Thus, the movable door 605 can be rotated by the handle 606 to open or close the discharge hole 604. The discharge port 604 is blocked by the movable door 605, so that the materials are collected conveniently and collected uniformly.

1. A quick and efficient melon seed processing screening device is characterized by comprising a frame body (1), a storage barrel (4), a left shaking component (3) and a right shaking component (2);
the frame body (1) comprises a bottom plate (101), a vertical plate (102) and a top plate (103), wherein the left ends of the bottom plate (101) and the top plate (103) are connected through the vertical plate (102); the storage barrel (4) is detachably arranged below the top plate (103); storage vat (4) right side is furnished with the right side and shakes material subassembly (2), and the left side is furnished with the left side and shakes material subassembly (3), shakes material subassembly (2) and the left side and shakes material subassembly (3) collaborative work in the right side.

a servo motor (201) is arranged on the top plate (103), the output end of the servo motor (201) extends forwards and is connected with an incomplete gear (202), a first rack (301) is matched on the left side of the incomplete gear (202), and the first rack (301) vertically penetrates through the top plate (103) downwards and is connected with a second moving block (306); a limiting plate (302) is arranged on the left side of the first rack (301) and corresponds to the upper side of the top plate (103), the limiting plate (302) is connected with a vertical guide rod (304) downwards, and the bottom end of the guide rod (304) downwards penetrates through the top plate (103); an S-shaped hole (307) is formed in the second moving block (306); a first support plate (104) is arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate (103) corresponding to the right side of the second moving block (306), and a first push-pull rod (309) horizontally penetrates through the first support rod (210); a first clamping block (308) is arranged at the left end of the first push-pull rod (309), and the first clamping block (308) is matched with the S-shaped hole (307); the right end of the first push-pull rod (309) extends to the left side of the storage barrel (4) and is provided with a left impact block (310).

The quick and efficient melon seed processing screening device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the servo motor (201) drives the incomplete gear (202) to rotate, and when the incomplete gear (202) is meshed with the first rack (301), the incomplete gear (202) drives the first rack (301) to ascend; then the incomplete gear (202) continues to rotate and is separated from the first rack (301), the first rack (301) falls down and is limited by the limit plate (302) to return to the initial position, and the incomplete gear (202) is waited to be meshed with the incomplete gear again.

The quick and efficient melon seed processing screening device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the right shaking assembly (2) comprises a servo motor (201), an incomplete gear (202), a first rod (203), a first moving block (204), a second rod (205), a third rod (206), a right beating block (207), a fourth rod (208), a sliding sleeve (209), a support rod (210) and a support base (211);
the eccentric position of the disc surface of the incomplete gear (202) is hinged with the left end of a first rod (203), and the right end of the first rod (203) is hinged with the front side of a first moving block (204); the left end of the second rod (205) is hinged with the rear side of the first moving block (204); the middle section of the third rod (206) is hinged with the right end of the top plate (103); the top end of the third rod (206) is hinged with the right end of the second rod (205); the bottom end of the third rod (206) extends to the right side of the storage barrel (4) and is hinged with a right knocking block (207); two supporting seats (211) are arranged on the top plate (103) at intervals, a horizontal supporting rod (210) is arranged between the supporting seats (211), and a sliding sleeve (209) is arranged on the horizontal supporting rod (210); the first moving block (204) is downwards connected with a sliding sleeve (209) through a fourth rod (208).
6. The screening device for the rapid and efficient melon seed processing as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a stirring assembly (5); the stirring assembly (5) comprises a fifth rod (501), a second rack (502), a driven gear (503), a driven shaft (504) and a stirring rod (505);
a through groove (105) is formed in the top plate (103) corresponding to the moving path of the sliding sleeve (209); the sliding sleeve (209) is downwards connected with a second rack (502) which is horizontally arranged through a fifth rod (501); a driven shaft (504) is arranged on the top plate (103) corresponding to the front side or the rear side of the through groove (105), and the top end of the driven shaft (504) is rotatably connected with the top plate (103) through a bearing; a driven gear (503) is arranged on the driven shaft (504), and the driven gear (503) is matched with the second rack (502); the driven shaft (504) extends downwards into the storage barrel (4) and is uniformly provided with stirring rods (505).
7. The screening device for the rapid and efficient melon seed processing as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a material collecting box (6), wherein the material collecting box (6) is arranged below the material storage barrel (4) and comprises a box body (601) and a guide plate;
the bottom of the bottom plate (101) is connected with a base (107) through a supporting leg (106); the box body (601) is arranged on the bottom plate (101), and the right end of the box body (601) exceeds the right end of the bottom plate (101); the top of the box body (601) is also provided with an opening, and the storage barrel (4) is wrapped by the opening; a discharge hole (604) is formed in the right end of the bottom of the box body (601); an inner support plate (603) is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the box body (601) corresponding to the left side of the discharge hole (604); the guide plate is arranged in the box body (601), the left end of the guide plate is hinged with the left side wall of the box body (601), and the right end of the guide plate inclines towards the right lower direction and is lapped on the inner support plate (603).

the bottom end of the guide rod (304) is connected with a wedge block (802), and the inclined surface of the wedge block (802) faces to the right side; the second push-pull rod (804) penetrates through the left side wall of the box body (601); a roller (803) is arranged at the left end of the second push-pull rod (804), and the roller (803) is matched with the inclined surface of the wedge block (802); a convex strip (807) is arranged at the left side of the material guide plate (602), and the convex strip (807) is provided with a straight hole (808); a second clamping block (809) is arranged at the right end of the second push-pull rod (804), and the second clamping block (809) is matched with the straight hole (808); a second type spring (810) is connected between the material guide plate (602) and the bottom of the box body (601).
