Detailed Description
The production method of artware has the situation that the product quality needs to be improved, and needs to be improved. Meanwhile, the mold manufactured by the method for manufacturing the handicraft production mold has the condition of insufficient strength and low durability, and needs to be improved.
Therefore, the invention provides a novel method for producing artware and a method for manufacturing a mould for producing artware, so as to solve the defects.
For a more clear presentation, the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a production method of an artwork.
Specifically, the method for producing the resin artware is selected as the method for producing the resin artware.
Referring to fig. 1, the manufacturing method includes the following steps.
The blank 11 is made of a moldable material. In this embodiment, the blank 11 is formed by a worker who manually forms, for example, sculptures. The rough blank 11 may be a mud blank or a gypsum blank, and any blank made of a corresponding plastic material may be used as the corresponding rough blank, and of course, the use of a mud blank is preferable in terms of cost and effect. The dough may also be referred to as a dough.
The sample mold 12 is made by opening a rough blank. The texture of the sample mold 12 is not sufficiently fine, and the sample mold 12 can be understood to be a blank mold or a rough mold.
The sample was molded as a mold seed 13.
The mold seed 13 is trimmed. Trimming of the mold 13 is also performed manually by a worker.
And opening the trimmed mold seeds to manufacture a product mold 14.
The artwork 15 is produced using the product mold 14. The product mold 14 is suitable for large-scale production, the quality of each artwork 15 produced by the product mold 14 is better and more stable, and correspondingly, the artwork 15 produced by the same product mold 14 has the same appearance, the same size and the same surface texture.
It should be noted that, in fig. 1, the structures shown are only schematic, and generally, whether the blank, the sample mold or the model, or the product mold or the handicraft, the surfaces thereof have corresponding textures, and the specific forms of different products are different, and the specific products may be various and may be varied.
The steps provided by this embodiment are to make the rough blank first, make the sample mold, then make the mold seed by using the sample mold, then trim the mold seed, and then make the product mold by opening the mold seed after trimming, so that the handicraft with higher product quality can be produced, and the requirements of users can be met better, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the above-mentioned production method can also be used for the production of artworks of other materials, such as artworks of cement materials or artworks of magnesium oxide materials.
Another embodiment of the invention provides another method for producing an artwork.
In this embodiment, the resin handicraft is also specifically taken as an example, and is a production method of the resin handicraft. The production method also comprises the following steps: manufacturing a rough blank by adopting a plastic material; manufacturing a sample die by opening the rough blank; molding the sample to be a mold seed; trimming the mold seeds; adopting the trimmed mold seeds to open the mold to manufacture a product mold; and producing the resin artware by adopting the product mold.
In this embodiment, the blank opening process is adopted to manufacture the sample mold, and includes:
transversely placing the rough blank, and performing a soil piling step (soil piling process) on the lower part of the rough blank after the rough blank is transversely placed, wherein the soil piling step enables the lower part of the rough blank to be wrapped by oil sludge;
forming a first sample inner mold of the sample mold on an exposed upper portion surface of the blank mold after the mounding step;
after the first sample inner die is formed, forming a first sample outer die on the first sample inner die;
after forming the first sample outer mold, removing the oil sludge to re-expose the originally wrapped lower portion of the blank;
forming a second sample inner die of the sample die on the surface of the unexposed lower blank part by facing the unexposed lower blank part upwards;
after forming the second inner sample mold, a second outer sample mold is formed on the second inner sample mold.
In this embodiment, the concrete method of piling soil is adjusted according to the type of rough blank and the production requirement. For example, the mode of opening the mould and the position of a mould line are determined, the sludge is piled along the mould line, the sludge is cut into rectangles or squares, and the size of the sludge plate is determined. After the soil is piled up, trimming is carried out, and the oil sludge can be cleaned by clean and smooth soapy water. Wherein, the position of the mould line is not right, which causes inconvenient production and the phenomenon of multiple edges of the mould due to unclean trimming. The good edge of the resin handicraft and the die line of the bad and the die are connected with each other.
In the embodiment, the manufacturing of the sample die comprises the first sample inner die and the first sample outer die, so that the sample die is more suitable for production, namely, the sample die can be firmer and more reliable, and the guarantee is provided for subsequently manufacturing the die with good quality.

In this embodiment, adopt product mould production resin handicraft includes:
coating a resin mixed colloid on the inner side of the product mold to form a first resin mixed layer;
paving a first layer of glass fiber on the first layer of resin mixing layer in a state that the first layer of resin mixing layer is solidified to 60% -70%;
and coating resin mixed colloid on the first layer of glass fiber to form a second layer of resin mixed layer.
