The outer peripheral surface of the vertical cylinder 4 is provided with a connecting platform 42, the connecting seat 1 is provided with connecting blocks 41, and the connecting platform 42 is inserted between the connecting blocks 41 and realizes the fixation of the vertical cylinder 4 through a connecting bolt 45. An L-shaped connecting plate 44 is fixedly connected with the end part of the vertical cylinder 4, one end of the connecting plate 44 extends to the connecting seat 1 and is fixedly attached to the connecting seat 1, and the fixing bolt 43 penetrates through the other end of the connecting plate 44 and is fixedly connected with the connecting seat 1. Driven by the vertical cylinder 4, the pressing rod 5 can enable the sleeve plates 10 to be arranged obliquely, the lower ends of the two sleeve plates 10 are close to each other, and therefore the opening of the packaging bag 13 is conveniently sleeved on the outer sides of the two sleeve plates 10. After the vertical cylinder 4 acts, the two sleeve plates 10 can be in a vertical state, so that the bag opening of the packaging bag 13 can be tightened, the packaging bag 13 is hung on the two sleeve plates 10, and the finished product blocks 18 enter the packaging bag 13 from the upper side.
Two opposite side surfaces of the two hanging frames 6 are respectively provided with a stop dog 7 along the transverse direction, and the stop dogs 7 correspond to the sleeve plate 10. So that the stop 7 limits the sleeve plate 10 when the finished product block 18 passes through the sleeve plate 10, thereby ensuring that the finished product block 18 can smoothly enter the packaging bag 13.
The sleeving of the packaging bags 13 can be automatically realized, namely, the swing frame 12 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical frame 6, and the swing frame 12 can deflect under the driving of the driving mechanism. Two inserts 121 are fixed on the outer end side of the swing frame 12, the inserts 121 tighten the mouth of the packaging bag 13, and the swing frame 12 can swing the packaging bag 13 to the position of the sleeve plate 10 to realize sleeve joint with the two sleeve plates 10 which are obliquely arranged. After the two panels 10 have tightened the mouth of the bag 13, the swing frame 12 is swung upwardly to disengage the insert 121 from the mouth of the bag, and the bag 13 is suspended from the two panels 10.
In order to adapt to the swing of the swing frame 12, the lower end of one of the vertical frames 6 is hinged with a supporting plate 8, and the supporting plate 8 is in transmission connection with the deflection cylinder 9. Under the drive of the deflection cylinder 9, the supporting plate 8 can be rotated to the outer side of the vertical frame 6, and the swing frame 12 can drive the packaging bag 13 to be sleeved with the two sleeve plates 10 through the position where the supporting plate 8 is opened. The other vertical frame 6 extends downward to a position corresponding to the pallet 8, and a stopper 7 is provided laterally on the side of the lower end side of the vertical frame 6 facing the pallet 8. Before finished product piece 18 enters into wrapping bag 13 in, under the drive of deflection cylinder 9, on layer board 8 was pushed vertical state, layer board 8 and downside dog 7 formed a spacing body in the fore-and-aft direction together at the lower extreme side of hanging down frame 6, be favorable to guaranteeing wrapping bag 13 and finished product piece 18 stability when dropping on the conveyer belt together.

Claims (8)

1. A butadiene styrene rubber finished product block packaging mechanism is arranged at the outlet end side of a preparation line and comprises a connecting seat, wherein a conveying channel for finished product blocks to pass through is formed in the connecting seat; a looping structure for sleeving the mouth part of the packaging bag is arranged on the lower side of the connecting seat, a conveying belt is arranged on the lower side of the looping structure, and the conveying channel extends downwards to the looping structure, so that the finished product blocks directly enter the packaging bag from the conveying channel, and the packaging bag and the finished product blocks fall onto the conveying belt under the action of gravity;
two speed reducing rollers are arranged at the lower end of the connecting seat in parallel, the speed reducing rollers elastically extend into the conveying channel, and the distance between the two speed reducing rollers is smaller than the thickness of the finished product block;
the bending part of the rotating rod is pivoted on the connecting seat, the decelerating rollers are rotationally connected at one end part of the rotating rod, the other end of the rotating rod is in threaded connection with an adjusting screw rod, a tension spring is connected between the two rotating rods at the same side ends of the two decelerating rollers, and the inner end of the adjusting screw rod overcomes the elasticity of the tension spring by acting on the connecting seat.

The packaging mechanism of claim 1, wherein the carriage comprises two back plates arranged in parallel, a rotating shaft is connected to the back plates, the power mechanism is a motor, a plurality of rotating rollers are bridged between the two back plates in parallel rotation, and a pressing plate is arranged between the two back plates on the upper sides of the rotating rollers along the traveling direction of the finished product blocks; the cam mechanism is arranged on the upstream side of the conveying frame and used for pushing the upstream side of the conveying frame to warp upwards.

The packaging mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the upstream ends of the two back plates are bridged with a connecting shaft, the downstream end sides are rotatably provided with connecting rods, the connecting rods are in threaded connection with a limiting wheel and a hand wheel, the upstream ends of the pressure plates are provided with connecting bodies which are connected on the connecting shafts in a sleeved mode, the downstream ends of the pressure plates are connected on a bent plate, and the outer ends of the bent plate are bent upwards and clamped between the limiting wheel and the hand wheel.
4. A packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that a pair of support rollers are rotatably arranged inside the upstream end of the conveying path, the finished block sliding out of the conveyor and the end of the finished block bearing against the support rollers.
5. A packaging machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein stop rollers are provided in the feed channel at spaced pairs to limit the travel of the finished block in the feed channel.

A packaging mechanism according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the lower end of the connecting base is connected with two vertical frames extending downwards, the looping structure comprises two loop plates extending into the conveying passage in opposite directions, the middle position of the pressure bar is hinged on the vertical frames, the loop plates are connected and fixed at the inner end of the pressure bar, and the outer end of the pressure bar is in transmission connection with the vertical cylinder.
7. A packaging mechanism according to claim 6 wherein a stop is provided transversely on each of the opposed sides of the two legs, the stop corresponding to the position of the strap.
8. A packaging unit according to claim 7, wherein one of the arms is hinged at its lower end to a pallet, the pallet being drivingly connected to the deflection cylinder, the other arm extending downwardly to a position corresponding to the pallet, and the lower end of the arm is laterally provided with a stop on the side facing the pallet.
