In an embodiment, the method 10 for detecting a clamping position may further include detecting, by a fourth pressure sensor disposed on the sidewall of the package, an amount of clamping force applied to the sidewall of the package: and if the pressure detected by the fourth pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the third threshold value, prompting.
In one embodiment, step S13 may be prompted by any of the following: playing a prompt tone through a buzzer arranged on the packing box; or the warning light is emitted through a warning lamp arranged on the packing box; or the communication module arranged on the packing box sends a signal to the terminal equipment to prompt the terminal equipment. As to the manner suggested in the above embodiments, in the foregoing embodiments related to the packing box 100, the detailed description has been given in the embodiments related to the method, and the detailed description will not be given here.
Based on the same inventive concept, fig. 3 shows a clamping position detecting device 200 applied to a packing box, wherein the packing box has a side wall, and the side wall is formed with a clamping area, as shown in fig. 3, the clamping position detecting device 200 comprises: the state monitoring unit 210 is used for monitoring the state of the packaging box and judging whether the packaging box is clamped or not; a clamping detection unit 220, configured to determine whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area when the packing box is clamped; and a prompting unit 230 for prompting when the actual clamping position is not located in the clamping area.
In one embodiment, the clamping detection unit 220 detects the clamping by any one of the following methods: acquiring whether the pressure detected by a first pressure sensor arranged in a clamping area exceeds a first threshold value or not, and judging whether an actual clamping position is located in the clamping area or not; or acquiring an image sensor arranged on the packing box, receiving the image of the clamping area, and judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area based on the image; or acquiring a signal of a first sensing device arranged in the clamping area sensing a second sensing device, and judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area, wherein the second sensing device is arranged on a clamping jaw which is used for clamping the packing box and is in contact with the packing box.
In one embodiment, the monitoring unit 210 determines whether the container is clamped by any one of the following methods: acquiring an image acquired by an image acquisition device, and judging whether the packaging box is clamped or not based on the image; or acquiring the pressure detected by a second pressure sensor arranged on the side wall, and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not; or acquiring pressure change detected by a third pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of the packing box, and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not; or acquiring the acceleration monitored by the acceleration sensor arranged on the packaging box, and judging whether the packaging box is clamped or not.
In one embodiment, the clamping position detecting device 200 further includes: and the clamping force detection unit is used for acquiring the pressure detected by the fourth pressure sensor on the side wall of the packing box, and prompting the pressure by the prompting unit 230 when the pressure exceeds a third threshold value.
In one embodiment, the prompting unit 230 prompts by any one of the following methods: playing a prompt tone through a buzzer arranged on the packing box; or the warning light is emitted through a warning lamp arranged on the packing box; or the communication module arranged on the packing box sends a signal to the terminal equipment to prompt the terminal equipment.
In some embodiments, the clamping position detecting device 200 may further include a battery module for supplying power to other units.
With regard to the image recognition apparatus 200 in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method and the packing case, and will not be described in detail here.
It is also recognized that the various embodiments may be implemented or performed using a computing device (processor). The computing device or processor may be, for example, a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or other programmable logic device, among others. Various embodiments may also be performed or implemented by a combination of these devices.
In some embodiments, the instructions may be stored by an integrated circuit, including a memory device; and a processing device for calling the instructions stored in the storage device to execute the clamping position detection method of any one of the preceding embodiments.
In the foregoing embodiments, the present invention is configured in hardware by way of example, but the present invention may also be provided by software in cooperation with hardware.
Further, the functional blocks used in the description of the embodiments are generally implemented as LSI devices which are integrated circuits. The functional blocks may be formed as separate chips, or a part or all of the functional blocks may be integrated into a single chip. The term "LSI" is used herein, but the terms "IC", "system LSI", "super LSI", or "super LSI" may also be used depending on the degree of integration.
Further, the circuit integration is not limited to the LSI, and may be realized by a dedicated circuit other than the LSI or a general-purpose processor. After the manufacture of the LSI, a programmable Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or a reconfigurable processor that allows the connection and setting of circuit cells in the LSI to be reconfigured may be used.
If a circuit integration technology replacing the LSI emerges due to the advancement of semiconductor technology or other technologies derived from this technology, the functional blocks can be integrated using such a technology. Another possibility is the application of biotechnology and the like.
In addition, various embodiments may also be implemented using software modules executed by a processor or directly in hardware. Also, software modules may be combined with hardware implementations. The software modules may be stored on any kind of computer readable storage medium, such as RAM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory, registers, hard disk, CD-ROM, DVD, etc. It is also noted that individual features of different embodiments may individually or in any combination be the subject of another embodiment.

Claims (23)

