the controller receives the number of turns of the fixed pulley in the anticlockwise rotation and compares the number of turns with a preset threshold value, wherein the threshold value is a range value of the number of turns of the fixed pulley in the anticlockwise rotation for finishing a standard sit-up;
when the number of received anticlockwise rotating turns of the fixed pulley is within a preset threshold range, counting to finish a sit-up action, otherwise, not counting;
in the same way, the controller displays the counted number through the display until the sit-up exerciser finishes the exercise;
clearing the count before the next sit-up exerciser starts sit-up exercise;
when the weight of the sit-up exerciser is high, the window is opened, the bolt in the buffer mechanism is screwed, the spacing distance between the bottom plate and the bottom of the groove body is reduced, and the rigidity of the buffer mechanism is improved;
when the weight of the sit-up exerciser is light, the window is opened, the bolt in the buffer mechanism is unscrewed, the spacing distance between the bottom plate and the bottom of the groove body is increased, and the rigidity of the buffer mechanism is reduced;
the fixed pulley is a V-shaped wheel, and a rubber layer for increasing friction is coated on the surface of a V-shaped groove of the V-shaped wheel;
the base is provided with a rope hole for the pull rope to pass through;
4 rolling shafts are symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the rope hole; the pull rope is closely attached to the 4 rolling shafts around the rope hole.

The juvenile sit-up exercise method of claim 1, wherein the energy-consuming material comprises: at least one damping unit, each damping unit comprising: the damping device comprises two flexible damping plates and a rigid plate, wherein the rigid plate is arranged between the two flexible damping plates; the flexible damping plate is a silicon rubber plate or a viscoelastic material layer with the thickness not less than 2 mm.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the upper mat has a surface provided with a flexible cushion.
4. The method for doing sit-up exercise for teenagers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base has rollers at one end of the bottom for moving the whole device conveniently, and a supporting foot seat at the other end for supporting and fixing with the ground.