The resin handicraft article using the glass fiber may be referred to as a resin glass fiber reinforced plastic handicraft article, and the specific handicraft article may be an artificial rockery fountain product, and in this case, may be referred to as a resin glass fiber reinforced plastic rockery fountain.
It should be noted that the step of producing the resin artware by using the product mold also generally comprises the following process steps of coloring the demolded product and the like.
In this embodiment, before the resin mixed colloid is coated on the first layer of glass fibers, a pure resin adhesive layer is coated on the first layer of glass fibers, and then the resin mixed colloid is coated on the pure resin adhesive layer to form the second layer of resin mixed layer. It should be noted that the pure resin adhesive layer is coated on the first layer of glass fiber, because the pure resin adhesive layer has sufficient permeation effect and can permeate the glass fiber, so as to connect the first layer of resin mixing layer and the subsequent second layer of resin mixing layer, thereby ensuring that the corresponding mold is compact in texture and no infirm phenomena such as separation occur.
It should be noted that, in other implementations, the method may further include: paving a second layer of glass fiber on the second layer of resin mixing layer in a state that the second layer of resin mixing layer is solidified to 60% -70%; and coating resin colloid on the second layer of glass fiber to form a third layer of resin mixed layer. Before resin colloid is coated on the second layer of glass fiber, a pure resin layer is coated on the second layer of glass fiber, and then the resin colloid is coated on the pure resin layer to form the third layer of resin mixing layer.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for manufacturing a handicraft production mold.
The method comprises the following steps:
forming a first inner product mold of the product mold on the exposed first portion surface of the mold seed;
after the first inner product mold is formed, a first outer product mold is formed on the first inner product mold;
forming a second inner product mold of the product mold on the second mold portion surface after forming the first outer product mold;
after forming the second inner product mold, forming a second outer product mold on the second inner product mold;
wherein, when the first product outer mold is formed, an internal reinforcing structure is formed in the first product outer mold; forming an internal reinforcement structure in the second product overmold while forming the second product overmold.
In this embodiment, the internal reinforcing structure is a wood plate, a hollow iron plate (such as hollow square iron) or a hollow steel plate. Wherein, hollow iron plate (hollow square iron) or hollow steel plate intensity are higher, are difficult more to warp. And the wood board may shrink when meeting water or having more moisture. Therefore, in many cases, a hollow iron plate (hollow square iron) or a hollow steel plate or the like may be selected as the internal reinforcing structure.
Wherein fig. 3 shows a first product outer mold 30 (i.e. fig. 3 is a schematic view of the first product outer mold formed by the artwork production mold manufacturing method in the example), the first product outer mold 30 has internal reinforcing structures 31 formed inside (in fig. 3, the internal reinforcing structures 31 are shown in dashed lines because they are internal structures). Fig. 4 further shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the first product outer mold 30 of fig. 3 cut along the dotted line a-a. Figure 4 shows that the internal reinforcing structure 31 is located inside the first product overmold 30.
In other embodiments, the lengths of the internal reinforcing structures (such as various wood boards, hollow iron plates or hollow steel plates) can be set according to requirements, and they can be distributed in a distributed manner (as shown in fig. 3) or in a corresponding staggered and overlapped manner. Meanwhile, they may be straight plates, curved plates, bent plates, or the like.
In this embodiment, since the internal reinforcing structure is formed in the first product outer mold when the first product outer mold is formed, and the internal reinforcing structure is formed in the second product outer mold when the second product outer mold is formed, the outer molds of the products (including the first product outer mold and the second product outer mold) can have a more strengthened mechanical structure, and thus, the outer molds can be ensured to be less prone to deformation (i.e., deformation prevention), so that the resin products produced by using the outer molds can be ensured to have more stable quality (e.g., more consistent shape and structure among different products). Particularly, since the inner mold of a general product (including the first product inner mold and the second product inner mold) is a flexible mold, it is more important to enhance the mechanical strength of the product outer mold, which is more beneficial for the production of the product.
In addition, the mode of the embodiment enhances the mechanical strength of the outer die of the product, so that the outer die can be used for producing more products (namely, the outer die can be used for more times without deformation or damage), thereby saving the manufacture of the outer die, reducing the production cost of corresponding products, and improving the production efficiency correspondingly because no new outer die is required to be manufactured continuously.
Meanwhile, it is to be understood that the internal reinforcing structures (wood plates, hollow iron plates, or hollow steel plates) of the present embodiment are recyclable.
