The fabric with the ultraviolet-proof and antibacterial functions comprises the following raw materials: a fabric base layer; the ultraviolet-resistant layer is adhered to one side of the cloth base layer; and the filling layer is adhered to one side of the ultraviolet-resistant layer. The invention has the advantages of simple manufacture, good ultraviolet-proof and antibacterial effects, reduced wrinkles and improved fabric quality.

s4: setting the temperature at 120 ℃, heating the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer for filling, embedding the melted filling material into the fabric holes and leveling, wherein the thickness is 0.05 mm;
s5: and introducing steam into the filled fabric, flattening the fabric by a compression roller, and then blowing the fabric to remove wrinkles by wind to obtain a flattened fabric finished product.
