Abstract

一种油门刹车联合控制系统:它将油门脚踏板和刹车脚踏板组合在一个脚踏板上,脚踏板的行程分为油门行程、过渡行程、刹车行程,驾驶员踩脚踏板的时候脚踏板行程由减油门向刹车转换,并持续加大刹车力,驾驶员松脚踏板时脚踏板行程由松刹车向加油门转换。同时,在控制油门的机构上有一个限速机构,限速机构的最低速度为怠速,最高速度为机动车的最高速度,限速机构采用手动操作,其作用是限制机动车行驶的最高速度,当手动操作调整到一定速度后,在脚踏板上控制油门行程时,其速度只能比限速机构调整的速度低,在控制刹车的机构上有一机构连接限速机构,其作用是当刹车行程到达一定的位置时,使限速机构自动回到怠速位置。

本发明涉及一种联合控制系统,尤其一种在机动车上使用的油门刹车联合控制系统。
背景技术
目前,在公知的技术中,机动车的油门和刹车是由分开的踏板进行控制,而且油门踏板和刹车踏板的距离不大,在紧急情况下,操作的时候有些驾驶员会产生失误,错把油门当成刹车,更重要的是机动车在高速行驶时,驾驶员将脚从油门踏板移动到刹车踏板的的时间,汽车就行驶了很远的距离,这些情况在机动车行驶中是极大安全问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有的机动车行驶中的安全问题,本发明提供一种可以解决机动车行驶中安全问题的油门刹车联合控制系统。
本发明解决机动车行驶中的安全问题采用的方案是:将油门脚踏板和刹车脚踏板组合在一个脚踏板上,脚踏板同时连接控制油门的机构和控制刹车的机构;脚踏板的行程分为油门行程、过渡行程、刹车行程,驾驶员踩脚踏板的时候脚踏板行程由减油门向刹车转换,并持续加大刹车力;驾驶员松脚踏板时脚踏板行程由松刹车向加油门转换,并持续加大油门。同时,在控制油门的机构上有一个连接机构连接一个限速机构,限速机构的最低速度为怠速,最高速度为机动车的最高速度,限速机构采用手动操作,其作用是限制机动车行驶的最高速度,当手动操作调整到一定速度后,在脚踏板上控制油门行程时,其最高速度是限速机构调整的速度,在控制刹车的机构上有一机构连接限速机构,其作用是当刹车行程到达机动车停止的位置时,使限速机构自动回到怠速位置。

1.一种油门刹车联合控制系统,其特征是:将油门脚踏板和刹车脚踏板组合在一个脚踏板上,脚踏板同时连接控制油门的机构和控制刹车的机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油门刹车联合控制系统,其特征是:脚踏板的行程分为油门行程、过渡行程、刹车行程。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油门刹车联合控制系统,其特征是:驾驶员踩脚踏板的时候脚踏板行程由减油门向刹车转换,并持续加大刹车力,直到机动车停止;驾驶员松脚踏板时脚踏板行程由松刹车向加油门转换,并持续加大油门。
