The invention provides a detection method and a detection device for air conditioner refrigerant leakage and an air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for detecting leakage of an air-conditioning refrigerant is provided, and it can be intuitively known from the chart that when detecting whether leakage occurs in the air-conditioning refrigerant, a pulse signal which is fed back by a sensor and identifies the flow characteristics of the refrigerant is firstly obtained, then a control strategy for adjusting the operation of a compressor is generated according to the pulse signal, and the operation of the compressor is controlled according to the control strategy. For example, if the pulse signal feedback refrigerant does not have abnormal leakage, the compressor normally operates; if the pulse signal feeds back abnormal leakage of the refrigerant, the operation frequency of the compressor is controlled to be increased or decreased, so that the leakage speed of the refrigerant is slowed down, the loss of a user is reduced, and the safety of the user is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, a specific embodiment of a method for detecting leakage of an air-conditioning refrigerant is provided, and it can be intuitively known from the figure that the control board can control and adjust the operation frequency of the air-conditioning compressor according to the type of the leaked refrigerant, and since the refrigerant can only exist in one type in one machine and cannot be changed, taking the types of R290, R32 and R410A refrigerants as examples, if the type of the leaked refrigerant is the R290 refrigerant, the control board controls the compressor to reduce the operation frequency, and if the type of the leaked refrigerant is the R32 or R410A refrigerant, the control board controls the compressor to raise the operation frequency, so that the leakage speed of the refrigerant is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, a state diagram of a pulse signal in a method for detecting leakage of an air conditioner refrigerant is provided, and it can be intuitively known from the state diagram that according to duration of a high level and a low level of the pulse signal identifying a flowing characteristic of the refrigerant in one period, the pulse signal is divided into four states, namely a preheating state, a working state, an alarm state and a fault state, wherein the preheating state and the working state represent normal operation states of the air conditioner, namely the refrigerant is not leaked in the preheating state and the working state, the alarm state represents abnormal operation states of the air conditioner, namely the refrigerant is leaked in the alarm state, and the fault state represents abnormal states of a sensor, namely the sensor is damaged or fails in the fault state.
Further, the pulse signal lasts 375ms in one period; in the preheating state, the duration of the high level is 75ms, and the duration of the low level is 300ms; in the working state, the duration of the high level is 75ms, and the duration of the low level is 300ms; in the alarm state, the duration of the high level is 225ms, and the duration of the low level is 150ms; in the fault state, the high level lasts 300ms, and the low level lasts 75ms.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a detecting device for detecting leakage of an air conditioner refrigerant is provided, and as can be seen from the figure, the detecting device includes: the system comprises a signal acquisition module, a strategy generation module and a control operation module; the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a pulse signal fed back by the sensor; the strategy generation module is used for generating a control strategy for regulating the operation of the compressor according to the pulse signals; the control operation module is used for controlling the operation of the compressor according to the control strategy. The method for detecting the leakage of the air conditioner refrigerant is realized.
As shown in fig. 5, there is provided a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner, which can be intuitively known from the figure, the air conditioner includes: the sensor is used for feeding back pulse signals for identifying the flow characteristics of the refrigerant to the control board; the control board acquires a pulse signal fed back by the sensor, generates a control strategy for adjusting the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the pulse signal, and controls the operation of the air conditioner compressor according to the control strategy. The method for detecting the leakage of the air conditioner refrigerant is realized.
In order to better understand the above technical solution, the following describes in detail a detection method and a detection device for detecting leakage of refrigerant of an air conditioner and each specific embodiment of the air conditioner.
According to an embodiment of the first aspect provided by the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, there is provided a method for detecting leakage of refrigerant of an air conditioner, wherein,
the air conditioner comprises: the sensor is connected with the control board and is used for feeding back pulse signals for identifying the flow characteristics of the refrigerant to the control board;
the detection method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a pulse signal fed back by a sensor;
generating a control strategy for adjusting the operation of the compressor according to the pulse signals;
and controlling the operation of the compressor according to the control strategy.
The refrigerant is 'blood' of the air conditioner, the existing refrigerant is colorless and odorless gas, the leakage problem is not easy to find, once the refrigerant leakage occurs, the refrigerating and heating efficiency of the air conditioner is lowered, meanwhile, if the time is found later, the maintenance cost is raised, the safety problem exists, and although the refrigerant of the existing air conditioner has the characteristics of no toxicity and low ignition point, part of the refrigerant also has the defects, and the refrigerant can explode when encountering open fire.
In order to solve the above problems, it can timely find out leakage of the refrigerant, avoiding a series of problems such as reduced operation efficiency of the air conditioner, high subsequent maintenance cost, easy potential safety hazard and the like caused by leakage of the refrigerant, the embodiment monitors and feeds back a pulse signal for identifying the flow characteristics of the refrigerant in real time through a sensor (specifically, a refrigerant sensor), judges whether the refrigerant leaks according to the pulse signal, correspondingly generates a control strategy, adjusts the operation of the compressor, namely, when the refrigerant leaks, reduces the loss of a user by adjusting the operation frequency of the compressor to slow down the leakage speed of the refrigerant, and protects the safety of the user.
According to the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage provided by the embodiment, in the step of generating a control strategy for adjusting the operation of the compressor according to the pulse signal, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
determining that the refrigerant flow characteristic of the pulse signal identifier is refrigerant leakage, and acquiring a suspected refrigerant type of the leaked refrigerant;
and generating a control strategy for regulating the operation of the compressor according to the suspected refrigerant type.
