acquisition requirements of different users in previewing the multimedia resource are met.
The two methods of determining the tag preference type of the user account will be described in detail below:
the method comprises the following steps: and determining the label preference type of the user account according to the user operation record of the user account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user operation record of the user account at least comprises historical behavior data which is generated by the user account on the multimedia resource in a preset historical period and accords with a preset behavior type and resource attribute data of the corresponding multimedia resource; the preset behavior type at least comprises one of a playing type, a sharing type, a like type and a comment type, the resource attribute data comprises data of different resource attribute types of the multimedia resource, and the resource attribute type at least comprises one of a content type, an author type and a geographic position; the tag preference types include at least a behavior tag preference type and an attribute tag preference type.
Correspondingly, when determining the tag preference type of the user account, the method includes: acquiring historical behavior data of a user account according to a user operation record of the user account, and determining a preference type of a behavior tag according to the historical behavior data; or determining the preference type of the attribute tag according to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data.
The user operation records can reflect the behavior habits of the user, the label preference type of the user is determined through the user operation records, and the actual behavior preference of the user can be more accurately met.
In one possible implementation mode, the behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resources corresponding to each preset behavior type is obtained according to historical behavior data; and selecting a preset behavior type with the descending order of the behavior classification quantity and the ordering order meeting the preset order range as the preference type of the behavior tag.
The behavior classification quantity refers to the quantity of multimedia resources in the historical behavior data which are in line with the preset behavior type in the plurality of pieces of historical behavior data of the user account. For example, for the like type, the resource operation record of the user account includes 100 pieces of historical behavior data, where 50 pieces of historical behavior data are historical behavior data including the like operation, and each piece of historical behavior data in the 50 pieces of historical behavior data includes one multimedia resource, then the number of behavior classification of the like type corresponding to the user account is 50.
For a plurality of preset behavior types, respectively determining the behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resource corresponding to each preset behavior type according to historical behavior data of a user account, and after the behavior classification quantity of each preset behavior type is obtained, sequencing the preset behavior types in a descending order according to the behavior classification quantity, wherein the smaller the descending order is, the larger the behavior classification quantity corresponding to the preset behavior type is. And selecting a preset behavior type in a preset sequence range from the plurality of preset behavior types after sequencing, wherein the preset sequence range can be in a range from 1 st to N, and taking the selected N preset behavior types as behavior tag preference types of the user account. And N is a positive integer which is greater than 1 and less than the number of the preset behavior types.
Optionally, for other preset behavior types except the like type, the user account performs multiple operations corresponding to the same preset behavior type on the same multimedia resource, and then when counting the behavior classification number of the multimedia resource corresponding to the preset behavior type, only the number of one operation is counted on the same multimedia resource.
For example, if the user account reviews the same multimedia resource ten times, the multimedia resource reviewed ten times is counted once when the behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resource corresponding to the review type is counted.
According to the historical behavior data, the behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resources corresponding to each preset behavior type is obtained, so that the preference type of the behavior tag is determined, and the preference of the user for the behavior tag in the resource feature tags of the multimedia resources can be accurately and effectively determined from the historical behavior data reflecting the actual behavior preference of the user.
In another possible implementation manner, according to historical behavior data and resource attribute data, for each different resource attribute type, acquiring the attribute classification number of the corresponding multimedia resource; and selecting the resource attribute types with the attribute classification quantity descending sorting order meeting the preset order range as attribute label preference types.
The attribute classification number refers to the number of multimedia resources belonging to each attribute tag in the historical behavior data for a plurality of attribute tags included in the same resource attribute type.
The preset sequence range is set as required, and is similar to the preset sequence range when the preset behavior type is selected.
Optionally, a plurality of different attribute tags are included in each resource attribute type. For example, the content types may include a food tag, a music tag, a movie tag, a news tag, and the like. And for different attribute labels, acquiring the attribute classification quantity corresponding to each attribute label, thereby obtaining the attribute label preference type of each resource attribute type.
The attribute classification quantity is obtained according to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data, so that the attribute label preference type is determined, and the preference of the user for the attribute label in the resource feature label of the multimedia resource can be accurately and effectively determined on the basis of the historical behavior data reflecting the actual behavior preference of the user and the related resource attribute data.
Optionally, obtaining, according to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data, the attribute classification number of the corresponding multimedia resource for each different resource attribute type, including: for each different resource attribute type, determining a corresponding multimedia resource set according to the resource attribute data; acquiring the resource classification quantity of the multimedia resources corresponding to each preset behavior type in the multimedia resource set according to the historical behavior data; and carrying out weighted average processing on the resource classification quantity corresponding to all the preset behavior types through a preset weight factor corresponding to each preset behavior type to obtain the corresponding attribute classification quantity.
The multimedia resource set comprises at least one multimedia resource of which the user account has a preset behavior type. The preset weighting factor corresponding to each preset behavior type may be any value.
Optionally, the sum of the preset weighting factors corresponding to each preset behavior type is 1.
