In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling the fault early warning of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s101, collecting operation parameters of an air conditioner in an operation process;
specifically, one or more of the operation parameters may be acquired, and the operation parameters may be acquired by a sensor.
S102, judging whether the collected operation parameters are in a normal operation range of the air conditioner;
specifically, the normal operation range refers to a reference range corresponding to an operation parameter when the air conditioner operates normally, and if the operation parameter is within the normal operation range, the air conditioner continues to operate; and if the operation parameter is not in the normal operation range, continuing to judge.
S103, under the condition that the operation parameters are not in the normal operation range, judging the fault type of the fault caused by the operation parameters;
specifically, the fault types include a first type fault and a second type fault, that is, faults occurring in the air conditioner are classified into two types, and the first type fault refers to a fault which can be repaired by correcting an operation parameter through the air conditioner itself, for example, an operating temperature of the air conditioner is too high, an operating current of the air conditioner is too high, and the like.
The above two types of faults refer to unavoidable faults, and the occurrence of the fault cannot be repaired by correcting the operation parameters of the air conditioner, and the fault needs to be repaired manually, for example, if the air conditioner lacks a refrigerant (freon), the air conditioner needs to be repaired manually by adding freon, so that the fault can be repaired.
S104, if the operation parameters can cause a type of fault, correcting the operation parameters according to a preset correction mode corresponding to the operation parameters which can cause the type of fault, so that the operation parameters are within a normal operation range, and the air conditioner can normally operate; if the operation parameters can cause the second type of faults, sending out early warning information and controlling a compressor of the air conditioner to operate according to the lowest operation frequency;
specifically, for one type of faults, the operation parameters are adjusted to be within a normal operation range, so that the air conditioner can normally operate; for the second type of faults, early warning information is sent out in time, the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to run according to the lowest running frequency, on one hand, a user can know the running condition of the air conditioner in time, so that repair measures can be taken in time, the air conditioner is prevented from being in fault, on the other hand, the running frequency of the compressor is reduced, the running consumption of the air conditioner is reduced, the fault occurrence time of the air conditioner is prolonged, the user can close the air conditioner in time, and the air conditioner is maintained.
The fault early warning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly collecting the operation parameters of the air conditioner, then judging whether the operation parameters are in a normal operation range, and if the operation parameters are not in the normal operation range, judging whether the operation parameters are in the normal operation range, and if the operation parameters are not in the normal operation range, the faults occur, so that the faults which can occur are divided into two types, namely the faults which can be self-regulated into one type, the faults which can not be self-regulated into two types, and the faults which can not be self-regulated into two types, can be corrected by self-regulation, so that the operation parameters are in the normal operation range of the air conditioner, and for the faults which can not be self-regulated, the early warning signals are timely sent out, so that a user can timely know the condition of the.
In the fault early warning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the operation parameters are in the normal operation range is judged by the following method: and taking a parameter difference from the operation parameter and a preset fault parameter corresponding to the operation parameter, judging whether the parameter difference is in a safety interval, if so, judging that the operation parameter is in a normal operation range, and if not, judging that the operation parameter is not in the normal operation range. The operation parameters are compared with the preset fault parameters, whether the operation parameters are in the normal operation range or not is judged, and the operation parameters which are not in the normal operation range are adjusted or early warning signals are sent out, so that a user can know the operation condition of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner is prevented from suddenly breaking down.
Because the fault parameter is a determined critical value, that is, when the operation parameter is equal to the fault parameter, the air conditioner will be in fault, therefore, by using the fault parameter as the critical value, it can be ensured that the air conditioner will not be in fault only by ensuring that the operation parameter is not equal to the fault parameter or exceeds the fault parameter, therefore, in the fault early warning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the operation parameter and the fault parameter are subjected to parameter difference, when the parameter difference is in a safety interval, that is, the operation parameter is in a normal operation range of the air conditioner, when the parameter difference exceeds the safety interval, that is, the value of the operation parameter is already close to the value of the fault parameter, the air conditioner continues to operate according to the current parameter, the fault will occur, therefore, when the parameter difference exceeds the safety interval, the operation parameter is further judged and corresponding repair measures are taken, namely, whether the fault caused by the operation parameter is a first-class fault or a second-class fault is judged, and then corresponding processing is carried out according to the judgment result, so that early warning is carried out on the possible fault, and the sudden occurrence of the fault is avoided.
