Claims (9)
1. A PCB board distributing device for electronic products is characterized by comprising a base (1), side frames (2) and an installation box (3), wherein the side frames (2) are installed on the base (1), the installation box (3) is installed on the side frames (2), a metal shell (8) is movably installed above the base (1), a transmission rod (10) is arranged in the metal shell (8) in a rotating mode, a first bevel gear (11) is sleeved on the transmission rod (10), a second bevel gear (12) is connected to one side of the first bevel gear (11) in a meshing mode, the second bevel gear (12) is sleeved on a driving shaft rod (131), a driving dial plate (13) is further sleeved on the driving shaft rod (131), one side of the driving dial plate (13) is connected with four groove sheaves (14) in a driving mode, the four groove sheaves (14) are sleeved on the outer peripheral face of a driven shaft rod (15), the top of the driven shaft lever (15) penetrates through the top wall of the metal shell (8) and is connected with the bottom of the supporting plate (33), and the mounting box (3) is arranged above the supporting plate (33);
install movable rack (18) bottom the inner chamber of install bin (3), slidable mounting has lifter plate (21) on movable rack (18), spliced pole (34) is installed to lifter plate (21) bottom, spliced pole (34) bottom runs through install bin (3) bottom and installs branch board cutter (35), four pole setting (25) are installed to side bearer (2) both sides inner wall symmetry, slidable mounting has two and connects curb plate (24) on four pole setting (25), and one of them is connected curb plate (24) and is connected fifth lead screw (23) through the nut transmission, the output shaft of fifth motor (22) is connected at fifth lead screw (23) top, fifth motor (22) are installed on side bearer (2), install two connecting strip (26) between two connecting curb plate (24), and fixed mounting has two first cylinders (27) between two connecting strip (26), first cylinder (27) piston rod end connection connecting plate (28) upper surface, second cylinder (29) are all installed to connecting plate (28) bottom both sides, second cylinder (29) piston rod end connection has right angle piece (30), fixed block (31) are installed to right angle piece (30) one side, the activity runs through on fixed block (31) has connecting rod (32), it is equipped with spring (37) still to overlap on connecting rod (32), spring (37) set up in fixed block (31) below.

The PCB splitting device for the electronic product as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first motor (4) is installed at the bottom of the base (1) through a motor fixing seat, an output shaft of the first motor (4) is connected with a first screw rod (5) through a belt pulley and a belt transmission, a connecting seat (6) is connected to the first screw rod (5) through a nut transmission, and the connecting seat (6) is slidably connected to the bottom of the base (1).

The PCB splitting device for the electronic product as claimed in claim 2, wherein the base (1) is provided with two waist-shaped holes (7), the two waist-shaped holes (7) are arranged in parallel, the top of the connecting seat (6) is fixedly provided with two fixing strips (61), the two fixing strips (61) movably penetrate through the two waist-shaped holes (7), and the two fixing strips (61) are fixedly connected with the bottom of the metal shell (8).

The PCB splitting device for electronic products of claim 1, wherein a third motor (16) is installed in the metal shell (8), an output shaft of the third motor (16) is connected with a third screw rod (17) through a belt pulley and a belt in a transmission way, and the outer peripheral surface of the third screw rod (17) is connected with the bottom of the movable frame (18) through a nut in a transmission way.

The PCB splitting device for electronic products of claim 1, wherein a fourth motor (19) is installed at one side of the moving frame (18), an output shaft of the fourth motor (19) is connected with a fourth screw rod (20) through a belt pulley and a belt in a transmission manner, and the outer peripheral surface of the fourth screw rod (20) is connected with one side of the lifting plate (21) through a nut in a transmission manner.
6. The PCB splitting device for electronic products of claim 1, wherein a second motor (9) is installed in the metal shell (8), and an output shaft of the second motor (9) is connected with a transmission rod (10) through a belt pulley and a belt transmission.

The PCB board splitting device for electronic products of claim 1, wherein the first bevel gear (11) and the second bevel gear (12) are perpendicular to each other, and the driving shaft (131) and the driven shaft (15) are rotatably mounted at the bottom of the inner cavity of the metal shell (8).
8. The PCB splitting device for electronic products of claim 1, wherein a stopper (36) is mounted on the top of the connecting rod (32), and the stopper (36) is disposed above the fixing block (31).
9. An operating method of a PCB board splitting device for an electronic product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: an output shaft of a first motor (4) drives a connecting seat (6) to move at the bottom of a base (1) through a first screw rod (5), the connecting seat (6) drives a metal shell (8) to move towards the outside of a side frame (2) through a fixing strip (61), then the metal shell (8) drives a supporting plate (33) to move to the outside of the side frame (2), an operator places a PCB on the supporting plate (33), the first motor (4) drives the supporting plate (33) to return to the lower part of an installation box (3);
step two: an output shaft of a fifth motor (22) drives a fifth screw rod (23) to rotate, the fifth screw rod (23) drives a connecting side plate (24) at one side to descend through a nut, the connecting side plate (24) drives a connecting side plate (24) at the other side to descend through a connecting strip (26), the two connecting side plates (24) extend along a vertical rod (25) to descend, then the two connecting strips (26) drive two first air cylinders (27) to descend, piston rods of the first air cylinders (27) downwards push a connecting plate (28), piston rods of a second air cylinder (29) push right-angle blocks (30), a connecting rod (32) on a fixing block (31) is driven to contact the upper surface of a PCB, the first air cylinders (27) continue to downwards push, the connecting rod (32) descends to extrude the PCB, then springs (37) on the connecting rod (32) contract, meanwhile, piston rods of the second air cylinder (29) push the right-angle blocks (30), and the four right-angle, fixing the PCB;
step three: an output shaft of a fourth motor (19) drives a fourth screw rod (20) to rotate through a belt pulley and a belt, the fourth screw rod (20) drives a lifting plate (21) to descend on a movable frame (18) through a nut, and further drives a board splitting cutter (35) to descend to one side of a PCB (printed circuit board) through a connecting column (34), an output shaft of a third motor (16) drives the movable frame (18) to horizontally move in an installation box (3) through a third screw rod (17), so as to drive the board splitting cutter (35) to horizontally move to cut the PCB, piston rods of a first air cylinder (27) and a second air cylinder (27) contract after being cut in a single direction, the cut PCB is not fixed, an output shaft of a second motor (9) drives a transmission rod (10) to rotate through the belt pulley and the belt, the transmission rod (10) drives a second bevel gear (12) to rotate through a first bevel gear (11), the second bevel gear (12) drives a driving drive dial (13) to rotate through a driving, the driving dial (13) drives the four-groove grooved wheels (14) to rotate 90 degrees, the four-groove grooved wheels (14) drive the supporting plate (33) to rotate 90 degrees through the driven shaft rod (15), then the cut PCB rotates 90 degrees, and the first cylinder (27) and the second cylinder (27) are fixed by repeating the fixing method after rotation and then cut.