The method for manufacturing the handicraft production mold provided by this embodiment may be specifically a method for manufacturing a resin handicraft production mold, that is, the production mold manufactured correspondingly is used for producing a resin handicraft. In other embodiments, the corresponding method for manufacturing the artware production mold can also be a method for manufacturing a cement artware production mold or a method for manufacturing a magnesium oxide artware production mold.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides another method for manufacturing an artwork production mold, the method including the corresponding steps of the previous embodiment, and further, in forming the first inner product mold and the first outer product mold, including:
transversely placing the mold seeds, and performing a soil piling step on a second part of the mold seeds after the mold seeds are transversely placed, wherein the soil piling step enables the second part of the mold seeds to be wrapped by the oil sludge;
forming a first product inner mold of the product mold on the exposed first portion surface of the mold seed after the mound step;
after the first inner product mold is formed, a first outer product mold is formed on the first inner product mold;
after the first product overmold is formed, the sludge is removed to re-expose the originally encased second portion of the mold.
In the method of the embodiment, a specific manufacturing method of the first product inner mold and the first product outer mold is provided, and the molds are manufactured by using a soil piling step, so that an efficient method is provided for completing the manufacturing of the production mold.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides another method for manufacturing a handicraft production mold, where the method includes the corresponding steps of the previous embodiment, and further includes, in forming the first product inner mold:
coating a silica gel colloid on the surface of the exposed first part of the mold seed to form a first silica gel layer;
paving a first layer of gauze (pasting gauze) on the first layer of silica gel layer under the condition that the first layer of silica gel layer is solidified to 60% -70%;
and coating silica gel colloid on the first layer of gauze to form a second layer of silica gel layer.
The silica gel layer is solidified, which usually needs 0.5-1.0h, therefore, the time for spreading the gauze can be usually carried out 20-40 min after the silica gel is coated, and the specific time is determined by the solidification condition of the silica gel layer.
In this embodiment, the silica gel colloid mainly contains silica gel, and usually the colloid may contain 0.2-0.5% by mass of the curing agent, and sometimes 2% by mass of the curing agent may be added, the addition amount of the curing agent is related to factors such as climate, and the shrinkage of the mold is reduced by too much using amount of the curing agent.
In addition, in the preparation of some products, silicone oil can be added to the colloid in an amount (for example, silicone oil with a mass fraction of about 0.8-2% can be added in some cases) so as to make the colloid have better fluidity. It should be noted that adding silicone oil can reduce the toughness of the corresponding silicone inner mold, and therefore, the selection of whether silicone oil is added can be performed according to the requirements of the mold.
In this embodiment, the strength of the inner mold of the first product is enhanced by attaching gauze. The gauze is equivalent to adding an internal reinforcing rib for the silica gel layer, and the internal mold can still be ensured to be a flexible mold. It will also be appreciated that in some cases, gauze may not be necessary.
In the process of brushing the silica gel colloid, all parts on the surface of the mould are brushed in place so as to form an internal mould with a good form and ensure that the thicknesses of all parts of the internal mould are the same as much as possible. Because the thickness of the brush mold is different, the final inner mold is easy to crack. Meanwhile, when the brushing die is not brushed to some corner places, the surface form of the inner die is easy to be poor, and the product quality is reduced.
In other embodiments, forming the first product inner mold may further comprise: paving a second layer of gauze on the second layer of silica gel layer when the second layer of silica gel layer is solidified to 60% -70%; and coating silica gel colloid on the second layer of gauze to form a third silica gel layer.
In this embodiment, the silica gel may be vacuumized and then applied to a brush; or after the silica gel colloid is coated, vacuumizing the coated silica gel colloid. The evacuation may be performed in a vacuum machine. The silica gel colloid is used for forming a corresponding mould inner mould, so that when bubbles exist in the silica gel colloid, the texture structure of the inner mould can be damaged, the inner mould has defects, and the service life of the inner mould can be further shortened due to the defects. That is, through the evacuation, can improve the matter of centre form leakproofness, prolong the life of centre form, increase the use number of times of centre form (centre form and external mold all use after certain number of times, just need change).
In this embodiment, except for using the above-mentioned mode of evacuation to prevent that the bubble exists, can also adopt the mode of air gun towards blowing the silica gel colloid, eliminate the bubble in the silica gel colloid.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides another method for making an artwork production mold, the method including the corresponding steps of the previous embodiment, and further, forming the first product outer mold comprises:
coating a resin mixed colloid on the surface of the exposed first part of the mold seed to form a first resin mixed layer;
paving a first layer of glass fiber on the first layer of resin mixing layer in a state that the first layer of resin mixing layer is solidified to 60% -70%;
and coating resin mixed colloid on the first layer of glass fiber to form a second layer of resin mixed layer.
In this embodiment, before the resin mixed colloid is coated on the first layer of glass fibers, a pure resin adhesive layer (the pure resin adhesive layer is substantially pure resin and contains only a small amount of curing agent, such as 0.2% to 0.5% of curing agent by mass) is coated on the first layer of glass fibers, and then the resin mixed colloid is coated on the pure resin adhesive layer to form the second layer of resin mixed layer.
