本申请是国际申请日2012年6月19日、国际申请号PCT/IL2012/000240的国际申请于2014年9月4日进入国家阶段的申请号为201280071155.3、发明名称为“企业级数据管理”的专利申请的分案申请，其全部内容结合于此作为参考。

发明内容
本发明提供了用于数据管理的改善的系统和方法。
因此，根据本发明的优选实施例提供了一种用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，所述系统包括：后台数据表征功能，可操作用于表征所述多重数据元素以提供后台数据表征输出，所述表征基于以下各项中的至少一项：其至少一个访问度量以及其元数据，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史；后台数据分类功能，操作用于至少部分基于所述后台数据表征输出来分类所述感兴趣的数据，并提供感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出；以及标引功能，操作用于至少部分基于所述感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
优选地，表征所述多重数据元素基于以下两项：其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史；以及其元数据。
优选地，所述系统还包括近实时数据匹配功能，可操作用于通过只考虑具有其所述至少一个访问度量的数据元素从所述分类输出中选择感兴趣的数据。
优选地，所述标引功能操作用于还基于所述后台数据表征输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。优选地，所述至少一个访问度量是在企业运行期间随时间变化的动态度量。
优选地，所述近实时数据匹配功能包括：搜索功能，可操作用于采用所述标引功能的输出来搜索具有其至少一个内容特征的数据元素；识别功能，可操作用于根据所述至少一个访问度量从所述多重数据元素中识别数据元素；以及组合功能，可操作用于组合所述搜索和所述识别的结果。
优选地，所述搜索功能和所述识别功能由单独的实体提供。优选地，所述元数据包括文件大小、文件类型和关键字中的至少一个。
根据本发明的另一个优选实施例，还提供了一种用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，所述方法包括：表征所述多重数据元素以提供后台数据表征输出，所述表征基于以下各项中的至少一项：其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史，以及其元数据；至少部分基于所述后台数据表征输出来分类所述感兴趣的数据，并提供感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出；以及至少部分基于所述感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
优选地，所述表征所述多重数据元素基于以下两项：其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史；以及其元数据。
优选地，所述方法还包括通过只考虑具有其所述至少一个访问度量的数据元素从所述分类输出中近实时地选择感兴趣的数据。
优选地，所述标引还包括基于所述后台数据表征输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。优选地，所述至少一个访问度量是在企业运行期间随时间变化的动态度量。
优选地，所述选择包括：采用所述标引的输出来搜索具有其至少一个内容特征的数据元素；根据所述至少一个访问度量从所述多重数据元素中识别数据元素；以及组合所述搜索和所述识别的结果。
优选地，所述选择和所述识别由单独的实体执行。优选地，所述元数据包括文件大小、文件类型和关键字中的至少一个。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1A和图1B，其为本发明的系统和方法的操作的实例的简化图示的图例。在图1A和图1B的实例中，提供了一种用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，所述系统优选包括：
后台数据表征功能(functionality，功能块)，可操作用于表征所述多重数据元素以提供后台数据表征输出，所述表征基于以下各项中的至少一项：
其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史，以及
其元数据；
后台数据分类功能，操作用于至少部分基于所述后台数据表征输出来分类所述感兴趣的数据，并提供感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出；以及
标引功能，操作用于至少部分基于所述感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
如图1A所示，系统优选驻留在连接至企业级网络102的服务器100上。网络102还优选包括多个计算机102和连接至此的计算机服务器104。计算机102和计算机服务器104可以位于不同位置并且优选可操作用于存储通常以几千、几十万或者甚至百万计的数据元素。
优选地，系统还利用数据库110，用于借此存储记录的信息。
如图1A图示地示出，系统优选在后台中运行从而记录每个用户对企业网络102中每个数据元素的实际访问和访问权限。应当理解，可以限制系统的活动的范围从而排除某些用户和某些数据元素。
系统还优选在后台中运行从而不断检查(crawl through)企业中全部数据元素的子集，并且从而分类子集的数据元素的列表，所述数据元素包括预定义元数据。元数据例如可以包括一个或多个指定关键字、文件类型和文件大小。文件类型例如可以是CAD文件、文本文件和电子表格。
优选地，根据访问权限度量选择文件的子集。例如，研发人员具有访问权限的文件子集可被选择用于与研发潜在相关的分类。
预定义元数据可以由授权的管理员选择，对每个子集都是适用的。因此，例如，对于研发文件，关键字比如“设计”、“架构”和“算法”可以适用于将数据元素分类为与研发有关。另外，作为CAD文件的文件也被分类为与研发有关。
本发明的该实施例的特定特征在于，该系统还优选在后台中运行从而定期地标引分类的数据元素列表。应当理解，标引分类数据元素操作用于允许快速搜索分类数据元素的任何特定字符串。
如图1A所示，驻留在服务器100上的系统的IT管理员利用该系统来分类要定期标引的文件列表。IT管理员选择研发人员具有访问权限并且属于CAD文件类型的文件。IT管理员还优选制定每24小时执行的标引的计划。
现在返回图1B，在阶段A看出，公司的CEO注意到报纸上的宣布公司推出新的机密产品的标题。如阶段B所示，CEO然后联系企业网络102的IT经理并希望了解关于机密产品的信息如何到了媒体。如阶段C所示，IT经理回应到所有研发有关的CAD文件被定期标引，因此包含到媒体的信息的文件可以快速定位，并且最近访问该文件的用户可以被迅速识别出。
