Abstract

本发明提供了一种环保型织物染色剂,属于服装染色配方技术领域。本发明的染色剂组份为:红心火龙果皮天然提取物、改性氧化石墨烯、冰醋酸、丙烯酸丁酯、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫代硫酸钠、渗透剂、固色剂、抗菌剂、匀染剂、水。其中红心火龙果皮天然提取物通过以下步骤制得:取红心火龙果皮晒干并将其粉碎,得到红心火龙果皮粉末,接着将其加入乙醇溶液中,搅拌混均直至所述火龙果粉末充分分散溶解,将分散液进行固液分离,得到滤液1和滤渣1;将所得滤渣研磨并再次加入乙醇溶液,进行搅拌混合之后固液分离得到滤液2与滤渣2;最后将滤液1和滤液2混合浓缩干燥,制备得到红心火龙果皮天然提取物。本发明中染色剂环保,有毒物质少,上色率高。

一种环保型织物染色剂
技术领域
本发明属于服装染色配方技术领域,尤其是涉及一种环保型织物染色剂。
背景技术
染色剂是指具有能使其他物质得到鲜艳而牢固色泽的一类化合物或者组合物。染色剂大多分为天然染色剂和合成染色剂,现用于服装业、纺织业以及印刷业等领域的大多采用人工合成染色剂。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,同时对染色剂的应用要求也越来越严格,尤其是对于环境保护方面的规定。
目前市售很多染色剂为人工合成类,对环境影响很大,特别产生的生成污水直接影响人们的饮水质量,因此提供一种具有高度环保的且用于服装类的染色剂迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本申请针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保型织物染色剂。本发明染色剂配方简单、环保高效。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种环保型织物染色剂,所述染色剂包括:红心火龙果皮天然提取物、改性氧化石墨烯、冰醋酸、丙烯酸丁酯、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫代硫酸钠、渗透剂、固色剂、抗菌剂、匀染剂、水。
所述染色剂的组份含量按质量份数计为:红心火龙果皮天然提取物10-30份、改性氧化石墨烯1-2份、冰醋酸5-8份、丙烯酸丁酯3-8份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、硫代硫酸钠1-4份、渗透剂2-3份、固色剂3-4份、抗菌剂2-5份、匀染剂15-20份、水80-100份。
所述渗透剂为烷基磺酸钠,抗菌剂为氧化铜,匀染剂为脂肪醇、三乙醇胺、甲苯或十八烷基异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
所述固色剂为环氧氯乙烷或单烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
所述红心火龙果皮天然提取物通过以下方法制备:
(1)取红心火龙果皮晒干至水分为2-5%,随后将其粉碎,得到红心火龙果皮粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得红心火龙果皮粉末加入75%乙醇溶液中,搅拌混均直至所述火龙果粉末充分分散溶解,将分散液进行固液分离,得到滤液1和滤渣1;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得滤渣研磨并再次加入75%乙醇溶液,进行搅拌混合之后固液分离得到滤液2与滤渣2;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得滤液1和步骤(3)所述滤液2混合浓缩干燥,最后制备得到红心火龙果皮天然提取物。
步骤(2)中所述红心火龙果皮粉末与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:10-20。
所述改性氧化石墨烯通过以下具体步骤制备得到:取氮源,加入氧化石墨烯溶液中,搅拌混合,并超声3-4h,离心干燥最后得到改性氧化石墨烯。
所述氮源包括尿素、氨水或柠檬酸胺中的至少一种。
所述氮源与氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:2-5。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
由于氮掺杂氧化石墨烯具有良好的抗静电效果,可以快速传递静电,本发明染料配方中通过添加改性的氧化石墨烯,使得制备出来的纺织品具有很好的防静电效果。其次,由于氧化石墨烯的空间结构,可以有效的将配料中的染色剂截留在布料上,增强布料的着色能力,使得纺织品颜色更加艳丽。本发明将红心火龙果皮进行废物再利用,将提取出的物质进行染色配方的调制,使得布料上色艳丽,色泽度好。同时通过配方中的渗透剂、固色剂、抗菌剂、匀染剂的合理配伍,使得服装织物的染色更加牢固,耐洗不脱色。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
本发明制备的一种环保型织物染色剂的组份配方为:
红心火龙果皮天然提取物10份、改性氧化石墨烯1份、冰醋酸5份、丙烯酸丁酯3份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、硫代硫酸钠1份、烷基磺酸钠2份、环氧氯乙烷3份、氧化铜2份、三乙醇胺15份、水100份,按重量份数计数。
其中改性石墨烯通过以下制备得到:取10g氨水以及20g氧化石墨烯,搅拌混合,并超声3h,离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。
红心火龙果提天然提取物通过以下步骤制备得到:(1)取红心火龙果皮晒干至水分为2%,随后将其粉碎,得到红心火龙果皮粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得10g红心火龙果皮粉末加入质量为100g,浓度为75%乙醇溶液中,搅拌混均直至所述火龙果粉末充分分散溶解,将分散液进行固液分离,得到滤液1和滤渣1;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得滤渣研磨并再次加入75%乙醇溶液,进行搅拌混合之后固液分离得到滤液2与滤渣2;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得滤液1和步骤(3)所述滤液2混合浓缩干燥,最后制备得到红心火龙果皮天然提取物。
