Description

Preparation method of compound antidote for livestock and poultry
(I) technical field
The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock feed detoxification, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a compound antidote for livestock.
(II) background of the invention
Mycotoxins are ubiquitous in livestock and poultry feeds, and many molds have the potential to metabolize and produce large quantities of mycotoxins in various parts of grain growth, harvesting, storage, and feed processing, transportation, and sale. Mycotoxins are extremely harmful to livestock and poultry farming, especially in summer.
Mycotoxin can cause acute or chronic poisoning of livestock and poultry, the main harm of the poisoning is liver and kidney damage and intestinal bleeding, ascites, digestive dysfunction, neurological symptoms, skin lesion and the like appear, a large amount of mycotoxin can cause the acute poisoning of the livestock and poultry to die clinically, the breeding disorder, abortion and growth inhibition of broilers of the sows are caused, the laying rate of laying hens is low, the egg breaking rate is high, the feed-egg ratio is high, the chronic poisoning caused by the mycotoxin generally has no specific poisoning symptom, and simultaneously, the mild or small amount of clinical manifestations are easily ignored by the breeding person after the mycotoxin is poisoned.
Immunosuppression by destruction of the body's immune system by mycotoxins is its most essential hazard, and many mycotoxins can directly destroy or reduce the structure and function of the body's immune system. For example, certain mycotoxins can atrophie the thymus of pigs, inhibit or reduce the activity of lymphocytes and macrophages, inhibit the functions of antibodies and cytoplasmic products and macrophage reactors, cause the humoral immunity and cellular immunity to be disordered, and the like, thereby seriously reducing the immune response function of the antibodies. The mycotoxin can directly influence the palatability of the feed to cause appetite decrease, and can also directly cause nutrient loss in the feed, and simultaneously, the mycotoxin can also reduce the activity of digestive enzymes in the digestive tract so as to interfere the absorption of organisms on the nutrient, thereby reducing the conversion rate of the feed, increasing the consumption of the feed and further causing the reduction of the production benefit of livestock and poultry breeding.
In actual production, mycotoxin pollution is prevented, mycotoxin poisoning of livestock and poultry is prevented and treated, and means such as preventing growth of mold, reducing absorption of mycotoxin, adjusting metabolic function of organisms, improving mycotoxin poisoning symptoms and the like are mainly adopted. The mildew generation can be reduced by adding mildew preventive to reduce the mildew in the feed raw materials, but the mildew preventive has no effect on the generated mycotoxin. Mycotoxin poisoning is generally prevented using physical, chemical, and biological methods for feed materials that have already produced mycotoxins. At present, the most common method is to reduce the absorption amount of mycotoxin in the feed by livestock and poultry organisms through physical adsorption. But the physical adsorption is selective and can not eliminate all kinds of mycotoxins in the feed. The compound antidote is adopted, and the multi-target effect of the antidote has better effect on preventing and treating mycotoxin poisoning.
Disclosure of the invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a compound antidote for livestock and poultry, which treats both symptoms and root causes, has stable curative effect, and is safe and convenient. The compound antidote has unexpected clinical effect on preventing and treating mycotoxin toxicosis of livestock and poultry. The compound compatibility of various components is adopted, and the multi-target prevention and treatment is carried out on clinical exterior syndrome of mycotoxin poisoning, so that the death rate can be obviously reduced, the immune suppression of organisms can be improved, the occurrence of complications can be reduced, and the production performance of poisoned livestock and poultry can be improved.

The contents of aflatoxin and zearalenone detected in the feed of the sick piglets are higher than the specified limit level of the feed of the piglets by more than 5 times, and investigation shows that the sick piglets have the symptoms of depression, high body temperature, rough and disordered fur, vomiting, diarrhea, red swelling of vulva and the like because the feed becomes damp and mildewed in rainy days and cannot be found in time. The sick pig herd is randomly divided into 4 groups, namely one group of the compound antidote, two groups of the compound antidote, a group of montmorillonite + yeast cell wall and a group of licorice extract + vitamin C, the addition amount of the antidote and the group of montmorillonite + yeast cell wall are 2 kg/ton of material, and the pigs are continuously fed for 10 days. The result shows that the mortality rates of the first group and the second group of the compound antidote are respectively 2.4 percent and 2.8 percent, and the effective rates are respectively 94.3 percent and 95.2 percent; the mortality rates of the (montmorillonite + yeast cell wall) group and the (licorice extract + vitamin C) group are respectively 10.6% and 8.5%, and the effective rates are respectively 74.3% and 75.2%. The results show that the clinical effect of the compound antidote is better than that of the drug of the control group.
The compound antidote is used for preventing the problems of high egg breakage rate, low laying rate, low feed-egg ratio and the like caused by mycotoxin accumulation of laying hens. Laying hens of 26 weeks old in a certain laying hen farm in Changsha, Hunan in 2019 and 3-7-20 days, adding the compound antidote into the feed in an amount of 1 kg/ton for the test group, continuously using the feed for 2 weeks, not performing any treatment on the control group, and continuously observing and recording related production performance indexes until the laying hens are 41 weeks old, which are shown in the following table I.
Table-26 to 41 weeks old layer production performance index data
Index of production Performance Test group Control group Increase and decrease amplitude (%)
Material to egg ratio 2.06 2.24 -8.04
Egg weight (g) 60.4 59.1 +2.20
Laying rate (%) 98.3 87.7 +12.1
Death rate (%) 2.3 3.1 -16.13
Percentage of broken eggs (%) 0.62 0.86 -27.91
The results show that compared with a control group, the addition of the compound antidote can obviously reduce the death rate, the egg breakage rate and the feed-egg ratio of the laying hens and improve the production performance indexes such as the laying rate, the egg weight and the like.
