Abstract
The invention discloses a non-asphalt-based coiled material overlap edge reinforcing material which sequentially comprises a sand layer, a butyl adhesive layer, a PET material layer, a hot melt adhesive layer and an isolating material layer from top to bottom. The overlap edge reinforcing material provided by the invention is an overlap edge cover opening reinforcing treatment material during coiled material construction, and the width of the overlap edge cover opening reinforcing treatment material is 10 cm. It is not waterproof material itself, and the easy opening of difficult overlap joint limit of coiled material construction, this product lid can have fine guard action to the overlap joint limit in overlap joint limit position.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to a non-asphalt-based coiled material overlap edge reinforcing material.
Background
The lapping method is used for paving the coiled material, and the lap seams of the coiled material paved by the layers, the upper layer and the lower layer and the adjacent coiled material are staggered. In roofing engineering, if the lap joints are parallel to the ridge, the lap joints are required to be lapped along the flowing water direction; if the lap joint seam is perpendicular to the ridge, the lap joint seam is overlapped along the main wind direction. If the coiled materials of each layer are laid in a laminated manner, the connecting place of the gutter and the roof is overlapped by a cross-joint method, and lap joints are staggered; the lap seam should be located on the side of the roof or gutter and not remain on the bottom of the gutter. If the slope is an arched roof with the slope larger than 25% or a slope surface below a skylight, the short edge overlapping is avoided as far as possible, and if the short edge overlapping is required to be carried out, measures are taken at the overlapping position to avoid the roll material from sliding downwards. If the groove is reserved, the coiled material is embedded into the groove and is fixedly sealed by a pressing strip.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides the non-asphalt-based coiled material overlap edge reinforcing material which is novel in structure and convenient to use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a non-asphalt-based roll material overlap edge reinforcing material is characterized in that: the sand layer, the butyl rubber layer, the PET material layer, the hot melt adhesive layer and the isolation material layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
Moreover, the butyl rubber has the following production formula by weight:
20-25 parts of butyl rubber, 10-13 parts of polyisobutylene, 0.1-0.5 part of stearic acid, 9-11 parts of naphthenic oil, 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant, 5-10 parts of petroleum resin, 0.1-0.5 part of silane coupling agent, 40-50 parts of heavy calcium carbonate and 1-5 parts of white carbon black.
Moreover, the formula of the hot melt adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
SIS 10-12SEBS 30-40 naphthenic oil 20-25C5 hydrogenated resin 30-35 coupling agent 0.1-0.5 anti-aging agent 0.1-0.5.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the overlap edge reinforcing material provided by the invention is an overlap edge cover opening reinforcing treatment material during coiled material construction, and the width of the overlap edge cover opening reinforcing treatment material is 10 cm. It is not waterproof material itself, and the easy opening of difficult overlap joint limit of coiled material construction, this product lid can have fine guard action to the overlap joint limit in overlap joint limit position.
