Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于纤维布料的组合物染料配方，属于家纺印染技术领域。本发明的组合物染料配方如下：次甲基蓝10‑15份、改性氧化石墨烯1‑2份、亚硝基染料5‑10份、硫代硫酸钠1‑3份、聚四氟乙烯1‑2份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑5份、匀染剂15‑20份、促染剂10‑20份、固色剂10‑15份、水50‑80份，按重量份数计数。其中改性氧化石墨烯通过如下步骤制得：取氮源，加入氧化石墨烯溶液中，搅拌混合，并超声3‑4h，离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。本发明染料配方具有很好的抗静电、防褪色等效果。

一种用于纤维布料的组合物染料配方
技术领域
本发明属于家纺印染技术领域，尤其是涉及一种用于纤维布料的组合物染料配方。
背景技术
染料是指能使其他物质获得鲜明而牢固色泽的一类有机化合物，由于现在使用的颜料都是人工合成的，所以也称为合成染料。染料和颜料一般都是自身有颜色，并能以分子状态或分散状态使其他物质获得鲜明和牢固色泽的化合物。
随着生活质量的提升，对纺织染料要求也越来越高。随着科技的发展，染料的发展也非常迅猛，染料从冰染料、直接染料、硫化染料和还原染料等，成为了现今纤维素染料的主要原料。然而纤维纺织品普遍存在静电、着色差、容易褪色等问题。
发明内容
本申请针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种用于纤维布料的组合物染料配方。本发明原料简单，属于环保型染料。本发明的技术方案如下：
一种纤维布料的组合物染料配方，所述染料包括以下组分：次甲基蓝10-15份、改性氧化石墨烯1-2份、亚硝基染料5-10份、硫代硫酸钠1-3份、聚四氟乙烯1-2份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、匀染剂15-20份、促染剂10-20份、固色剂10-15份、水50-80份，按重量份数计数。
所述改性氧化石墨烯通过以下具体步骤制备得到：取氮源，加入氧化石墨烯溶液中，搅拌混合，并超声3-4h，离心干燥最后得到改性氧化石墨烯。
所述氮源包括尿素、氨水或柠檬酸胺中的至少一种。
所述氮源与氧化石墨烯的质量比为1：2-5。
所述匀染剂包括脂肪醇、三乙醇胺、甲苯或十八烷基异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
所述促染剂包括冰醋酸或氯化钠中至少一种。
所述固色剂是单烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
本发明有益的技术效果在于：
由于氮掺杂氧化石墨烯具有良好的抗静电效果，可以快速传递静电，本发明染料配方中通过添加改性的氧化石墨烯，使得制备出来的纤维类纺织品具有很好的防静电效果。其次，由于氧化石墨烯的空间结构，可以有效的将配料中的染色剂截留在纤维布料上，增强布料的着色能力，使得纺织品颜色更加艳丽。同时，本发明还通过添加匀染剂、促染剂以及固色剂协同配伍增强染料的晕染性能以及着色率，同时使得染色过程能快速进行，并且染料的扩散性得到一定提升，具有耐日晒、耐水洗及耐汗渍色牢度较好；同时通过改性石墨烯与固色剂等配伍进一步增强染色剂对布料的着色能力，布料的颜色经过较长时间的反复洗涤也不会有明显的褪色现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
本发明制备的一种用于纤维布料的组合物染料配方组份组成为：
次甲基蓝10份、改性氧化石墨烯1份、亚硝基染料5份、硫代硫酸钠1份、聚四氟乙烯1份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、三乙醇胺20份、冰醋酸10份、单烯丙基二甲基氯化铵10-15份、水80份；其中改性氧化石墨烯的制备如下：取10g氨水以及20g氧化石墨烯，搅拌混合，并超声3h，离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。通过将配方各组分进行搅拌混合，使之充分混合均匀，用于纤维布料中染色，表现出了很强抗静电特性，颜色艳丽，不易褪色等优良特点。
实施例2
次甲基蓝15份、改性氧化石墨烯2份、亚硝基染料8份、硫代硫酸钠2份、聚四氟乙烯2份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、脂肪醇18份、氯化钠15份、单烯丙基二甲基氯化铵15份、水70份；其中改性氧化石墨烯的制备如下：取10g柠檬酸胺以及30g氧化石墨烯，搅拌混合，并超声4h，离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。通过将配方各组分进行搅拌混合，使之充分混合均匀，用于纤维布料中染色。
实施例3
次甲基蓝12份、改性氧化石墨烯1份、亚硝基染料10份、硫代硫酸钠3份、聚四氟乙烯1份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、十八烷基异氰酸酯20份、冰醋酸20份、单烯丙基二甲基氯化铵15份、水80份；其中改性氧化石墨烯的制备如下：取10g尿素以及50g氧化石墨烯，搅拌混合，并超声3h，离心干燥最后得到改性石墨烯。通过将配方各组分进行搅拌混合，使之充分混合均匀，用于纤维布料中染色。

1.一种纤维布料的组合物染料配方，其特征在于，所述染料包括以下组分：次甲基蓝10-15份、改性氧化石墨烯1-2份、亚硝基染料5-10份、硫代硫酸钠1-3份、聚四氟乙烯1-2份、月桂酸醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、匀染剂15-20份、促染剂10-20份、固色剂10-15份、水50-80份，按重量份数计数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染料配方，其特征在于，所述改性氧化石墨烯通过以下具体步骤制备得到：取氮源，加入氧化石墨烯溶液中，搅拌混合，并超声3-4h，离心干燥最后得到改性氧化石墨烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的染料配方，其特征在于，所述氮源包括尿素、氨水或柠檬酸胺中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的染料配方，其特征在于，所述氮源与氧化石墨烯的质量比为1：2-5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的染料配方，其特征在于，所述匀染剂包括脂肪醇、三乙醇胺、甲苯或十八烷基异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的染料配方，其特征在于，所述促染剂包括冰醋酸或氯化钠中至少一种。