Because the types of the refrigerants are more than one, when different types of refrigerants leak, the compressor is controlled to correspondingly execute different control strategies according to the types of the leaked refrigerants, and because the refrigerants only exist one type on one machine and cannot change the types, the types of the leaked suspected refrigerants are conveniently detected, and after the types of the refrigerants are determined, the operation frequency of the compressor is correspondingly controlled to be increased or decreased so as to slow down the leakage speed of the refrigerants.
By adopting the mode, the range of refrigerant leakage detection is increased, so that the refrigerant leakage detection is not limited to detection of a refrigerant, and an accurate and effective control strategy can be made according to the refrigerant type detection result.
According to the method for detecting leakage of air-conditioning refrigerant provided in this embodiment, in the step of obtaining the suspected refrigerant type of the leaked refrigerant, the method specifically includes:
acquiring type code information of a stored refrigerant type;
determining a comparison result according to the type code information and the suspected refrigerant type;
and determining that the suspected refrigerant type is the first refrigerant type or the second refrigerant type according to the comparison result.
The refrigerant types may be defined in advance in the control program, and different refrigerant types are corresponding to different type code information, for example, the following definitions are made: 01-R32, 02-R410A,03-R290, wherein 01, 02, 03 respectively represent different codes, R32, R410A, R290 respectively represent different types of refrigerants, and different codes represent different refrigerants, so that the type code information is conveniently called when the refrigerants leak, and the type of the refrigerants is identified.
In addition, the refrigerant may be classified into a first refrigerant type and a second refrigerant type according to the property of the refrigerant, for example, the refrigerant may be classified according to the operation result of the control compressor.
According to the method for detecting leakage of air-conditioning refrigerant provided in this embodiment, in the step of controlling operation of the compressor according to the control strategy, the method specifically includes:
determining the suspected refrigerant type as a first refrigerant type, and reducing the instant operation frequency of the compressor to a first preset frequency, wherein the first preset frequency is the operation frequency of the compressor corresponding to the refrigerant when leakage is slowed down;
determining the suspected refrigerant type as a second refrigerant type, and increasing the instant operation frequency of the compressor to a second preset frequency, wherein the second preset frequency is the operation frequency of the compressor corresponding to the refrigerant when leakage is slowed down.
The classification of the first refrigerant type and the second refrigerant type can be performed according to an adjustment strategy for controlling the operation of the compressor when the refrigerant leaks, for example, the refrigerant type for controlling the operation frequency of the compressor to be reduced when the refrigerant leaks is classified into the first refrigerant type, and similarly, the refrigerant type for controlling the operation frequency of the compressor to be increased when the refrigerant leaks is classified into the second refrigerant type, wherein the first refrigerant type comprises an R290 refrigerant, and the second refrigerant type comprises an R32 refrigerant and an R410A refrigerant.
According to the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage provided by the embodiment, in the step of generating the control strategy for adjusting the operation of the compressor according to the pulse signal, the method further comprises the following steps:
and determining that the refrigerant identified by the pulse signal leaks, and controlling an alarm system to give an alarm by the control panel.
When determining that the refrigerant leaks, on the one hand, the operation frequency of the compressor is controlled to reduce the refrigerant leakage speed, and on the other hand, the alarm system is controlled to give an alarm to remind a user that the refrigerant leaks, so that the user is reminded to timely make effective measures for preventing the refrigerant from leaking, and the safety risk and the cost loss caused by the refrigerant leakage are reduced.
The alarm system can adopt a voice broadcasting system to circularly broadcast voice until a user takes effective measures so that the refrigerant is not leaked any more; the alarm system can also adopt an alarm, pull out alarm sounds until the user adopts effective measures, so that the refrigerant is not leaked any more.

the first preset time is a high-level duration corresponding to refrigerant leakage, and the second preset time is a low-level duration corresponding to refrigerant leakage.
Referring to fig. 3, when the air conditioner is operating normally, the high level duration of the pulse signal in one period is 75ms, the low level duration is 300ms, and if the high level duration of the pulse signal in the current period is detected to change to 225ms (i.e. the first preset time), and the low level duration is 150ms (i.e. the second preset time), the refrigerant leakage is determined.
According to the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage provided by the embodiment, in the step of determining the refrigerant flow characteristics of the pulse signal mark according to the comparison result, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining that the high-level duration time of the pulse signal is increased to be third preset time and the low-level duration time of the pulse signal is shortened to be fourth preset time in comparison with the high-level duration time in the previous period, wherein the refrigerant flow characteristic of the pulse signal mark is a sensor fault;
the third preset time is a high-level duration corresponding to the sensor fault, and the fourth preset time is a low-level duration corresponding to the sensor fault.
Referring to fig. 3, when the air conditioner is operating normally, the high level duration of the pulse signal in one period is 75ms, the low level duration is 300ms, if the high level duration of the pulse signal in the current period is detected to change to 300ms (i.e. the third preset time), and the low level duration is 75ms (i.e. the fourth preset time), the sensor is determined to have a damage fault.
According to the detection method for air conditioner refrigerant leakage, the sensor is connected to the control board of the air conditioner, and is specifically connected to the main chip to form the refrigerant leakage detection circuit, the pulse signal for identifying the flow characteristic of the refrigerant is fed back to the main chip by utilizing the characteristics of the sensor, the main chip monitors the duration time of the high level and the low level of the pulse signal in real time, when the main chip detects that the pulse signal is kept high level for 225ms and kept low level for 150ms, the refrigerant leakage is determined, the operation frequency of the compressor is started to be controlled, the refrigerant leakage speed is reduced, and meanwhile, the machine gives out an alarm.
