Abstract
The invention relates to a neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-25% of ammonium citrate, 20-25% of sodium citrate, 10-15% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 10-15% of ternary organic polycarboxylic acid, 10-15% of diammonium citrate, 5-7% of methylbenzotriazole and 2-5% of urotropine. The invention aims at the scale and rust scale generated in the production process when various pipelines, petroleum, chemical engineering devices and industrial machines are processed, and has the advantages of excellent cleaning effect, strong practicability, low corrosivity, safe cleaning effect, environmental protection and higher economic value.

Background

On one hand, the invention provides a neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-25% of ammonium citrate, 20-25% of sodium citrate, 10-15% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 10-15% of ternary organic polycarboxylic acid, 10-15% of diammonium citrate, 5-7% of methylbenzotriazole and 2-5% of urotropine.
The neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 23% of ammonium citrate, 21% of sodium citrate, 15% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 15% of ternary organic polycarboxylic acid, 15% of diammonium citrate, 7% of methylbenzotriazole and 5% of urotropine.
The pH value of the neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent is 6-7.
The neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent is white solid powder.
On the other hand, the invention provides a preparation method of a neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent, which comprises the following steps of mixing the components according to the mass percentage of the formula as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and sequentially adding ammonium citrate, sodium citrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, ternary organic polycarboxylic acid, diammonium citrate, methylbenzotriazole and urotropine; after the uniform mixing, pouring the mixture into a stirring tank, adding water with the same volume, starting the stirring tank to fully dissolve and mix the mixture, stirring the mixture for 5 to 8 hours, and putting the mixture into a container to evaporate and crystallize after the stirring is finished.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the product aims at the water scale and rust scale generated in the production process when various pipelines, petroleum, chemical engineering devices and industrial machining are processed, has excellent cleaning effect and is safe and reliable to use; the cleaning is safer, environment-friendly, economical and practical;
the corrosion rate of carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, red copper, aluminum and other materials is less than 0.3 g/square meter h, the corrosion rate of the device made of the materials in the cleaning process is far lower than the index that the corrosion rate of HG/T2387-2007 quality standard for chemical cleaning of industrial equipment is less than or equal to 6 g/square meter h, and the product cannot be seriously corroded after being used for a long time.
The product can be used for direct passivation treatment without neutralization, rinsing and water washing after cleaning, and a compact protective film is formed on the surface of equipment after cleaning, so that the product has the advantages of safety, economy, reliability, no toxicity or harm to human bodies, no neutralization treatment for waste liquid discharge, and no pollution to the environment.

heating and cleaning: fully washing, namely, heating the TH-86 prepared aqueous solution to 45-90 ℃ when the concentration is 3-8%, wherein the descaling and rust effects are better when the temperature is more than 65 ℃, and washing, soaking or circulating for 8-6 hours; the specific cleaning time is determined according to actual conditions, and the pH value is directly adjusted for passivation; or rinsing with water to obtain 0.1-0.2% product, and adjusting pH to deactivate.
And (3) cleaning and then treating: blowing the mixture by using nitrogen or directly adjusting the pH value to 8 after cleaning the mixture, and adding a passivating agent for passivation; or replacing with high concentration of iron ion, rinsing with the product, adjusting pH, and inactivating to 7.8.
Preferably, when the product is used for circulating or soaking cleaning: when the descaling is thick, if the equipment is not cleaned completely at one time, the cleaning agent can be supplemented or reconfigured according to the concentration of 2-3%, and then the equipment is cleaned continuously, and when the equipment is cleaned chemically, the upper part of the equipment is required to be opened and the exhaust hole is filled.

The neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the formulation comprises, by mass: 23% of ammonium citrate, 21% of sodium citrate, 15% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 15% of ternary organic polycarboxylic acid, 15% of diammonium citrate, 7% of methylbenzotriazole and 5% of urotropine.
3. A neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the pH value of the neutral environment-friendly cleaning agent is 6-7.
