Abstract

滑片式发动机属内燃机,为燃烧室滚动形发动机,由静止的斜面体,与转动的装有滑片的滑片轮,构成与滑片个数相同的瞬时封闭的燃烧室,在运行中各燃烧室轮流完成吸气、压缩、供油点火、暴发作功、排气、再吸气的工作,保证了油气混合体的燃烧爆发力作用在轮轴上做动力输出。滑片轮上的滑片与斜面体配合构成为多个瞬时封闭的燃烧室,运转中始终一半燃烧室在吸气、压缩、供油,另一半燃烧室在点火、爆发做功、排气,轮流循环不断工作。发动机省去了气门、活塞、连杆、曲轴、配重轮配重等设施。

滑片式发动机
技术领域:滑片式发动机为燃烧室滚动式发动机,又名“风火轮发动机”本发动机为内燃机,是燃油发动机可用汽油、柴油、煤油、天然油、液化气等多种不同燃料。
技术背景:现实应用的超百年历史的汽油机、柴油机、广泛在工矿业、农业、国防、交通等行业中应用,但对比本申请,其特点是,由于活塞频繁的做往复运动,产生噪音,消耗能量,又有严重磨损。
燃气轮机没有瞬时封闭爆发做功的优点。
发明内容:发明目的是提供一种“滑片式”发动机省去了气门、气门弹簧、气门挺杆、活塞、活塞销、连杆、曲轴、曲轴瓦、配重轮、配重铁等装置。(使发动机械减轻一半多重量)
技术方案:本发明申请是通过以下技术方案未实现的:发动机由静止的斜面体与转动的滑片轮组成。
斜面体有一个内空圆柱体和圆滑接触平面,接触平面与轴向不是垂直的,有一定斜度,斜面体最长处斜面凹窝处有喷油咀和火花塞,斜面体纵向最短处有自然开闭的排气口与吸气口。
滑片轮是转动的,滑片轮上有在滑片槽内做纵向运动的滑片,滑片四条边一边与斜面体的斜面接触(动配合)叫配合边,配合边对应的边与弹簧接触,另两边在滑片槽内滑动。
滑片轮每转一周,滑片在斜面体斜面的推力与弹簧的复位力作用下作一次与轴平行的往复运动。
与滑片个数相同的燃烧室各做一次吸气,压缩、供油点火、燃烧爆发、做功排气的动作。
具体实施方法,结合附图进一步说明:

工作时由人力或起动机给一个起始动力,当其中任意一个燃烧室①转到吸气口②处吸入空气,在滑片③与滑片轮④斜面体⑤的作用下燃烧室①内的空气被压缩,转到斜面体⑤最长位置,①内空间最小,喷油咀⑥供油,火花塞⑦点火,压缩的油气混合体在瞬时封闭的燃烧室①内爆发做动。转至斜面体最短处有排气口⑧排除出气。
①再转至吸气口②时,从新吸气——压缩——供油点火——爆发做功——排气。
各燃烧室轮流循环不断工作,使燃烧爆发的力做用在滑片轮的轴⑩上,做动力输出。
滑片弹簧⑨复位力与斜面体推力使滑片不断的做与轴平行方向的往复运动,使燃烧室①的容积变化,完成吸气-压缩-爆发做功-排气的循环工作。
滑片轮④上由滑片,③、斜面体⑤、配合形成的瞬时封闭的多个燃烧室,时时都有一半在吸气压缩,一半在供油点火,爆发做功排气。轮流工作、循环不断。
斜面体的斜度、决定燃烧室气体的压缩比。
本发动机结构简单,噪音低、成本低、重量轻、使用方便,可逐步取代现在应用的柴油机,汽油机。

Claims (1)

1.滑片式发动机,其特征在于A发动机由静止的斜面体与转动的滑片轮组成。
斜面体,是一个内空心园柱体,一端有一个与轴向不垂直的斜面,所以叫斜面体,斜面体最长处平面的凹窝处有喷油咀与火化塞。斜面体最短处有排气口、吸气口。
滑片轮上装有最少为6片的滑片,工作时滑片在斜面体推力与弹簧复位力作用下,在滑片槽中往复运动,以保证由滑片轮、滑片、斜面体构成的与滑片数相同的燃烧室瞬时封闭。轮流完成吸气一压缩一供油点火一爆发做功一排气再吸气工做。
使油气燃烧爆发力做用在轮轴上以便动力输出
滑片轮上由滑片,斜面体配合形成封闭的燃烧室,一半在吸气压缩,一半在供油点火爆发做功,轮流循环不断。
斜面体的斜度决定燃烧室内的气体压缩比。