The method for judging the fault type of the fault caused by the operation parameters comprises the following steps: acquiring parameter characteristics of the operating parameters, and comparing the parameter characteristics of the operating parameters with characteristics of comparison parameters corresponding to faults recorded in a preset fault classification table, wherein the fault classification table comprises the characteristics of the comparison parameters corresponding to the first-class faults and the characteristics of the comparison parameters corresponding to the second-class faults, when the parameter characteristics of the operating parameters are the same as the characteristics of the comparison parameters corresponding to one fault in the fault classification table, if the fault corresponding to the comparison parameters is a first-class fault, the fault type of the fault caused by the operating parameters is a first-class fault, and if the fault corresponding to the comparison parameters is a second-class fault, the fault type of the fault caused by the operating parameters is a second-class fault. The parameter characteristics of the operation parameters are compared with the characteristics of the comparison parameters in the fault classification table, the comparison parameters which are the same as the parameter characteristics of the operation parameters are determined, the fault type of the fault caused by the operation parameters is the same as the fault type of the fault corresponding to the comparison parameters, and therefore whether the fault type of the fault caused by the operation parameters is a first-class fault or a second-class fault can be determined.
Furthermore, the parameter characteristics of the operating parameters may be names of the operating parameters, codes set for the operating parameters, or units of the operating parameters, and the like, and the characteristics of the comparison parameters are the same as the parameter characteristics of the operating parameters, so that it can be determined by comparison which comparison parameter corresponds to which comparison parameter, and the fault types of the faults corresponding to the comparison parameter and the comparison parameter are the same, thereby obtaining whether the fault type of the fault caused by the operating parameters is a first-class fault or a second-class fault.
In the fault early warning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the preset correction mode comprises the following steps of adjusting the operation parameters by taking preset correction parameters corresponding to the operation parameters causing the type of faults as target parameters, wherein the preset correction parameters are within the normal operation range. The preset correction parameters corresponding to each fault are input in the system in advance, and the preset correction parameters are within the normal operation range of the air conditioner, so that the operation parameters are adjusted by taking the preset correction parameters as target parameters, the operation parameters are within the normal operation range of the air conditioner, early warning and repairing are performed on the type of faults, the occurrence of the type of faults is avoided, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured.
It should be noted that, in the fault parameter table in the embodiment of the present invention, each comparison parameter is provided with a corresponding feature, a preset fault parameter, a preset correction parameter, and a fault type causing a fault, when a parameter difference between an operation parameter and a preset fault parameter is not within a safety interval, the operation parameter is corrected according to the corresponding preset correction parameter for a first-class fault, and a corresponding correction method may be further preset corresponding to each preset correction parameter, so that correction may be performed according to the preset correction method and with the correction parameter as a target parameter, and the correction methods for a second-class fault may be uniformly set to send out an early warning message, and at the same time, the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at the lowest operation frequency.

Further, a type of fault can be displayed on the display screen 200, so that the user can know that the air conditioner is in self correction, and the early warning information disappears after the correction is completed.
Preferably, the warning information displayed on the display screen 200 may display a code corresponding to the fault, or may directly display a fault name of the fault caused by the operating parameter and a fault type.
The following describes in detail a fault warning control method for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4:
s201, collecting operation parameters of an air conditioner in an operation process;
specifically, assuming that the operation parameter is an operation temperature of the compressor, the operation temperature may be detected by a temperature sensor provided on the compressor, and the parameter is collected by a parameter collecting device and then transmitted to the data processing unit 120, assuming that the collected operation temperature of the compressor is 73 ℃.
S202, processing the running temperature of the compressor acquired by the data acquisition unit 110;
specifically, the data processing unit 120 receives the operating temperature parameter, calls a fault parameter value corresponding to the preset operating temperature of the compressor in the system, and subtracts the acquired operating temperature of the compressor from the fault parameter to obtain a parameter difference, where the fault parameter value is assumed to be 80 ℃, and thus the parameter difference between the two is 7 ℃.
S203, judging whether the collected running temperature of the compressor is in a normal running range;
specifically, the first determining unit 130 calls a safety interval of the operating temperature of the compressor preset in the system, and if the parameter difference is in the safety interval, the operating temperature of the compressor is in a normal operating range, and at this time, the air conditioner continues to operate; if the parameter value is not in the interval, the running temperature of the compressor is not in the normal running range, and the parameter needs to be adjusted and corrected; assuming that the safety interval is greater than or equal to 10 ℃, since the parameter difference is 7 ℃, the parameter difference is not within the safety interval, and at this time, the parameter is sent to the second determination unit 140.
S204, judging whether the operating temperature of the compressor is too high to cause a first-class fault or a second-class fault;
specifically, the second determining unit 140 compares the information in the fault parameter table, and the operation temperature of the compressor is too high, which causes the high-temperature protection shutdown of the compressor, and belongs to a type of fault, and then sends specific information of the fault to the executing unit 150.
