本发明属于纺织染料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种天然环保纺织染料。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂。多为植物果实,树液等植物提取物,也含有煤焦油等天然化学物质提取物。分为天然染料和合成染料,市面上多为合成染料。染料的颜色和它与组织间的亲和力是由染料本身的分子结构决定的,产生颜色的发色基团和与组织间产生亲和力的助色基团共同决定了染色剂的染色性质。现有的市场上的大部分的染料亲和力不够,在高温和酸碱的环境下,造成匀染性差同时容易发生褪色现象。
同时,现在人们对环保和健康越来越关注,化学染料引起了大家的关注。化合染料不但对人体健康存在一定的安全隐患,皮肤会出现过敏现象,严重者具有致癌性,而且对环境不利,比如一些工厂如果对染料污水处理不力,径直流向下水道,会造成一定的环境污染,然而我国很多企业为了节约成本而忽略废水处理,这会给环境带来很大的伤害。
公布号CN 104846672A申请公布日2015年8月19日的中国发明专利公开了一种稳定的纺织用染料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂粉6-11份,脂肪酸纳4-10份,乙醇3-10份,海藻酸钠4-8份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸铵6-12份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠6-9份,有机溶剂2-6份,消泡剂1-4份,有机染色原料15-22份,戊二醇1-4份,鞣酸4-9份,5-二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐6-10份,丙烯酸2-6份,丙烯酸丁酯7-9份,蛋白氨基酸1-4份。采用上述方案,存在以下缺陷:表面胶光、刺激味较重等缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的以上缺陷或改进需求,本发明一种天然环保纺织染料具有环保安全无刺激、性能优良染色均匀,耐洗性等特点。
为了达到上述目的,一种天然环保纺织染料包括凤仙花提取物10-30份、洋葱提取物10-30份、有机染色原料1-3份、助剂1-4份、茶多酚1-5份、十二醇硫酸钠2-4份、二乙醇胺4-8份、豆油酸2-5份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5份、戊二醇6-10份、丙烯酸丁酯1-5份。
进一步地,所述助剂选自柠檬酸和广藿香油按一定比例混合而成。
总体而言,通过本发明所构思的以上技术方案与现有技术相比,能够取得下列有益效果:
(1)本发明一种天然环保纺织染料是将凤仙花提取物、洋葱提取物、有机染色原料、助剂、茶多酚、十二醇硫酸钠、二乙醇胺、豆油酸、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、戊二醇、丙烯酸丁酯按照一定份数配比制备而成,具有环保安全无刺激、性能优良染色均匀,耐洗性等特点。
(2)本发明的一种天然环保纺织染料,采用植物提取液做染料剂成分,有益人体健康,且原料广泛,成本廉价,可广泛推广应用。

一种天然环保纺织染料包括凤仙花提取物20份、洋葱提取物20份、有机染色原料2份、助剂2.5份、茶多酚3份、十二醇硫酸钠3份、二乙醇胺6份、豆油酸3.5份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、戊二醇8份、丙烯酸丁酯3份。其中,助剂选自柠檬酸和广藿香油按一定比例混合而成。
实施例2
一种天然环保纺织染料包括凤仙花提取物30份、洋葱提取物30份、有机染色原料3份、助剂4份、茶多酚5份、十二醇硫酸钠4份、二乙醇胺8份、豆油酸5份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、戊二醇10份、丙烯酸丁酯5份。其中,助剂选自柠檬酸和广藿香油按一定比例混合而成。
本发明一种天然环保纺织染料具有环保安全无刺激、性能优良染色均匀,耐洗性等特点。
