The specific process is as follows: according to the invention, the sprayed sheet metal parts 2 are sequentially placed on the conveyer belt 3, the controller controls the conveyer belt 3 to automatically run until the sheet metal parts 2 move to the position of the aligning unit 5, at the moment, the controller controls the conveyer belt 3 to stop running, then, the aligning units 5 on the two sides synchronously work, the multiple sections of air cylinders 52 in the aligning unit 5 synchronously contract, so that the connected pressing plates 55 are driven to synchronously move towards the bottom plate 51, the connected connecting rods 54 are driven to move, the connecting rods 54 push the connected clamping blocks 53 to extend out from the T-shaped grooves and extend out through the through grooves on the baffle 4 until the clamping blocks abut against the sheet metal parts 2, at the moment, the clamping blocks 53 on the two sides synchronously clamp the sheet metal parts 2, after marking, the controller controls the aligning unit 5 to stop working and return, then, the controller controls the conveyer belt 3 to work again, and the process is repeated; the extending distances of the clamping blocks 53 on the two sides are consistent, so that the clamped sheet metal part 2 is ensured to be positioned at the central position, the controller controls the marking machine 1 to work, the marking machine 1 quickly marks on the surface of the sheet metal part 2, the marking is more convenient and faster than the labeling, the problems of label falling and the like are not considered, the time is greatly saved, and the marking efficiency is improved; the magnets arranged on the fixture blocks 53 can enhance the fit degree of the fixture blocks 53 and the surface of the sheet metal part 2 under the magnetic force action of the magnets of the fixture blocks 53 on the two sides, so that the clamping effect of the fixture blocks 53 is better, the sheet metal part 2 is not easy to move in the marking process, and the marking quality is improved; simultaneously because sheet metal component 2 has various connecting portion, the connecting portion that leads to stretching out is impaired easily and slightly squint when fixture block 53 presss from both sides tightly, the position that leads to beating the mark is inconsistent, and the space reduces gradually between diaphragm 7 and the T-slot that the step form was arranged, thereby can place the connecting portion that sheet metal component 2 stretches out in this space, and be applicable to the connecting portion of equidimension not, and then guarantee that connecting portion can not receive the damage when pressing from both sides tight in-process, also make the position laminating degree of fixture block 53 and sheet metal component 2 contact higher, and then guarantee holistic chucking effect, mark quality and efficiency have further been improved.

s7, controlling the marking machine (1) to work by the controller, and quickly marking the surface of the sheet metal part (2) by the marking machine (1);
