the specific packaging process of the packaging equipment is as follows:
firstly, placing a plurality of box bodies on the surface of a box body transmission mechanism 2 for transmission, and transmitting the box bodies to the joint of a transmission positioning table 7;
secondly, pushing the whole positioning and conveying mechanism 8 to move forwards through a seventh hydraulic cylinder 81, then driving the positioning and conveying mechanism 8 to move through an eighth hydraulic cylinder 86 until a second clamping plate 84 positioned at the leftmost side moves to a box body on one end of a box body transmission mechanism 2, then controlling the seventh hydraulic cylinder 81 to push the whole positioning and conveying mechanism 8 to move backwards until the box body is clamped in the second clamping plate 84, and then driving the positioning and conveying mechanism 8 to move through the eighth hydraulic cylinder 86 until the box body moves to the lower part of a food clamping and boxing mechanism 3;
thirdly, the first support frame 34 is driven to move to a certain position by controlling the first hydraulic cylinder 33, then the third hydraulic cylinder 347 is controlled to drive the first sliding block 345 to drive the second hydraulic cylinder 35 to move to the position above the food conveying mechanism 5, the third hydraulic cylinder 347 is controlled to drive the first sliding block 345 to move after the food is clamped, the first sliding block 345 drives the second hydraulic cylinder 35 to move to the position above the box body, then the second hydraulic cylinder 35 is controlled to drive the food to move to the position of the box body, the food is placed into the box body, and the boxing of the food is realized;
fourthly, controlling the seventh hydraulic cylinder 81 to push the whole positioning transmission mechanism 8 to move forwards, then driving the positioning transmission mechanism 8 to move leftwards through the eighth hydraulic cylinder 86 until the second clamping plate 84 positioned at the leftmost side is opposite to the other box body at one end of the box body transmission mechanism 2, meanwhile, controlling the box body filled with the food to be opposite to the other clamping plate 84, and then controlling the seventh hydraulic cylinder 81 and the eighth hydraulic cylinder 86 to drive the positioning transmission mechanism 8 to move backwards to drive the box body filled with the food to move to the lower part of the box sealing mechanism 4;
fifthly, driving a second support frame 44 to move through a sixth hydraulic cylinder, driving a second slider 445 to move through a fifth hydraulic cylinder 447 after the second support frame 44 moves to a certain position until a cover screwing mechanism 46 is positioned above the cover body transmission mechanism 6, clamping the cover body through the cover screwing mechanism 46, driving the second slider 445 to move through the fifth hydraulic cylinder 447, driving a fourth hydraulic cylinder 45 to move through the second slider 445 until the cover screwing mechanism 46 is positioned above the box body, and screwing the cover body through the cover screwing mechanism;
and sixthly, controlling the box sealing mechanism to move until the third clamping plate and the first clamping plate clamp the box body after being boxed, clamping the cover body through a cover screwing mechanism 46 of the box sealing mechanism, screwing the cover body at the top of the box body, screwing the box body, driving the positioning transmission mechanism 8 to move backwards through an eighth hydraulic cylinder 86, pushing the box body after being sealed to slide to a slide 9, and then sliding out under the action of gravity.

1. the food clamping and boxing mechanism (3) comprises a first kidney-shaped slide rail (31) fixed on the surface of a processing machine tool (1), a first fixing plate (32) is vertically fixed on one side of the surface of the first kidney-shaped slide rail (31), a first hydraulic cylinder (33) is installed on the side wall of the first fixing plate (32), a first support frame (34) is installed on the first kidney-shaped slide rail (31) in a sliding mode, the power output end of the first hydraulic cylinder (33) is installed on the first support frame (34), a second hydraulic cylinder (35) is installed on the top of the first support frame (34) in a sliding mode, and a clamping head (36) is installed at the power output end of the second hydraulic cylinder (35);
the box sealing mechanism (4) comprises an arch supporting frame (41) which is fixedly arranged on the surface of the processing machine tool (1), a second fixing plate (42) is vertically fixed on the rear side of the surface of the arch supporting frame (41), a sixth hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the second fixing plate (42), a second waist-shaped sliding rail (43) is arranged on the surface of the arch supporting frame (41), a second supporting frame (44) is arranged on the second waist-shaped sliding rail (43) in a sliding mode, the power output end of the sixth hydraulic cylinder is connected with the second supporting frame (44), a fourth hydraulic cylinder (45) is arranged on the top of the second supporting frame (44) in a sliding mode, and a cover screwing mechanism (46) is arranged on the power output end of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (45);
a hinging block (11) is vertically fixed on the surface of the processing machine tool (1), and a hinging shaft (12) is hinged at the top end of the hinging block (11); the positioning transmission mechanism (8) comprises a seventh hydraulic cylinder (81) which is fixedly arranged inside the arched supporting frame (41), the power output end of the seventh hydraulic cylinder (81) penetrates through the penetrating holes in the side walls of the two supporting laths (71) and then is provided with a sliding chute (82), a sliding strip (83) is arranged on the sliding chute (82) in a matched mode, two second clamping plates (84) and a third clamping plate (87) are arranged on the surface of the sliding strip (83) at equal intervals from left to right, meanwhile, one end of the sliding strip (83) is provided with a pulling strip (85), an eighth hydraulic cylinder (86) is hinged to the hinged shaft (12), and the power output end of the eighth hydraulic cylinder (86) is fixed on the pulling strip (85);
