(6) and (4) final product characterization: adding the ice-refreshing finishing agent and water into a setting machine to perform finished product qualification; the concentration of the ice-refreshing finishing agent is 1g/L, and the volume ratio of the ice-refreshing finishing agent to water is 1: 55; setting temperature is 130 ℃; the speed is 25 m/min; overfeeding 25 percent; padder pressure was 3 pounds; the width after fixation is 60 inches; the determined gram weight is 142g/m2。
The chemical additives and parameters added in the open-width water washing machine in the step (3) are shown in a table 5.
Comparative example 2
The lasting ice feeling fabric comprises the following components:
58 parts of nylon, namely nylon yarn,
26 parts of polyester fiber, namely polyester fiber,
16 parts of spandex.
The content ratio of the chinlon to the terylene is 2:1, and the total titer content of the chinlon and the terylene is 60D.
A production method of the durable ice feeling fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the polyamide-polyester composite yarn: when spinning, the polyamide and the terylene are mixed and woven together in a false twisting mode to form polyamide-terylene composite yarn;
(2) weaving: weaving spandex and polyamide-polyester composite silk into plain weave fabric through a loom, wherein the number of needles is 35, and the size of the needles is 36;
(3) open width washing: carrying out open width washing by using an open width washing machine;
(4) embryo determination: performing embryo determination by using an anti-thermal yellowing agent and clear water; the mass ratio of the anti-thermal yellowing agent to the clear water is 1: 35; the setting temperature is 195 ℃; the speed is 25 m/min; overfeeding is 40%; padder pressure 3 lbs; the liquid carrying rate is 80 percent; the width after fixation is 58 inches; the determined gram weight is 153g/m2;
(5) Dyeing: carrying out primary dyeing by a disperse dyeing method; carrying out secondary dyeing by using an acid dyeing method;
(6) and (4) final product characterization: adding water into a setting machine, and performing finished product qualification; the concentration of the ice finishing agent is 1g/L, and the volume ratio of the ice finishing agent to water is 1: 55; setting temperature is 130 ℃; at a speed of 25 m-min; overfeeding 25 percent; padder pressure was 3 pounds; the width after fixation is 60 inches; the determined gram weight is 142g/m2。
The chemical additives and parameters added in the open-width water washing machine in the step (3) are shown in a table 5.
The cloth cover conditions of the examples 1 to 4 were checked by using a W2500 check machine, which showed no holes, no stains, no colored patterns, and stable width.
The fabrics described in example 4, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were tested for their physical and chemical properties and tested for No: EPKH181217008, as detailed in table 6:

As can be seen from Table 6, the raw material content of comparative example 1 is different from that of example 4, thus resulting in a Q-max cooling value of only 0.3 and an ice time of only 13min, which is less than 0.5 and 30min for inventive example 4; comparative example 2 resulted in a Q-max cool value of only 0.2 and an ice time of only 8min, less than 0.5 and 30min for inventive example 4, compared to example 4, where no ice finish was added. It is thus shown that the raw material content and the ice-clear finish of the present invention contribute to the enhancement of ice feel and duration of the duration.

Claims (10)
1. The durable ice feeling fabric is characterized by comprising the following components:
54-60 parts of nylon, namely nylon,
25-30 parts of terylene, wherein,
15-20 parts of spandex.
2. The durable ice feeling fabric of claim 1, wherein the content ratio of the chinlon to the terylene is 1-3:1, and the total titer of the chinlon and the terylene is 50D-70D.
3. The durable ice feeling fabric of claim 1, wherein the ice feeling duration of the ice feeling fabric is 20-30 min.
4. A method for producing a long-lasting ice feeling fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing the polyamide-polyester composite yarn: the nylon and the terylene are mixed and woven together in a false twisting mode to form nylon-terylene composite yarns;
(2) weaving: weaving spandex and polyamide-polyester composite silk into plain weave fabric;
(3) washing in open width;
(4) embryo determination: performing embryo determination by using an anti-thermal yellowing agent and clear water; the mass ratio of the anti-thermal yellowing agent to the clear water is 1: 30-35;
(5) dyeing: carrying out primary dyeing by a disperse dyeing method; carrying out secondary dyeing by using an acid dyeing method;
(6) shaping of a finished product: and adding the ice-refreshing finishing agent and water into a setting machine to carry out finished product setting.
5. The production method of the durable ice feeling fabric of claim 4, wherein the number of the weaving needles in the step (2) is 30-36, and the number of inches is 32-36.
6. The production method of the durable ice feeling fabric according to claim 4, wherein the speed of the open width washing water in the step (3) is 20-30 yards/min.
7. The method for producing the durable ice feeling fabric as claimed in claim 4, wherein the embryo temperature in the step (4) is 190-; the speed is 20-30 m/min.
8. The method for producing the durable ice feeling fabric according to claim 4, wherein the embryo fixation overfeeding in the step (4) is 30-50%; the padder pressure is 2.5-3 pounds; the liquid carrying rate is 75-80%.
9. The production method of the durable ice feeling fabric of claim 4, wherein the ice finishing agent in the step (6) is a Cool-ex solution with the concentration of 0.5-1g/L, and the volume ratio of the ice finishing agent to water is 1: 45-55.
10. The production method of the durable ice feeling fabric as claimed in claim 4, wherein the setting temperature in the step (6) is 130-150 ℃; the speed is 20-30 m/min; overfeeding 20-25%; the padder pressure is 2.5-3 pounds; the width after fixation is 55-65 inches; determined gram weight of 140-2。
