Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum industry waste residue treatment, and particularly relates to a red mud yard soil improvement method.
Background
The red mud is polluting waste residue discharged during extracting alumina in the aluminum industry, the red mud is mainly treated by a seabed or land stacking treatment mode at present, but with the continuous development of the aluminum industry, the red mud discharged during producing alumina is increased day by day, and a series of problems caused by stacking treatment are caused, so that the serious environmental pollution is caused.
The land property of the red mud yard is high salt and high alkali, which seriously restricts the normal growth of plants, and leads the red mud yard to be difficult to realize ecological restoration autonomously. The existing red mud yard soil improvement methods are mainly divided into medicament improvement and microorganism improvement, wherein the medicament improvement is to neutralize the alkalinity of the red mud by adding acid chemical substances, but the following defects exist: 1. the use amount of the acidic additive is large, and the cost is high; 2. although the salt content of the red mud is effectively reduced, the effect of promoting the red mud to be in soil is weak, and other manual intervention means such as soil covering, transplanting and the like are often required to be matched.

The invention aims to provide a method for improving red mud yard soil, which comprises the following specific scheme:
a red mud yard soil improvement method comprises the following steps:
1) crushing and sieving a gypsum matrix, and uniformly mixing the crushed gypsum matrix with acidic organic residues to obtain a compound material;
2) uniformly spreading the compound material on a red mud yard, and fully mixing the compound material with the red mud by using a rotary cultivator;
3) carrying out water spraying and aging treatment on the red mud storage yard;
4) earthworms are put into the treated red mud.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the components in the obtained compound material is 30-120: 1-20.
Preferably, the acidic organic residue comprises at least one of vinegar residue, distillers' grains, and furfural residue.
Preferably, the gypsum matrix comprises at least one of phosphogypsum and desulphurisation gypsum.
Preferably, the acidic organic residue comprises vinegar residues and vinasse, and the mass ratio of the vinegar residues to the vinasse is 1-50: 30-70.
Preferably, 50-100 kg of the compound material is paved on each square meter of red mud.
Preferably, in the step 3), the humidity of the red mud yard is always kept above 30% through multiple watering operations.
Preferably, in the step 3), the aging time of the red mud yard is more than 5 days.
Preferably, in the step 4), the putting amount of earthworms per square meter of red mud is 5-20.
The technical scheme provided by the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a soil improvement method suitable for a red mud yard, which can quickly improve the surface soil property of the red mud yard by mixing acidic organic residues in the red mud and putting the acidic organic residues into earthworms, effectively reduce the alkalinity and the salt content of the red mud, quickly change the soil property into suitable plant growth and create necessary conditions for ecological restoration.
2. The acidic organic residue of the invention adopts at least one of vinegar residue, vinasse and furfural residue, which is low in price, provides a large amount of organic matters for the soil preparation of red mud, is easy to form humus after being aged and treated by earthworms in a humid environment, is beneficial to plant growth, and realizes quick greening of a storage yard; in addition, the recycling of industrial and agricultural wastes and residues is realized.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, various raw materials, reagents, instruments, equipment and the like used in the present invention are commercially available or can be prepared by existing methods.
Example 1
A red mud yard soil improvement method comprises the following steps:
1) crushing and sieving a gypsum matrix, and uniformly mixing the crushed gypsum matrix with acidic organic residues to obtain a compound material;
2) uniformly spreading the compound material on a red mud yard, correspondingly spreading 50 kilograms of the compound material on each square meter of red mud, and fully mixing the compound material with the red mud by utilizing a rotary cultivator;
3) carrying out watering ageing treatment on the red mud yard, keeping the humidity of the red mud yard above 40% all the time, and keeping the ageing time for one week;
4) earthworms are put into the treated red mud, and the putting amount of the earthworms per square meter of the red mud is 5.
In this example, the gypsum matrix is phosphogypsum, and the acidic organic residues include vinegar residues and vinasse.
In this example, the mass ratio of the components in the composite material is vinegar residue to vinasse to phosphogypsum is 10 to 30 to 20.
Comparative example 1
The operation process of this embodiment is as follows:
1) crushing and sieving a gypsum matrix, and uniformly mixing the crushed gypsum matrix with acidic organic residues to obtain a compound material;
2) uniformly spreading the compound material on a red mud yard, correspondingly spreading 50 kilograms of the compound material on each square meter of red mud, and fully mixing the compound material with the red mud by utilizing a rotary cultivator;
3) the water spraying and aging treatment is carried out on the red mud yard, the humidity of the red mud yard is always kept above 40 percent, and the aging time is one week.
In this example, the gypsum matrix is phosphogypsum, and the acidic organic residues include vinegar residues and vinasse.
In this example, the mass ratio of the components in the composite material is vinegar residue to vinasse to phosphogypsum is 10 to 30 to 20.
Two areas with basically the same conditions are marked in the same red mud yard, the above example 1 and the comparative example 1 are respectively implemented in the same time period, after the operation is finished, the pH value, the conductivity, the organic carbon content and the porosity data of the soil are sampled and measured every five days, and the obtained result is shown in the following table.
Soil improvement results in a surface-red mud yard
From the above table, the red mud yard soil improvement method provided by the invention can indeed rapidly improve the surface soil property of the red mud yard, compared with comparative example 1, in example 1, the soil humidity is maintained, and the decomposition effect of earthworms is matched, so that the reduction speed of the organic carbon content in the soil is slow under the condition of no external artificial secondary organic matter addition, and the smooth growth of plants is ensured; in addition, the activity of the earthworms in the soil can reduce the soil hardening degree, improve the porosity, facilitate the respiration of plant roots, and also facilitate the rapid infiltration of water to dissolve out the salt content (the conductivity is reduced) of the soil, reduce the salt content and the alkalinity of the red mud, and accelerate the ecological restoration process.