IT经理优选继续利用该系统来迅速搜索被分类为研发相关文件的所有标引文件以便参考新的机密产品。如阶段D所示，IT经理近实时地接收相关文件列表。如此后在阶段E所示，IT经理然后可以利用由系统不断收集的实际访问和访问权限信息来确定哪些用户最近访问了相关机密文件，并由此确定哪些员工对向媒体提供机密信息负责。
本发明的该实施例的特定特征在于，由于系统的后台运行，由此记录了每个用户对企业中每个文件的实际访问的历史，保持包括预定义元数据的分类的文件列表并定期标引分类列表，系统使IT经理能够近实时地接收他搜索相关文件的结果。该系统通过组合数据元素的分类列表的可用实际访问和访问权限信息与数据元素有关的标引信息来实现该近实时响应。
现在参照图2，其是图1A和图1B的实施例的系统和方法的简化框图图例。如图2中所示并且如上文图1A和图1B所述，本发明的系统和方法包括发生在后台的以下功能：
每个用户对企业中的每个文件的实际访问和访问权限被优选不断监控并存储在数据库中。在本发明的受让人的附属机构纽约(NY)的Varonis Systems公司的商标DatAdvantage下市场上可买到的系统中实施这个功能，并且其在本受让人的美国专利7,606,801和美国公开专利申请2009/0265780中描述，其公开内容由此通过引用并入。访问权限和/或实际访问共同被指定为访问度量，并且可以用于指定企业中的全部文件的子集。
另外，系统优选不断检查(crawl through)根据访问度量选择的企业中的所有文件的子集并且将包括预定义元数据的文件列表分类。
另外，系统优选不断在后台中运行以定期标引数据元素分类列表的至少一部分。
现在参照图3，其是用于通过只考虑由其给定内容分类、给定特征和给定的访问度量表征的数据元素从多重数据元素中选择感兴趣的数据的图1A至图2的系统和方法的使用的简化框图图例。
如图3所示，当接到查询(例如其可以包括包含特定关键字并且具有与此相关联的某些访问度量的特定分类的文件列表的请求)时，系统优选组合与特定分类的文件有关的标引信息和访问度量信息(比如由前述检查(crawling)功能提供的访问度量信息)，以提供指示特定分类的哪些文件包含特定关键字并具有查询中指定的相关联访问度量的响应。
本领域技术人员应当理解，本发明不由上文中已经具体示出并描述的所限制。而是，本发明的范围包括上文中所述的各种特征的组合和子组合及其修改，本领域技术人员在阅读上述说明书后将会做出这些修改，并且这些修改不是现有技术。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，所述系统包括：
后台数据表征功能，可操作用于表征所述多重数据元素以提供后台数据表征输出，所述表征基于以下各项中的至少一项：
其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史，以及
其元数据；
后台数据分类功能，操作用于至少部分基于所述后台数据表征输出来分类所述感兴趣的数据，并提供感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出；以及
标引功能，操作用于至少部分基于所述感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，其中，所述表征所述多重数据元素基于以下两项：
其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史；以及
其元数据。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，还包括近实时数据匹配功能，可操作用于通过只考虑具有其所述至少一个访问度量的数据元素从所述分类输出中选择感兴趣的数据。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，其中，所述标引功能操作用于还基于所述后台数据表征输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，其中，所述至少一个访问度量是在企业运行期间随时间变化的动态度量。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，其中，所述近实时数据匹配功能包括：
搜索功能，可操作用于采用所述标引功能的输出来搜索具有其至少一个内容特征的数据元素；
识别功能，可操作用于根据所述至少一个访问度量从所述多重数据元素中识别数据元素；以及
组合功能，可操作用于组合所述搜索和所述识别的结果。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，其中，所述搜索功能和所述识别功能由单独的实体提供。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的系统，其中，所述元数据包括文件大小、文件类型和关键字中的至少一个。
9.一种用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，所述方法包括：
表征所述多重数据元素以提供后台数据表征输出，所述表征基于以下各项中的至少一项：
其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史，以及
其元数据；
至少部分基于所述后台数据表征输出来分类所述感兴趣的数据，并提供感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出；以及
至少部分基于所述感兴趣的后台数据的分类输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，其中，所述表征所述多重数据元素基于以下两项：
其至少一个访问度量，所述至少一个访问度量选自其数据访问权限和其实际数据访问历史；以及
其元数据。
11.根据权利要求9所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，还包括通过只考虑具有其所述至少一个访问度量的数据元素从所述分类输出中近实时地选择感兴趣的数据。
12.根据权利要求9所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，其中，所述标引还包括基于所述后台数据表征输出来标引所述感兴趣的数据。
13.根据权利要求9所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，其中，所述至少一个访问度量是在企业运行期间随时间变化的动态度量。
14.根据权利要求11所述的用于标引驻留在企业的多个平台上的多重数据元素内的感兴趣的数据的方法，其中，所述选择包括：
采用所述标引的输出来搜索具有其至少一个内容特征的数据元素；
根据所述至少一个访问度量从所述多重数据元素中识别数据元素；以及
