By adding the polyurethane dispersion and other suitable additives into the VAE emulsion, the adhesive force of the glue to a base material is obviously enhanced, the quick-drying performance of the glue is enhanced, and the environment-friendly property is excellent because no other organic solvent is added.

With the enhancement of the awareness of safety and environmental protection, the research on the waterborne polyurethane adhesive is rapidly developed. The water-based polyurethane adhesive is formed by dissolving or dispersing polyurethane in water, and has the advantages of no solvent, no pollution, good film forming property, strong bonding force, easy mixing with other polymers, particularly emulsion polymers, and the like, compared with a solvent type adhesive.
Polyurethanes (PU) are high polymers polymerized by polycondensation of polyisocyanates (based on diisocyanates) and oligomeric polyols. Because the molecular chain contains isocyano (-NCO) and carbamate (-NHCOO-), the polyurethane has high activity and polarity. The adhesive has excellent chemical adhesion with substrates containing active hydrogen, such as porous materials of foam, leather, fabric, paper, ceramic and the like, and materials with smooth surfaces of metal, glass, rubber and the like. In addition, the performance of the polyurethane material can be adjusted in a large range by changing the molecular weight, the structure and the like of the polyhydroxy compound, so that the polyurethane material is widely applied to various fields of industry, agriculture and daily life, wherein the polyurethane material comprises paint, packaging, leather and the like, and is a multifunctional polymer material. The solvent type polyurethane adhesive has good adhesive property to acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer (PBS) resin, polypropylene fiber board, fabric, vinyl plastic and the like, so that the solvent type polyurethane adhesive is widely applied to adhesive for bonding polyvinyl chloride (PVC) artificial leather of automotive interior parts, instrument boards, mud guards, door panels, floor felts and ceiling linings. In recent years, with the enhancement of environmental protection and energy consciousness of people, especially with the strict limitation of various regulations on the content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in a glue system, the problem of material safety is more and more emphasized by consumers. However, the solvent type polyurethane adhesive contains toxic and harmful substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene and the like, which not only pollutes the environment, but also can harm human health. Therefore, the search for a low-toxicity environment-friendly water-based polyurethane glue is an urgent need. The water-based polyurethane glue is prepared by using polyurethane as a bonding material and water as a solvent or a dispersant to replace a toxic organic solvent which pollutes the environment. The polyurethane glue has simple and convenient process, can be cured at room temperature and under heating, has the hardness which can be adjusted in a large range, but has poor heat resistance, and the glue at the bonding seam is easy to fall off under the high-temperature condition and has poor bonding property.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the polyurethane glue and the preparation method thereof, the polyurethane dispersoid and other suitable additives are added into the VAE emulsion, so that the adhesive force of the glue to a base material is obviously enhanced, the quick-drying performance of the glue is enhanced, and the polyurethane glue is not added with any other organic solvent and has excellent environmental protection property.

a polyurethane glue and a preparation method thereof are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyurethane dispersoid, 10-20 parts of melamine resin, 0.5-1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.3-0.7 part of pH value regulator, 0.2-0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of bactericide, 20-40 parts of cosolvent, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of VAE emulsion, 0.1-0.8 part of preservative, 0.2-0.6 part of surfactant and a proper amount of distilled water.
Further, the wetting dispersant is polyacrylic acid sodium salt, the defoaming agent is fluorine modified siloxane defoaming agent, the thickening agent is associated polyurethane, and the leveling agent is organic silicon leveling agent.

Further, the defoaming agent is at least one of a mineral oil defoaming agent, a silicone defoaming agent and a polyether defoaming agent.

(1) adding the polyurethane dispersion, the VAE emulsion, the melamine resin and the epoxy resin into a reaction vessel, setting the stirring speed to be 35-40 r/min, stirring for 15-25 min, and slowly adding the wetting dispersant into the reaction vessel while stirring;
(2) after the wetting dispersant is added, setting the stirring speed to be 65-75 revolutions per minute, stirring for 20-25 minutes, and adding a defoaming agent, a surfactant, a cosolvent, a bactericide, a preservative and distilled water into the reaction vessel while stirring;
(3) after the addition is finished, setting the stirring speed to be 25-35 r/min, then stirring for 10-15 min, and adding the thickening agent and the pH value regulator while stirring;
(4) sampling, detecting the viscosity of the product, and directly discharging the product if the viscosity is qualified; if the viscosity is not qualified, adding distilled water or thickening agent additionally, continuing stirring to adjust the viscosity of the product until the viscosity of the product is qualified, and discharging.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the polyurethane dispersoid is moderate crystalline polyurethane, and the aging resistance and high temperature resistance of the polyurethane dispersoid are achieved by physical crystallization of a polyurethane chain segment; by adding the polyurethane dispersion and other suitable additives into the VAE emulsion, the adhesive force of the glue to a base material is obviously enhanced, the quick-drying performance of the glue is enhanced, and the environment-friendly property is excellent because no other organic solvent is added.