For example, according to the historical behavior data, 100 multimedia resources with the geographic location of beijing are determined, the number of praise types in the 100 multimedia resources is 80, the number of play types is 90, the number of comment types is 50, the weighting factor corresponding to the praise types is 0.5, the weighting factor corresponding to the play types is 0.3, and the weighting factor corresponding to the comment types is 0.2, so that the number of resource classifications with the geographic location of beijing is determined to be 80 x 0.5+90 0.3+50 x 0.2.
And executing the optional mode on the plurality of labels belonging to the preset resource attribute type to obtain the resource classification quantity of the plurality of labels. For example, if the preset resource attribute type is the geographic location, the number of attribute classifications of beijing, tianjin, and other geographic locations may be obtained.
The corresponding weight factors are set for different preset behavior types to carry out weighting processing on the resource classification quantity of different preset behavior types to obtain the corresponding attribute classification quantity, and the attribute classification quantity related to the resource characteristics of the multimedia resources can be comprehensively evaluated according to data generated by different preset behavior types under a specific application scene, so that the method is effectively adaptive to different application scenes, and the result is more accurate.
It should be noted that, when determining the tag preference type of the user account, only the behavior tag preference type may be used as the tag preference type, only the attribute tag preference type may be used as the tag preference type, or both the behavior tag preference type and the attribute tag preference type may be used as the tag preference type.
The second method comprises the following steps: and determining the tag preference type of the user account according to the user portrait of the user account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to determine the tag preference type of the user account, a tag preference identification model is provided, and the user portrait is processed through the tag preference identification model to obtain the tag preference type of the user account.
Wherein, the user portrait at least comprises one of user age, user gender, geographic position and user preference type. The user profile may be determined based on registration information filled in by the sample user account at registration, or otherwise determined. The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the manner of obtaining the user characteristics.
Optionally, the tag preference recognition model is obtained through a user sample set and through preset neural network training, and is used for outputting a corresponding tag preference type according to the input user portrait. Before using the tag preference recognition model, the tag preference recognition model needs to be trained.
In the training process, a user sample set is obtained, wherein each sample in the user sample set comprises behavior data of a user account on a multimedia resource, resource attribute data of the multimedia resource and a user portrait of a user.
Optionally, the tag preference type of the sample user account may be obtained according to the sample user set in the manner in the first method. And according to the user portrait and the label preference type, taking the user portrait as the input of a label preference identification model, taking the label preference type as the output of the label preference identification model, and training the label preference identification model. The label preference recognition model is trained so that the label preference recognition model learns the association relationship between the user portrait and the label preference type.
For example, a user portrait is input into a tag preference identification model, a predicted tag preference type of a sample user account is obtained based on the tag preference identification model, a difference between the sample tag preference type and the predicted tag preference type is compared, and parameters of the tag preference identification model are adjusted according to the difference, so that the difference between the predicted tag preference type output by the adjusted tag preference identification model and the sample tag preference type is reduced, and the purpose of training the tag preference identification model is achieved.
The tag data selection model adopted by the embodiment of the disclosure can be a convolutional neural network model, a cyclic neural network model, a long-term and short-term memory network model and the like.
Based on the tag preference identification model, the tag preference type of the user account can be obtained according to the user portrait of the user account. The tag preference type of the user for the multimedia resource can be accurately and effectively determined based on the user portrait of the user account and the tag preference type.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the description is only given by taking an example that the terminal determines the tag preference type of the user account after responding to the resource preview operation of the user account, in another embodiment, step 402 may be executed first, and then step 401 may be executed, and the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the execution sequence of the steps.
403. And the terminal selects the resource characteristic label corresponding to the label preference type from the resource characteristic labels of the target multimedia resource as a preview characteristic label.
In step 402, after determining the tag preference type of the user account, selecting a resource feature tag corresponding to the tag preference type from the resource feature tags of the target multimedia resource as a preview feature tag.
For example, if the tag preference type of the user account is a gourmet tag in the content type, and the tag corresponding to the content type of the target multimedia resource is a gourmet tag, the gourmet tag is used as a preview feature tag of the target multimedia resource.
404. And the terminal sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the preview feature tag.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal sets the preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the preview feature tag, so that the preview display style of the target multimedia resource is associated with the preview feature tag.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal acquires text content and a label dynamic effect corresponding to the preview feature label according to the preview feature label, and sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the text content and the label dynamic effect.
The text content is content generated according to preview feature tags, and the preview feature tags may be one or more. When one preview feature tag is available, taking the content corresponding to the preview feature tag as text content; and when the number of the preview feature tags is multiple, respectively acquiring the content corresponding to each preview feature tag, and combining the content corresponding to each preview feature tag to obtain the text content. The dynamic effect of the label is a dynamic display effect which corresponds to the preview characteristic label and is displayed during preview display.
