Description

Antibacterial and mildewproof cotton fabric and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cotton fabrics, in particular to an antibacterial and mildewproof cotton fabric and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The cotton fabric has the characteristics of softness, air permeability, sweat absorption and no damage to skin, and is widely applied to the production and preparation of underwear, pajamas, T-shirts and other next-to-skin clothes, so that the requirements of people on the comfortable and air-permeable performance of the next-to-skin clothes are met.
The cotton fabric has high content of cotton fibers, and people know that a large number of hydrophilic groups exist in the cotton fibers, so that the cotton fibers have good water absorption and high moisture regain, can absorb sweat of a human body, and keep clothes dry and comfortable. However, the cotton fiber has no antibacterial and mildewproof effect, and after the cotton fabric absorbs sweat stains, bacteria breed in a large quantity and generate peculiar smell, so that the life quality of people is seriously influenced.
The antibacterial fabric produced in the market at present has good safety, can remove bacteria, fungi and mould on the fabric, keeps the fabric clean and healthy, and can effectively prevent the regeneration and propagation of bacteria. Two common antibacterial treatment methods are available: one is a built-in silver ion antibacterial fabric, a silver ion antibacterial agent is directly added into chemical fibers by adopting a spinning-grade antibacterial technology to be woven into the antibacterial fabric; the other is a post-treatment technology, and an antibacterial agent is added through a fabric post-treatment shaping process. However, the antibacterial treatment method has a complex process and high cost, and the antibacterial property of the fabric is gradually reduced along with the increase of the washing times of the fabric, so that the fabric cannot be antibacterial and mildewproof for a long time.
Chinese patent CN108977980A discloses a production process of an antibacterial slub cotton fabric, which belongs to the technical field of textile production processes, and the technical scheme is characterized by comprising the steps of selecting yarns, warping, slashing, connecting warps and weaving, wherein the sizing agent for slashing comprises, by weight, 22-56 parts of PVA, 18-52 parts of oxidized starch, 2-5 parts of an antibacterial mixture and 3-8 parts of an organosilicon coupling agent, wherein the antibacterial mixture comprises, by weight, 5-10 parts of astragalus root, 5-10 parts of yellow answer and 10-20 parts of blackberry lily, and antibacterial active ingredients are attached to the yarns through a slashing process, so that the process is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, the adhesiveness of the antibacterial active ingredients in the yarns and the fabric is improved, and the antibacterial effect of the fabric is prolonged.
Chinese patent CN104594029B discloses an antibacterial finishing method of a blended cotton fabric, which comprises the following steps: (1) pulverizing Sabina chinensis, extracting with ethanol water solution, centrifuging, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain Sabina chinensis extract; (2) drying pericarpium Citri Reticulatae viride, pulverizing, extracting with ethanol water solution, centrifuging, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain pericarpium Citri Reticulatae viride extract; (3) taking chitosan, nano titanium dioxide, sabina vulgaris extract, green tangerine peel extract and water according to the weight, dissolving the chitosan, the nano titanium dioxide, the sabina vulgaris extract and the green tangerine peel extract with the water, and stirring the mixture to be uniform after dissolving; (4) and (3) soaking the blended cotton fabric into the mixed solution, soaking and rolling for two times, and drying to obtain the antibacterial blended cotton fabric. The prepared blended cotton fabric has high antibacterial performance.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an antibacterial and mildewproof cotton fabric and a preparation process thereof. The pretreatment liquid and the antibacterial liquid are used for treating and padding the cotton fabric step by step, so that the cotton fabric has better antibacterial and mildewproof effects.