1. A package, characterized in that it comprises:
a bottom wall and a side wall, wherein the side wall is formed with a clamping area;
the state monitoring device is arranged on the bottom wall and/or the side wall of the packing box and is used for monitoring whether the packing box is clamped or not;
the clamping judgment device is arranged in the clamping area of the side wall, and when the packing box is clamped, the clamping judgment device is used for detecting whether an actual clamping position is located in the clamping area;
and the prompting device prompts illegal clamping of the packing box when the actual clamping position is not located in the clamping area.
2. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the clamping judgment device is a first pressure sensor, and the first pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure applied to the clamping area:
if the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area;
and if the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor is smaller than the first threshold value, the actual clamping position is not located in the clamping area.
3. A package as claimed in claim 1 wherein the gripping judgment means comprises an image sensor for receiving an image of the gripping area and based thereon judging whether the actual gripping position is within the gripping area.
4. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gripping judgment device comprises a first sensing device for sensing the second sensing device, wherein the second sensing device is provided on a jaw for gripping the package and contacting the package:
if the first sensing device senses the second sensing device, the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area;
if the first sensing device does not sense the second sensing device, the actual clamping position is not located in the clamping area.
5. A package according to claim 1 wherein the condition monitoring device is a second pressure sensor provided to the side wall;
if the pressure detected by the second pressure sensor is greater than or equal to a second threshold value, clamping the packaging box;
and if the pressure detected by the second pressure sensor is smaller than the second threshold value, the packaging box is not clamped.
6. A package according to claim 1, wherein the condition monitoring device is a third pressure sensor disposed on the bottom wall for monitoring a bottom pressure received by the bottom of the package, and when the bottom pressure is reduced, it is determined that the package is gripped.
7. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the condition monitoring device is an acceleration sensor, and the acceleration of the package is monitored according to the acceleration sensor, and when the acceleration exceeds a speed threshold, it is determined that the package is gripped.
8. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the condition monitoring device comprises a receiving module for receiving a user notification based on which it is determined whether the package is gripped.
9. A container according to claim 1, wherein the container side walls are provided with a fourth pressure sensor for detecting the amount of gripping force received by the container side walls: and if the pressure detected by the fourth pressure sensor is greater than or equal to a third threshold value, prompting by the prompting device.
10. A packaging case according to claim 1, wherein the prompting device comprises: the buzzer and/or the warning lamp prompt in one or more of the following ways:
playing a prompt tone through the buzzer;
and sending out prompt light through the warning lamp.
11. A packaging case according to claim 1, wherein the prompting device comprises: and the communication module is used for sending a signal to the terminal equipment through the communication module so as to prompt the terminal equipment.
12. A method of detecting a gripping location for use with a container having a side wall with a gripping area formed therein, the method comprising:
monitoring the state of the packing box and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not;
when the packing box is clamped, detecting whether an actual clamping position is located in the clamping area;
and if the actual clamping position is not located in the clamping area, prompting.
13. The clamping position detecting method according to claim 12, wherein whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area is detected by any one of the following methods:
judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area or not according to whether the detected pressure exceeds a first threshold value or not through a first pressure sensor arranged in the clamping area; or
Receiving an image of the clamping area through an image sensor arranged on the packing box, and judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area or not based on the image; or
Through set up in the first induction system of centre gripping region, according to whether sensing to the second sensing device, judge whether actual clamping position is located in the centre gripping region, wherein, the second sensing device set up be used for the centre gripping the packing box and with on the clamping jaw of packing box contact.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the monitoring of the state of the container determines whether the container is gripped by any one of the following methods:
acquiring an image through an image collector, and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not based on the image; or
Judging whether the packaging box is clamped or not according to whether the detected pressure exceeds a second threshold value or not through a second pressure sensor arranged on the side wall; or
Judging whether the packing box is clamped or not according to the detected pressure change through a third pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of the packing box; or
And judging whether the packaging box is clamped or not according to the acceleration of the packaging box under monitoring through an acceleration sensor arranged on the packaging box.
15. The clamping position detecting method according to claim 12, characterized in that the method further comprises:
through set up in the fourth pressure sensor of packing box lateral wall detects the clamping-force size that the packing box lateral wall received: and if the pressure detected by the fourth pressure sensor is greater than or equal to a third threshold value, prompting.
16. The clamping position detection method according to claim 12, wherein the presentation is performed by any one of:
a prompt tone is played through the buzzer arranged on the packing box; or
Sending out prompt light through a warning lamp arranged on the packing box; or
And sending a signal to the terminal equipment through the communication module arranged on the packing box, so that the terminal equipment carries out prompt.
17. A gripping position detection device, applied to a package having a side wall formed with a gripping area, said device comprising:
the state monitoring unit is used for monitoring the state of the packing box and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not;
the clamping detection unit is used for judging whether the actual clamping position is positioned in the clamping area or not when the packing box is clamped;
and the prompting unit is used for prompting when the actual clamping position is not located in the clamping area.
18. The clamping position detecting device according to claim 17, wherein the clamping detecting unit detects by any one of:
acquiring whether the pressure detected by a first pressure sensor arranged in the clamping area exceeds a first threshold value, and judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area; or
Acquiring an image sensor arranged on the packing box, receiving the image of the clamping area, and judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area based on the image; or
Acquiring a signal which is obtained when a first sensing device in the clamping area senses a second sensing device, and judging whether the actual clamping position is located in the clamping area, wherein the second sensing device is arranged on a clamping jaw which is used for clamping the packing box and is in contact with the packing box.
19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the status monitoring unit determines whether the container is clamped by any one of the following methods:
acquiring an image acquired by an image acquisition device, and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not based on the image; or
Acquiring pressure detected by a second pressure sensor arranged on the side wall, and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not; or
Acquiring pressure change detected by a third pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of the packing box, and judging whether the packing box is clamped or not; or
And acquiring the acceleration monitored by an acceleration sensor arranged on the packaging box, and judging whether the packaging box is clamped or not.
20. The clamping position detecting device according to claim 17, characterized in that the device further comprises:
and the clamping force detection unit is used for acquiring the pressure detected by the fourth pressure sensor on the side wall of the packing box, and prompting the side wall of the packing box through the prompting unit when the pressure exceeds a third threshold value.
21. The clamping position detection device according to claim 17, wherein the presentation unit performs the presentation by any one of:
a prompt tone is played through the buzzer arranged on the packing box; or
Sending out prompt light through a warning lamp arranged on the packing box; or
And sending a signal to the terminal equipment through the communication module arranged on the packing box, so that the terminal equipment carries out prompt.

a memory device to store instructions; and
processing means for invoking instructions stored by said storage means to perform a gripping position detection method according to any of claims 12 to 16.
