meanwhile, the controller 6 starts the hydraulic cylinder to make the hydraulic push rods 3 on the left and right sides push the two groups of detection clamping plates 4 to move towards the middle, the housing is pressed, and when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 14 installed inside the detection clamping plate 4 reaches a specified value, then the information is transmitted to the controller 6, so that the controller 6 starts the two groups of hydraulic cylinders to drive the two groups of hydraulic push rods 3 to contract, if the extending length of the hydraulic push rod 3 is longer than the normal value, which indicates that the shell of the speed reducer does not pass the pressure-resistant quality detection and has quality problems, at the moment, the controller 6 starts the electric push rod 5 to move downwards, the marking body 7 is used for marking the surface of the shell in a pattern, at the same time, after a few seconds, the controller 6 continues to activate the servo motor of the conveyor belt assembly 1 so that the device continues to operate, which is the use flow and the working principle of the device.
