Abstract
The invention discloses a neutral detergent for efficiently removing carbonate and iron oxide scales and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of detergents and preparation methods thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of strong corrosivity and environmental pollution of the existing descaling agent. The neutral scale remover comprises organic acid, organic acid salt, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, benzotriazole and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid; wherein the organic acid is citric acid or malic acid; the organic acid salt is sodium citrate or sodium malate. The method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials, and mixing the raw materials. The scale remover prepared by mixing the corrosion inhibitor benzotriazole and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid is added into the organic acid citric acid or malic acid, and the scale remover has the advantages of simple preparation method, high efficiency and convenience in use, no corrosion to steel pipelines and other containers, no damage to the environment, safety and reliability. The scale remover is used for removing carbonate and ferric oxide scales.
