Description

Refrigerant detection filling device and method for air conditioning system of urban rail vehicle
Technical Field
The invention relates to an air conditioning system of an urban rail vehicle, in particular to a method for detecting and filling a refrigerant of the air conditioning system of the urban rail vehicle.
Background
The air conditioning system of the urban rail vehicle is mainly used for processing air in a carriage, so that dehumidification and cooling are achieved, and a comfortable riding environment is created for passengers. The refrigerating system of the air conditioning unit adopts a mechanical refrigerating method, and the system is formed by connecting a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a thermostatic expansion valve, an indoor heat exchanger and other main parts by pipelines to form a closed system. In a closed system, a refrigerant is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam by a compressor, the superheated steam enters an outdoor heat exchanger, is forcibly cooled by outside air, is condensed into high-pressure liquid, enters a thermostatic expansion valve to be decompressed into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, enters an indoor heat exchanger through a flow divider, absorbs the heat of the air passing through the indoor heat exchanger, is evaporated into low-pressure steam, is sucked by the compressor through a gas-liquid separator, is compressed into the high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam again, and completes a refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration capacity in the closed system cannot be visually detected due to the structural limitation of the air conditioning unit, and the refrigerant in the pipeline needs to be charged and discharged in a mode of cutting the pipeline.
Cutting a copper pipe of a refrigeration pipeline, discharging a refrigerant in the pipeline, weighing the weight of the refrigerant by using a spring scale, and determining whether the refrigerant meets the refrigeration requirement, wherein the refrigerant needs to be refilled if the refrigerant does not meet the refrigeration requirement. In addition, the refrigerant storage tank needing to be filled is placed on a spring scale to be weighed, the weight of the filled refrigerant can meet the refrigeration requirement, the filling opening is connected with the high-pressure maintenance pipe opening, the refrigerant filled above the filling opening is ensured to be in a liquid state, and after the refrigerant is filled, copper pipes of a refrigeration pipeline are welded tightly, so that the sealing performance of the whole pipeline is ensured.
The existing detection and filling methods of the refrigerant need to cut a copper pipe, release the refrigerant for weighing detection and filling, and weld the copper pipe tightly after the detection and filling procedures are finished.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a refrigerant detection and filling device and a refrigerant filling method for an air conditioning system of an urban rail vehicle, aiming at solving the problems that copper pipes are required to be cut off in the detection and filling modes of the existing air conditioning system of the urban rail vehicle, the copper pipes are welded tightly after the detection and filling procedures are finished, the process is complicated, operation is required by professionals, and leakage is easy to occur after welding.
The refrigerant detection and filling device of the air conditioning system of the urban rail vehicle comprises a liquid sight glass and a refrigerant filling valve; the liquid observation mirror is arranged at the downstream position of a drying filter in a refrigeration pipeline of the air conditioning unit, and the refrigerant filling valve is arranged on the side of a low-pressure side pipeline of the air conditioning unit; the refrigerant filling valve is internally provided with a through sealing structure and a protective copper cap.
The refrigerant detection and filling method for the air conditioning system of the urban rail vehicle is realized by the following steps:
welding a pipeline connecting end C of the refrigerant filling valve to the side of a low-pressure pipeline in a refrigerant filling pipeline inside an air conditioning unit;
step two, removing the protective copper cap of the pressure gauge mounting end D by using a wrench, taking out the internal valve core, and mounting the pressure gauge to the pressure gauge mounting end D;
step three, opening a filling valve locking end A by adopting a hexagonal wrench, and opening an internal channel of the refrigerant filling valve;
and step four, screwing out the nut of the refrigerant filling end B by using a wrench, taking out the internal protection copper cap, and installing the refrigerant filling pipeline at the refrigerant filling end B for refrigerant filling.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the liquid sight glass is added in the refrigeration pipeline of the existing air conditioning unit of the urban rail vehicle and used for indicating the refrigerant condition and the dryness of the liquid pipeline in the refrigeration device, and the refrigerant filling valve is added in the low-pressure side pipeline of the air conditioning unit, so that the refrigerant is conveniently released and filled. The detection and filling of the refrigerant are realized in a simple and quick manner.
The method optimizes the refrigerant detection and filling mode of the existing air conditioning unit of the urban rail vehicle, can realize the detection and filling of the refrigerant by using a simple and quick mode, can effectively shorten the operation time of the detection and filling process of the refrigerant of the air conditioning unit, and avoids the defect that the process needs to be operated by professional personnel.
