A sit-up assisting seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lifting assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a telescopic cylinder, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged in parallel, two ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are hinged to the support and the seat plate respectively to form a connecting rod mechanism, a fixed end of the telescopic cylinder is fixed to the support, an output end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the second connecting rod and drives the second connecting rod to rotate through the telescopic cylinder, so that the connecting rod mechanism is driven to rotate, and the telescopic cylinder is connected with the electric control assembly.
