the centrifugal mechanism comprises a first motor and a centrifugal barrel, the first motor is rotationally connected with the bearing beam, a bearing seat can be arranged on the bearing beam for placing the first motor so as to realize the rotation of the first motor, and a notch is formed on one side of the bearing beam so that the first motor can rotate by taking the bearing beam as the center; a first cylinder for driving the first motor to horizontally turn over by 90 degrees is arranged on one side of the first motor; the first cylinder needs to select a cylinder with larger power which is enough to drive the first motor and the centrifugal barrel to rotate at the same time; the first cylinder is vertically arranged, the bottom of the first cylinder body is connected with the bearing beam, and the end part of the piston rod of the first cylinder is connected with one side of the first motor; the first motor has a variable rotating speed, and the output end of the first motor is provided with a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the top center of the centrifugal barrel and can drive the centrifugal barrel to rotate, and the upper end of the centrifugal barrel is provided with an opening; a bottom cover is arranged at the bottom of the centrifugal barrel, and the bottom cover is hinged with the centrifugal barrel; the centrifugal barrel comprises a cylindrical inner barrel and an outer barrel; the longitudinal liquid removing area of the centrifugal barrel is enlarged, and a plurality of sieve holes are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the outer barrel so as to facilitate the outflow of mucus; a discharging cavity is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and a partition board for dividing the discharging cavity into at least two compartments is longitudinally arranged in the discharging cavity; by the design, shellfish meat is not easy to be bonded into clusters during centrifugation, so that the centrifugal barrel enhances the liquid removing capacity and improves the liquid removing working condition. In this embodiment, the baffle that is used for dividing the blowing chamber into four compartments is vertically evenly arranged in the blowing chamber. By the arrangement, shellfish meat is loose in the discharging cavity and is not easy to stack.
The collecting mechanism comprises a lifting type supporting frame, a second motor and a collecting cover fixedly connected with the supporting frame, a sliding rail is arranged on the base, the supporting frame is arranged in the sliding rail in a sliding manner, and one side of the base is provided with the second motor for driving the supporting frame to move in the sliding rail; the collecting cover is detachably sleeved below the centrifugal barrel, can prevent mucus from splashing, and is funnel-shaped, so that mucus can flow out smoothly; a liquid outlet with a switch valve is arranged at the bottom of the collecting cover, and the liquid outlet is communicated with a liquid storage tank (not shown in the figure); a filter screen is arranged above the liquid outlet, and a vacuum pipeline and a vacuum pump communicated with the vacuum pipeline are arranged on the side wall of the collecting cover between the liquid outlet and the filter screen; suction is carried out through a vacuum pump to form negative pressure, so that mucus can be accelerated to be filtered and collected.
The controlled ends of the first motor, the first cylinder, the lifting support frame, the second motor and the vacuum pump are respectively connected with the output end of the control mechanism.
After centrifuging for a period of time, the invention controls the first air cylinder to work through the control mechanism, so that the first motor is horizontally turned over by 90 degrees, the centrifugal barrel is further placed horizontally from the longitudinal direction, the rotating speed of the first motor is adjusted, the centrifugal barrel is rotated at a lower rotating speed to loosen shellfish meat, the centrifugal barrel is further placed longitudinally, and the rotating speed of the first motor is readjusted to further centrifugally deliquify the shellfish meat; in the process of changing the position of the centrifugal barrel, in order to enable the collecting cover to collect mucus on the centrifugal barrel in time, the supporting frame of the collecting mechanism adopts a lifting type and can move in the sliding rail, so that the collecting cover can be conveniently detached from the centrifugal barrel and can move to the lower part of the centrifugal barrel to receive the mucus.
During centrifugation, the pearl shell is thrown out of mucus and possibly accompanied with impurities such as sand, crushed pearls, crushed shells or crushed shell meat, and the impurities are required to be discharged in time so as not to influence the normal collection of mucus. The embodiment is provided with a slag discharging port on the side wall of the collecting cover, an impurity groove is formed in the outer side of the slag discharging port, a second air cylinder is arranged on the opposite side of the slag discharging port, a scraping plate for pushing impurities on the filter screen to the impurity groove is arranged in the collecting cover, a telescopic rod of the second air cylinder is connected with the scraping plate, and a controlled end of the second air cylinder is connected with an output end of the control mechanism. By the arrangement, mucus is kept smooth during filtration, high-efficiency solid-liquid separation is realized, and the filtration requirement of the pearl shell mucus is met.
The bottom cover is annular, and a plurality of sieve holes are uniformly distributed on the bottom cover, so that mucus can flow out conveniently; one side of the bottom cover is connected with the side wall of the bottom of the centrifugal barrel through a hinge, and the bottom cover is connected with the centrifugal barrel through a plurality of buckles, so that shellfish meat can be conveniently taken out of the centrifugal barrel. The upper end of the centrifugal barrel is provided with an upper cover (not shown in the figure) with a shape similar to that of the bottom cover, and the difference is that the upper cover is not provided with sieve holes, and the upper cover is arranged for preventing the shellfish meat from falling out of the centrifugal barrel during centrifugal movement.
Because the viscosity of pearl shell mucus is great, glues easily on the lateral wall of centrifugation bucket, in order to solve this problem, this embodiment is in vertical being equipped with the assembly groove on the inside wall of collecting cover, detachably installs the brush on the assembly groove, the brush face of brush with the lateral wall butt of centrifugation bucket when the brush is installed on the assembly groove. In this embodiment, the support frame includes base plate and the electric lifter of perpendicular setting in the base plate both sides, electric lifter's top with collect the cover and be connected. The electric lifting rod is in the prior art and will not be described in detail here.
The upper parts of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are connected through two mutually-crossed axial fixing rods, and the rotating shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the middle part of the axial fixing rods. throwing shellfish meat to be centrifuged into a discharging cavity from an opening at the upper end of a centrifugal barrel, putting a certain amount of shellfish meat into each compartment according to actual conditions, starting a first motor to start centrifugation through a control mechanism, and simultaneously starting a vacuum pump to enable a space of a collecting cover below a filter screen to be in a vacuum state, so as to assist the filter screen to rapidly complete solid-liquid separation; after centrifuging for a period of time, starting a telescopic rod of the second cylinder, and pushing impurities on the filter screen to the impurity tank through a scraping plate;
when the bonded and agglomerated shellfish meat is required to be stirred and loosened, the electric lifting rod is controlled to be contracted to withdraw the collecting cover from the outside of the centrifugal barrel, and meanwhile, the first air cylinder is started to work, so that a piston rod of the first air cylinder drives the first motor to horizontally turn over by 90 degrees, the centrifugal barrel is further placed horizontally from the longitudinal direction, the rotating speed of the first motor is adjusted, and the centrifugal barrel is rotated at a lower rotating speed to loosen shellfish meat; then the centrifugal barrel is longitudinally placed, the rotating speed of the first motor is readjusted to further centrifugally remove liquid from the shellfish meat; in the process of changing the position of the centrifugal barrel, in order to enable the collecting cover to collect mucus on the centrifugal barrel in time, the second motor is started to enable the supporting frame to move to the position below the centrifugal barrel in the sliding rail to receive the mucus.
