Abstract
The invention discloses a screen net rack mounting device which comprises a workbench, wherein a supporting plate is fixed on each of the left side and the right side of the workbench, a jack is arranged on each supporting plate, the two supporting plates are connected with a positioning plate above the workbench through a connecting rod, two ends of the positioning plate are respectively connected with a positioning bolt extending downwards corresponding to the two jacks in a threaded manner, and a pressing plate is connected below each positioning bolt. According to the screen mesh frame mounting device, the press bar and the screen mesh below the press bar are lightly pressed into the groove of the screen frame through the positioning bolt, then the screen frame is lifted through the jack, so that the press bar and the screen mesh below the press bar are tightly pressed into the groove of the screen frame, in the process, the position of the press bar is fixed, the stress on two sides of the screen mesh frame is balanced, the jack cannot touch the screen mesh when the screen frame is lifted, the yield of the obtained screen mesh frame is high, and the mounting process is time-saving and labor-saving.

Background
In the production process of tungsten and molybdenum powder, screening is a very important link. The vibrating screen is used as the main equipment of the process, and the sieving efficiency of the vibrating screen directly influences the working efficiency of the package. The screen mesh rack plays a role in supporting the screen mesh in the vibrating screen and prolonging the service life of the screen mesh. But traditional screen cloth rack is more complicated to operate when changing damaged screen cloth, and needs professional welder, and the change process is wasted time and energy, very easily appears the waste product, is the biggest obstacle that restricts this type sieve and holds in the palm the use widely. The main steps of the current screen net rack replacement are as follows: 1) polishing welding spots, and taking down the damaged screen from the screen frame; 2) after the screen is taken down, the welding points are polished again to ensure that the pressing strips and the periphery of the screen frame are polished smoothly so as to facilitate the embedding of a new screen; 3) manually pressing and smashing the pressing strip to press the screen into the groove, namely pressing the pressing strip into the groove by pressing a screw hole on the pressing strip with a crowbar by one person, stabilizing the screen frame and the pressing strip by one person to prevent dislocation, beating the crowbar pressing point with an iron hammer by one person to completely press the screen and the pressing strip into the groove, and fixing the pressed part by welding the periphery of the groove and the pressing strip by a welder; 4) and (3) repeating the step (3) for about 10 times, and finally fixing the screen on the screen frame to complete the manufacturing of the screen net rack. The problem that this process exists is that there is the crow bar to bump the pressure screen cloth in the process of beating, causes the screen cloth local damage, and prosthetic screen cloth rack quality difference is big, and takes a lot of work, takes time.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the screen mesh frame mounting device, the press bar and the screen mesh below the press bar are lightly pressed into the groove of the screen frame through the positioning bolt, then the screen frame is lifted through the jack, so that the press bar and the screen mesh below the press bar are tightly pressed into the groove of the screen frame, in the process, the position of the press bar is fixed, the stress on two sides of the screen mesh frame is balanced, the jack cannot touch the screen mesh when the screen frame is lifted, the yield of the obtained screen mesh frame is high, and the mounting process is time-saving and labor-saving.

The invention provides a screen net rack mounting device, which comprises a workbench 1, wherein a support plate 2 is fixed on each of the left side and the right side of the workbench 1, a jack 3 is arranged on each of the two support plates 2, the two support plates 2 are connected with a horizontal positioning plate 5 positioned above the workbench 1 through a vertical connecting rod 4, two ends of the positioning plate 5 are respectively connected with a positioning bolt 6 extending downwards corresponding to the two jacks 3 in a threaded manner, and a pressing plate 7 is connected below each of the two positioning bolts 6.
Wherein, the upper ends of the two jacks 3 respectively support the two opposite sides of the lower end of the screen frame 10 in the screen net rack. The clamp plates 7 are all longitudinally arranged, and the bottom ends of the two clamp plates 7 are all abutted to the upper ends of the middle pressing strips 9 of the screen net rack.
When the screen frame repairing machine works, the screen frame to be repaired is lifted and placed on the workbench 1, a fixing screw is screwed out of a screw hole by a pistol drill, the press strip 9 and the damaged screen are taken down, the new screen 8 is laid on the screen frame 10, the positioning bolt 6 is rotated, the press plate 7 is aligned to two symmetrical sides of the press strip 9, the screen 8 is lightly pressed into the groove 11 through the press strip 9, and positioning is completed; then operating the jack 3 to lift the telescopic end of the jack 3 and enable the telescopic end of the jack to be abutted to the screen frame 10 below the pressing plate 7, and further lifting the telescopic end of the jack 3 to enable the pressing bar 9 and the screen 10 below the pressing bar to be tightly pressed into the groove 11 of the screen frame 10; and finally, connecting the pressing strip 9 and the screen frame 10 into a whole through screws, loosening the jack 3 and the positioning bolt 6, rotating the screen frame 10, repeating the steps twice, and finishing the installation of the screen net rack.
Through the mode, the screen mesh frame mounting device slightly presses the pressing strip 9 and the screen mesh 8 below the pressing strip into the groove 11 of the screen frame 10 through the positioning bolt 6, then the screen frame 10 is lifted through the jack 3, so that the pressing strip 9 and the screen mesh 10 below the pressing strip 9 are tightly pressed into the groove 11 of the screen frame 10, in the process, the position of the pressing plate 7 is fixed, the stress on two sides of the screen mesh frame is balanced, the jack 3 cannot touch the screen mesh 8 when lifting the screen frame 10, the obtained screen mesh frame yield is high, and the mounting process is time-saving and labor-saving.

3. A screen frame mounting arrangement as claimed in claim 1, in which the pressure plates (7) are longitudinally disposed, the bottom ends of both pressure plates (7) abutting the upper end of the screen frame.
4. A screen frame mounting arrangement as claimed in claim 1, in which the spacer plate (5) is horizontally disposed.
5. A screen frame mounting arrangement as claimed in claim 1, in which the connecting rods (4) are both vertically disposed.
