When the fresh pepper skin-seed separating device of the embodiment is combined into a system with the control system, the automatic fresh pepper skin-seed separation can be realized, the manual operation is reduced, the separation efficiency is improved, and the manual labor achievement is reduced.

s4, seed cleaning and airing: the filtered seeds are rinsed by clear water in a recovery box 6, because the weight of the pepper skins is lighter than that of the seeds, the pepper skins and the unsaturated pepper seeds filtered together with the seeds can float on the water surface to be separated from the seeds, the separated seeds are heated by a drying mechanism or naturally aired and dried until the seed skins are golden yellow, the seed purity is more than 98 percent, and the water content is less than 7 percent.
Wherein the seed cleaning and airing in the step S4 specifically comprises the following steps:
s41, an external water source is connected through a water tap 63 on the recovery box 6, and water is injected into the recovery box 6;
s42, after clear water is injected into the recovery box 6, the pepper peels and seeds are naturally layered due to different specific gravities in water, after water injection and standing, pepper pulp floats on the water surface, and pepper seeds sink at the bottom of the box;

s44, starting the third motor 68 on the side wall of the bottom of the recovery box 6, drawing the bottom plate 62 of the recovery box 6 out of the box body, and dropping the bottom plate on the second conveyor belt 75 of the conveying mechanism;
s45, the conveying mechanism 7 conveys the bottom plate 62 containing the chilli seeds to the drying mechanism.
The fresh pepper peel and seed separating device and the separating method are not only suitable for pepper, but also suitable for threshing solanaceae seeds such as tomatoes, eggplants and the like.