实施例2
本发明制备的一种环保型织物染色剂的组份配方为:
红心火龙果皮天然提取物20份、改性氧化石墨烯2份、冰醋酸7份、丙烯酸丁酯6份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、硫代硫酸钠3份、渗透剂3份、固色剂4份、抗菌剂3份、匀染剂16份、水80份。
其中改性石墨烯通过以下制备得到:取10g柠檬酸胺以及30g氧化石墨烯,搅拌混合,并超声4h,离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。
红心火龙果提天然提取物通过以下步骤制备得到:(1)取红心火龙果皮晒干至水分为4%,随后将其粉碎,得到红心火龙果皮粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得10g红心火龙果皮粉末加入质量为150g,浓度为75%乙醇溶液中,搅拌混均直至所述火龙果粉末充分分散溶解,将分散液进行固液分离,得到滤液1和滤渣1;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得滤渣研磨并再次加入75%乙醇溶液,进行搅拌混合之后固液分离得到滤液2与滤渣2;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得滤液1和步骤(3)所述滤液2混合浓缩干燥,最后制备得到红心火龙果皮天然提取物。
实施例3
本发明制备的一种环保型织物染色剂的组份配方为:
红心火龙果皮天然提取物30份、改性氧化石墨烯1份、冰醋酸8份、丙烯酸丁酯8份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、硫代硫酸钠4份、渗透剂3份、固色剂4份、抗菌剂5份、匀染剂20份、水100份。
其中改性石墨烯通过以下制备得到:取10g尿素以及50g氧化石墨烯,搅拌混合,并超声4h,离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。
红心火龙果提天然提取物通过以下步骤制备得到:(1)取红心火龙果皮晒干至水分为5%,随后将其粉碎,得到红心火龙果皮粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得10g红心火龙果皮粉末加入质量为200g,浓度为75%乙醇溶液中,搅拌混均直至所述火龙果粉末充分分散溶解,将分散液进行固液分离,得到滤液1和滤渣1;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得滤渣研磨并再次加入75%乙醇溶液,进行搅拌混合之后固液分离得到滤液2与滤渣2;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得滤液1和步骤(3)所述滤液2混合浓缩干燥,最后制备得到红心火龙果皮天然提取物。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保型织物染色剂,其特征在于,所述染色剂包括:红心火龙果皮天然提取物、改性氧化石墨烯、冰醋酸、丙烯酸丁酯、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫代硫酸钠、渗透剂、固色剂、抗菌剂、匀染剂、水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述染色剂的组份含量按质量份数计为:红心火龙果皮天然提取物10-30份、改性氧化石墨烯1-2份、冰醋酸5-8份、丙烯酸丁酯3-8份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、硫代硫酸钠1-4份、渗透剂2-3份、固色剂3-4份、抗菌剂2-5份、匀染剂15-20份、水80-100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为烷基磺酸钠,抗菌剂为氧化铜,匀染剂为脂肪醇、三乙醇胺、甲苯或十八烷基异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述固色剂为环氧氯乙烷或单烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述红心火龙果皮天然提取物通过以下方法制备:
(1)取红心火龙果皮晒干至水分为2-5%,随后将其粉碎,得到红心火龙果皮粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中所得红心火龙果皮粉末加入乙醇溶液中,搅拌混均直至所述火龙果粉末充分分散溶解,将分散液进行固液分离,得到滤液1和滤渣1;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得滤渣研磨并再次加入乙醇溶液,进行搅拌混合之后固液分离得到滤液2与滤渣2;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得滤液1和步骤(3)所述滤液2混合浓缩干燥,最后制备得到红心火龙果皮天然提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的染色剂,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述红心火龙果皮粉末与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:10-20。
7.根据权利要求1所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述改性氧化石墨烯通过以下具体步骤制备得到:取氮源,加入氧化石墨烯溶液中,搅拌混合,并超声3-4h,离心干燥最后得到改性氧化石墨烯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述氮源包括尿素、氨水或柠檬酸胺中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的染色剂,其特征在于,所述氮源与氧化石墨烯的质量比为1:2-5。