Optionally, a mapping relationship between the label dynamic effects and the preview feature labels is set, each preview feature label has one or more corresponding label dynamic effects, and when one preview feature label corresponds to a plurality of label dynamic effects, any label dynamic effect can be selected from the plurality of label dynamic effects.
Optionally, the text content and the label action are combined to obtain a preview display style. The text content and the tag animation may be combined in any manner, for example, the tag animation is added to the upper left corner of the text content.
Optionally, the preview display style further includes a tag frame, where the text content may be displayed in the tag frame, and then the tag action and the tag frame are combined in any manner, and the tag action is displayed at any position of the tag frame, for example, the tag action is displayed at the lower right corner of the tag frame.
Corresponding text content and label characteristics are obtained through the preview characteristic label, and the preview display style is set, so that more characteristic related information of the multimedia resources can be provided in the multimedia resource preview display realized according to the preview display style, a user can intuitively and quickly know interested information when previewing the multimedia resources, and the multimedia resources meeting the self requirements are selected for watching.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal further acquires a background picture of the target multimedia resource, and sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the text content, the label dynamic effect and the background picture of the target multimedia resource.
The background picture of the target multimedia resource may be any picture, may be set for the target multimedia resource by a publisher of the multimedia resource when uploading the target multimedia resource, and may also be a background picture corresponding to the preview feature tag generated for the target multimedia resource.
Optionally, the text content and the dynamic label effect are added above the background picture as a preview display style of the target multimedia resource, and the preview display style can be regarded as a dynamic cover of the target multimedia resource. Wherein the combination between text content and label action is similar to that in the above alternatives.
When the preview display style comprises the background picture, the text content and the label dynamic effect, the user can also know the content of the target multimedia resource according to the background picture, and the background picture, the text content and the label dynamic effect are combined, so that more preview information of the target multimedia resource can be better displayed for the user.
405. And the terminal previews and displays the target multimedia resource according to the preview display style.
In a possible implementation manner, the preview display style comprises text content and a label dynamic effect corresponding to the preview characteristic label, when the target multimedia resource is previewed and displayed according to the preview display style, the terminal displays the text content in a detailed information page of the target multimedia resource and plays the label dynamic effect, so that a user can visually and quickly know interested information, and the multimedia resource meeting the self requirement is selected for watching.
In another possible implementation manner, the preview display style includes text content and a tag dynamic effect corresponding to the preview feature tag, and a background picture of the target multimedia resource, and when the target multimedia resource is displayed in a preview manner according to the preview display style, the terminal displays the text content and the tag dynamic effect on the upper layer of the background picture to obtain a dynamic cover and displays the dynamic cover. When the dynamic cover is displayed, the user can visually and quickly know more interested information through the dynamic cover, and the multimedia resources meeting the self requirements are selected for watching.
Optionally, when the preview feature tag includes a tag corresponding to the number of praise times, the tag action corresponding to the preview feature tag may include an action of a love icon; when the preview feature tag includes a geographic location, the tag action corresponding to the preview feature tag may include the action of the geographic location icon; when the preview feature tag includes a content type, the dynamic effect of the tag corresponding to the preview feature tag may include the dynamic effect of the bubble.
According to the preview display style, when the target multimedia resource is displayed in a preview mode, the preview display style can visually display the content of the target multimedia resource, and a user is helped to better select the target multimedia resource to be watched.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the preview display style includes a background picture, text content, a tag animation, and a tag box. If the preview feature tag includes a beautiful scene tag in the play type and the content type, the text content "more than 5 ten thousand users interested in the scenery watch the video" is displayed in the tag box; the label dynamic effect is the dynamic effect of the color bubbles with the color gradually changed, and the color bubbles with the color gradually changed can be purple gradually changed, pink gradually changed, yellow gradually changed or other color gradually changed. When the dynamic effect of color gradual change is set, color code setting can be adopted, different color codes correspond to different colors, and the effect of color gradual change is generated by changing the color codes. For example, the effect of the purple gradation is that the color code is changed from AC81FA to 744AF2, the effect of the pink gradation is that the color code is changed from F39FE9 to E366CE, and the effect of the yellow gradation is that the color code is changed from FCD902 to F7B 201.
In addition, characters related to the preview feature tag can be added to the color bubble, and when preview display is performed, the color bubble can be a dynamic color bubble which is zoomed at fixed positions of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the tag frame.
Referring to fig. 6, if the preview feature tag includes a comment type, a text content "users over 3 ten thousand beijing have commented on the video" is displayed in the tag box; the label action is the action of the geo-location icon. And when preview display is carried out, the position element can be positioned at the fixed positions of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the label frame, and the display is carried out in a left-right shaking mode with the bottom as the origin.
Referring to fig. 7, if the preview feature tag includes a type of praise, the text content "you are interested in a praise for the video" is displayed in the tag box; the label action effect is the action effect of the love icon, and the love is set to be FF3A30 according to the color code. When preview display is carried out, the love can be displayed in a mode that the love is mainly centered, the love gradually decreases, the color of the love gradually becomes transparent and spreads to the periphery.