S205, correcting the type of fault;
specifically, the execution unit 150 corrects the parameter according to a preset corresponding correction method, for example, reduces the operating frequency of the compressor, and sets the correction parameter of the operating temperature of the compressor to 60 ℃; and controlling the running frequency of the compressor to be reduced, so that the running temperature of the compressor is reduced, canceling the fault early warning when the running temperature of the compressor is reduced to 60 ℃, and controlling the compressor to continue running according to the original running frequency.
Therefore, the fault early warning adjustment of the air conditioner can be completed, and in the above embodiment, when the operation temperature of the compressor is detected to be 68 ℃, the parameter difference between the operation temperature and the fault parameter is 12 ℃ and can be known through the data processing unit 120, the parameter difference is greater than 10 ℃, that is, the parameter difference is within the safety interval, so that the air conditioner can continue to operate normally.
It should be noted that, for the preset fault parameters, the fault parameters are input into the system in the form of a fault parameter table, the fault parameter table includes fault parameters corresponding to all faults that may occur to the air conditioner and a safety interval corresponding to each fault parameter, correspondingly, a correction parameter table corresponding to the fault parameter table is also input into the system, the correction parameter table includes correction parameters corresponding to the fault parameters one to one and a preset correction method corresponding to each correction parameter, and for the faults in the fault parameter table and the correction parameter table, the correction methods corresponding to the two types of faults in the correction parameter table may be set as "sending out early warning information". Thus, the data processing unit 120, the first judging unit 130, the second judging unit 140, and the executing unit 150 can determine information such as a fault type and a correction method by calling the fault parameter table and the correction parameter table.
Another specific embodiment is provided below to describe in detail the air conditioner with a fault warning function provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4:
s301, collecting operation parameters of the air conditioner in the operation process;
specifically, assuming that the operation parameter is a remaining content of refrigerant (freon) in the air conditioner, the remaining amount of refrigerant in the air conditioner is detected by a sensor, and the parameter is collected by a parameter collecting device and then transmitted to the data processing unit 120, assuming that the collected remaining amount of refrigerant is 120.
S202, processing the running temperature of the compressor acquired by the data acquisition unit 110;
specifically, the data processing unit 120 receives the refrigerant residual quantity parameter, calls a fault parameter value of the refrigerant residual quantity preset in the system, and subtracts the collected refrigerant residual quantity parameter from the fault parameter to obtain a parameter difference, where it is assumed that the fault parameter value is 100, and thus, the parameter difference between the two is 20.
S203, judging whether the acquired refrigerant allowance parameter is in a normal operation range;
specifically, the first determining unit 130 calls a safety interval of a refrigerant margin parameter preset in the system, and if the parameter difference is within the safety interval, the refrigerant margin is within a normal operation range, and at this time, the air conditioner continues to operate; if the parameter value is not in the interval, the refrigerant allowance is not in the normal operation range, and the parameter needs to be adjusted and corrected; assuming that the safety interval is 50 or more, the parameter difference is 20, and thus the parameter difference is not within the safety interval, and at this time, the parameter is sent to the second determination unit 140.
S204, judging whether the operating temperature of the compressor is too high to cause a first-class fault or a second-class fault;
specifically, the second determination unit 140 determines, through classification of various failure parameters in advance, that the remaining amount of refrigerant is too low to be corrected by adjusting the parameters, that the failure is unavoidable, belongs to a type two failure, and then transmits specific information of the failure to the execution unit 150.
S205, correcting the two types of faults;
specifically, the execution unit 150 issues the warning message according to a preset correction method for the two types of faults, that is, a correction method for the low refrigerant residual amount, and therefore, the execution unit 150 sends the fault warning message of the fault to the display 200 to display, and controls the compressor of the air conditioner to operate at the lowest operating frequency.
Therefore, the fault early warning process of the air conditioner can be completed, when a user learns the problems of the air conditioner through the running state of the air conditioner and the early warning information displayed on the display screen 200, the user can timely inform related maintenance personnel, the air conditioner is subjected to fluoridization treatment, when the data acquisition unit 110 acquires new refrigerant allowance parameters, the parameters are continuously transmitted to the data processing unit 120, the parameter difference is obtained by the data processing unit 120, the judgment is carried out by the first judgment unit 130, at the moment, the refrigerant allowance parameters are within the normal running range of the air conditioner, and therefore the early warning information is controlled to be cancelled, and the air conditioner continues to run normally.
Furthermore, the above two types of faults include a motor phase-loss fault except that the refrigerant residual amount is too low, and since one phase of the three-phase motor cannot be adjusted and repaired by itself when the motor cannot work, the three-phase motor needs to be repaired manually, and belongs to the two types of faults.
In the description herein, particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
